Ethan's friend?
Ethan had never told her about this friend before. Wasn't he
an orphan who has been wandering the streets for years
the year? Is this one of his Beggar Sect friends?
Diane did not dare to open the door.
Someone was here at this hour saying that he was Ethan's friend and
want him to go out. He's not that stupid.
"No, Ethan doesn't exist. If you look for him, you can wait until he
revert. It's so late, please go."
Jack was getting a little anxious.
"Miss Palmer, I'm looking for you. Someone wants to meet you."
He did not dare to mention Thomas by name, just in case it invited trouble
which is not necessary.
"I'm sorry, but it's so late now, please go!"
When Diane realizes that Jack is insisting for her to come out, she becomes more
be alert and pull out the phone. "If you don't leave now, I will
call Ethan!"
Jack immediately waved his hand.
"No! Please don't!"
The more she said this, Diane grew even more frightened.
The man outside was not a good man at all!
He was so glad he didn't come out.
"I'll call him now!" Diane said loudly while pressing the phone
to call Ethan.
Jack felt he was going to die here tonight.
"Miss Palmer, please don't!" Jack tried to stop him. "There is
someone who really wants to see you ..."
Before he could finish his sentence, he could hear the phone ringing
behind her.
Jack suddenly felt the air around him freeze.
A terrifying murderous air invaded like the sea and locked it away. Jacks
they dare not move.
Jack had never felt so suffocated before, other than when he faced
Ethan's.
"Who wants to see it?"
That's Ethan's voice!
Jack turned around and his expression was so helpless. There was also a tinge of nervousness
and vigilance on his face.
"Young Miss..."
Ethan's gaze frightened him, so he didn't dare to call him Young Master.
Diane hears Ethan's voice, but she still carefully looks out of the hole
take a peek and just dare to open the door when he sees that Ethan is right
really stand outside.
"Estane!" Diane immediately hid herself behind Ethan and looked at Jack
alertly. "He said he was your friend."
"You scared him" said Ethan slowly.
"I'm sorry," Jack leaned over and looked at Diane with a begging look
sorry. "Miss Palmer, I'm really sorry for bothering you
like this and scare you. I'm really sorry."
"That's it?"
Ethan spoke up before Diane could.
His tone was as cold as water in the middle of winter.
Even Jack can feel the cold even though he himself is a fighter who
highly skilled.
Ethan really exudes murder!
"It looks like I'm going to die here tonight," Jack thought to himself.
If Ethan had decided to kill her, she would have died.
After all, Jack won't fight. Even if Ethan's gonna kill him, Jack
it won't attack anyone from the Hunt family.
"Ethan, what's wrong?" Diane could feel that the air was very tense and gloomy,
so he pulled Ethan and said, "He's already apologizing, so it's okay.
Don't be mad, okay?"
He looked back at Jack and smiled.
"It's okay, as long as we've cleared this up. I thought you were a bad man."
Because Ethan seems to really know her and this guy doesn't seem to
the enemy, then there is no need to exaggerate this matter.
He also knows that Jack is a little nervous and it seems like he is very afraid of Ethan.
Jack surprised.
She didn't expect Diane to speak up for her to get her out of trouble.
"You're also one of Ethan's friends from the Beggar Sect, right?" ask Dian
curious.
"Eh .. yes, yes it's true." Jack could only nod.
Diane wanted to ask more but Ethan waved his hand, "Get in
." used to."
Diane obediently returned to the room. The air outside became cold once again,
but Jack felt no more killing intent in the air.
"Tell the man to stay away from Diane. Otherwise, I will kill
my way to the hunting house!"
