BROMOCORAS
Manticic Science

"Today it just so happens that Gus Faruq is not present. So for today's study, I'm the one who will give the study." Say Ajimukti in the morning towards that afternoon.

All santri just nodded.

"If you may know, where did Gus Faruq explain it?" Ask Ajimukti later.

"Emmm, yesterday Gus Faruq gave a chapter on the science of beauty, Gus." Sahut one of santri.

"Yes, Gus. But Gus Faruq hasn't explained what the science of beauty is." Imbuh Khalil was also involved in the study.

"Emmm, okay. But before that there is something I want to say. Before starting the discussion of a particular discipline, in the classical yellow book is usually introduced first what is called mabadi 'ashrah, that is a basic aspect that we must know about the science that will be studied." Say Ajimukti later.

"That's what, Gus?" Ask Khalil who happens to be sitting at the front shof.

"The ten aspects are, Al Hadd, Al Maudhu', Al Thamrah, Al Fadhl, Al Nisbah, Al Wadhi', Al Ism, Al Istimdad, Al Hukm, and lastly Al Masail." Ajimukti.

"Record, Gus. Can you explain what Gus Aufa said?" Sahut Khalil was after that.

"Yes, Gus. We just heard that term." Another santri.

Ajimukti smiled at the question, "Alright, I will clarify for the one I mentioned. So, Al Hadd's understanding or definition, Al Maudhu', the object to be studied. Al Thamrah, the benefits or uses of which we examine it. Well, Al Fadhl, the primacy of what we're studying. Then, Al Nisbah, the relationship of science with other sciences, because each science is basically interconnected, Kang. And then, Al Wadhi', the base

Al Ism was the name, then Al Istimdad was the source of the study, then Al Hukm was the law to study it, the last Al Masail, the problem of the problem being investigated." Say Ajimukti later.

"Ten of these aspects are important to examine as an introduction and introduction. Yes, just like editing women who need an introduction, studying a science also requires an introduction so that we are not misguided and not misguided. Such an introduction does not only apply to the science of beauty, but also applies to other sciences, Kang." Keep Ajimukti again.

"Hmmm, yeah, Gus. God willing, we understand." Sahut one of santri.

"Then, Gus. For the definition of the science of beauty itself is actually what and how?" Ask one of the other students.

"Good question, Kang. Indeed, the first thing we must know from a science that will be studied is certainly the definition of science itself. By knowing the definition of a science, we will know what problems will be studied in the science. In addition, we will also be given an overview of the extent of the benefits of the science that we will examine it. Well, for that there are two types of definitions that we can put forward to introduce a science. First, the Bilhadd definition emphasizes the object of study. Second, birrasm, a definition that emphasizes more aspects of usability." Sahut Ajimukti later.

"Regarding those two definitions how does it explain, Gus?" Ask one of the students later.

"Look, Kang. When viewed from the point of view of the object of study, usually the Science of Mantik is interpreted as a science that discusses the knowledge in the form of tashawwur and tashdiq already known, as a path that can lead us to tashawwur and tashdiq that we do not know, al-'Ilm al-Ladzi yabhats 'an al - Ma'lumat al - Tashawwuriyyah wa al - Tashdiqiyyah min haitsu kauniha tuwasshilu ila majhulin tashawwuriyyin wa tashdiqiyyin." Sahut Ajimukti later.

"Tashawwur and tashdiq itself what, Gus?" Ask the santri again.

"So, Kang. Usually, the discussion of these two terms is made into one chapter in itself. After the review of these ten aspects is completed, God willing, I will explain the two themes and the like." Sahut Ajimukti later.

Santri just nodded in understanding.

"But, for a while, in order for us to easily understand the above definition, we can simply interpret the tashawwur as our picture of something without any element of condemnation. For example, there are people calling the word Grafista, a place that was recently warmly discussed, for example. Then imagine in your mind a luxurious cafe called Grafista. Well, in the language of Mantik Science, people's knowledge of Grafista that is not accompanied by punishment is called tashawwur. Because there people just imagine it, does not include what attributes. But, when someone says that the Grafista is a paradise of the world, for example, or Grafista it is a place of worship, and we accept the statement, then it is called tashdiq, assentment or justification. Can you understand it here?" Ask Ajimukti at the end of his speech. The entire santri in the room nodded in understanding.

"So, that tashawwur is our knowledge of something that is not accompanied by punishment, Gus?" Ask one of the students afterwards.

"Yes, Kang. Tashawwur is indeed our knowledge of something that is not accompanied by condemnation, while tashdiq is our knowledge of something and punishment of it both affirmatively and negatively, binnafyi aw al-Itsbat." Ajimukti was also after.

"Well, the object of the study of logic is all kinds of information in the form of tashawwur and tashdiq, Kang. Which then will eventually lead us to another form of Tashawwur and tashdiq that we do not yet know the nature and truth." Later connections.

"So to sum up, Tashawwur's a terrible picture, Gus?" Ask Khalil later.

"What the hell are you, Kang. It was explained by Gus Aufa." Cats one of the santri.

Hearing the debate, Ajimukti just smiled.

"Yes, Kang. I give you another example. For example, what is often used as an example in books of beautification is usually said human, al-Insan. We know humans, but the essence of man itself is unknown to us before. Well, in order for us to be able to clarify our picture of humans, then the task of science beautify is to find tashawwur information that we already know about humans to explain the side that we do not know about humans. For example, we know that humans are one type of animal. He also moves, walks, eats, drinks, and so on. Then, after we examine further, it turns out that there is one thing that distinguishes humans from other creatures, namely thinking. So, after we know so many tashawwur or images of man, we conclude at the end that man is al-Hayawaan al-Naathiq, the animal that thinks." Obviously, again after that.

After that Khalil seemed to nod his head in understanding.

"Hush, shut up." Khalil half whispered.

"Record, Gus. May ask?" Said one of the santri who sat in the middle shof while raising his hand.

"Oh, uh, Kang. Monggo, what do you want to ask?" Sahut Ajimukti later.

"Regarding the example of tashdiq, Gus." Santri said then.

"Oh, okay, Kang." Ajimukti.

"We take an example in the aspect of tashdiq like this, Kang. For example, there is a statement that, Muhammad Saw is a Prophet. But we never know if this statement is true or not? In other words, the statement is still majhul, especially for people who do not believe Prophet Muhammad as Prophet. To prove the truth of that statement requires science, Kang. What is the task of science? Same with the tashawwur example above. His job is to review the things that can prove the truth of the statement. Since the example I mentioned is in the form of a proposition, qadhiyyah, then the way to prove the truth is qiyas or syllogism. Syllogism itself has its formula. In Premise Minor, Muhammad Saw claimed to be a Prophet and carried miracles. Major premise, everyone who claims to be a Prophet and brings miracles is a Prophet. Then the conclave, Muhammad Saw is the Prophet." Say Ajimukti later.

"Uncomprehensible, Kang?" Ask Ajimukti later.

"Snouts, Gus. God willing, we understand." Santri's law then.

"All right, then let's just move on. That was about the bilhadd definition. What is the definition of birrasm?" Ask Ajimukti later.

All santri just look at each other while waiting for Ajimukti to explain.

"Actually, Kang. The most popular and easiest definition is this second definition. For here we know that it is the instrument of the qununununnuyyatun ta'shimu mura'atuhaa al-Dzihna an al-Khatha fi al-Tafkiir, the instrument of reasoning which, when obeyed, will be able to keep us from thinking errors." Say Ajimukti later.

"Record, Gus. That's how it explains?" Ask Khalil later.

"Simply put, Kang Khalil. The science of logic is a science that discusses the rules and rules of the rules of thinking, which if we reveal the rules of the rules, we will certainly survive the error of thinking." Sahut Ajimukti later.

"But is it true that these rules will guarantee us from thinking mistakes, Gus?" Ask Khalil again afterwards.

"Yes, not necessarily, Kang. Because there could be people who are wrong in understanding the rule or do not pay attention to it at all. This science will only keep us from thinking mistakes if the rules of the rules that are standardised we obey and we understand correctly. That is the reason why in the above definition is listed the word muraa'atuhaa, compliance with it. That why? Because there may be people who know the rules, but he does not obey them. If that's the case, then he'll definitely be caught up in his misjudgment, Kang." Clearly Ajimukti later.

Khalil and the santri in the room nodded in understanding.

"Talking about the definition of logic, it also simultaneously discusses than the object of study, Kang. That why? Because the main object of study of logic is all kinds of information in the form of tashawwur and tashdiq, al-Ma'***** al-Tashawwuriyyah wa al-Tashdiqiyyah, al-Ma, what we already know as a path that can lead us to knowledge, both tashawwur and tashdiq that we previously did not know." Continue Ajimukti later.

"Another example of the object of study of science beautification. For example, there are people who hear a religion called Islam, and the person does not know the exact meaning or definition of the word. If the person wants to know the nature of Islam, then of course the first thing that person should do is collect information about Islam. There is information in the form of tashawwur, concept, there is also a form of tashdiq, assentment. Well, the task of science is to deliver people from the knowledge that is already known to other knowledge that is not yet known. From the known tashawwur to another unknown tashawwur. From the tashdiq already known to another tashdiq as yet unknown. And to get there, of course, everyone needs the right guidelines and rules. Can you understand it here?" Ask Ajimukti later.

"Yes, Gus. God willing, we understand." Sahut Khalil represents the santri who nodded in understanding.

"Then for another aspect, Gus?" Ask Khalil later.

"Yes, Gus. For another aspect how?" Another santri.

"That's what I just explained a little bit about Al Hadd and Al Maudhu'. Maybe for this meeting, I can only explain to Al Tsamrah just considering the time soon Dzuhur." Say Ajimukti later.

All santri just nodded.

"Well, for the third aspect. Some of the benefits or uses of this science I have mentioned at the beginning. That this science teaches us the rules of right thinking. By knowing the right rules of thinking, then we can also act and speak correctly, ora asalan asalan, ora angger. It also teaches us to think systematically and deeply. With this way of thinking, God willing, we will not easily get caught up in incitement and also radical understanding. Nor will we be a person who is easily provoked, easily judgmental, and especially a person who feels right himself. This way of thinking is very much needed, especially we live in the midst of hoaxes and slander that sometimes cause unhealthy debates. By studying this science, we can also be a critical person while not easily judging people who understand differently. In fact, so far we are easily consumed by incitement and news that is not true. Well, by deepening the science of beauty, we will be educated to become a person who is mature and not easily accept something that is not yet definitely true. In addition, no less important, this science can also strengthen our faith through reason. If all this time we believe in the existence of God, the prophethood of Prophet Muhammad, the revelation of the Quran, and so on, through the text of the sacred text, the Prophet said, so with the science of logic we can strengthen our beliefs by relying on rational propositions." Say Ajimukti later.

After saying that, Adzan sounded.

"That Manan has adzan. We better finish our study this afternoon. Insha Allah, otherwise I am Gus Faruq who will explain to other aspects tomorrow." Say Ajimukti later.

All the santri nodded in agreement, then afterwards the same as saying the closing prayer of the assembly.

"Subhanakallaahumma wabihamdika asyhadu anlaa ilaaha illa anta astaghfiruka wa atuubu ilaiik."

Seriate...
