Time shows at 10pm when they get home.
Ethan and Diane take a bath, then get into bed to sleep.
It was as if nothing had happened at the networking event before. Ethan is not
mention it and Diane didn't say anything.
"Time to sleep."
Ethan turned off the lights and closed his eyes.
Suddenly, Diane curled up and moved towards him.
"Hubby, I feel a little cold."
Ethan froze for a while. Why is it the opposite today?
"Alright, I'll hug you then."
Ethan reached out his hand and pulled her around Diane. Hair smell
makes him feel relaxed.
There was something different about how he treated her.
"Hubby, are you really not angry?" Dian whispers.
He seems to be worried that Ethan is mad at him all the way home.
So, did he curl up into her arms to calm her down?
"I'm not angry." Ethan took another breath from his hair and replied
gently, "I'll never be mad at you."
"Thank you, husband," Diane replied in a soft voice.
After a moment of silence, Diane shifted her body slightly, because of them
they seem too close to each other.
He's not really used to it.
Ethan said nothing. Diane shifted herself and asked, "What
that Hampton family has bad intentions?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"I heard from Dad that they were always very arrogant and famous in the
Castle Rock because it's like this, so I'm wary of them" Diane said. "But
then I also felt that as a business, we should be more
understand and help each other so that we can create an industry
to be a better place. Am I wrong?"
"No, you're not wrong."
Of course Ethan knows that Diane is a good and innocent person deep down
her heart. Everything he did flowed out of this kindness of heart.
He was always thinking of others and always wanted to treat others
April and William have been protecting her well since she was a child and didn't
let it be tainted by selfish thoughts.
But not everyone in this world is a good person.
"Diane, you're a very kind girl" said Ethan slowly. "But not all
good people like you."
"There are three colors in this world: black, white and gray. There are also three types of people:
the good, the bad, and those who keep moving between the good and the bad."
Diane listened to him attentively.
He knows Ethan is teaching him.
"Your kindness should only be felt by those who deserve to be treated
well, okay, okay?"
Dian nodded.
Ethan emphasizes this, "If you're too good, others will think that
you're weak and you'll bully you."
He suddenly felt like he was going through a plan to create a wife
the perfect.
So far, everything has gone well.
If she can keep Diane's kind-hearted personality while making it more
stand out and perfect, then it was already a beautiful thing to
thought out.
"Hubby, I understand what you're saying. Thank you." Thank you."
Diane suddenly turns around and now confronts Ethan.
Their noses almost met.
Ethan stopped breathing.
He swallowed.
Diane's sinning now!
Nah!
He tempted him to sin!
"This is for thanks," Diane kissed Ethan's lips gently and asked
very, very softly, "I didn't eat ice cream today, but did it.
sweetie?"
Ethan felt like his brain was exploding. Shit, he'll soon lose control!
