Episode 14 Accident

"Will you walk all the way to kos?" mely asked if it had gone far enough.

"If you're tired, you can stop the taxi" Davina replied casually.

"There's no way I'm leaving Miss here alone" Mely objected.

"You just calm down. Orkan is back" Davina said half in a whisper.

"No. I will accompany Miss." said Mely kekeh.

"It's up to you" Davina said expressionlessly.

The sound of the car horn was heard from the back of Davina and Mely. Realizing the uncontrollable speed of the car Mely instantly pulled Davina's hand to her side.

"Miss careful!" shout Mely.

A car that just sounded its horn hit a tree on the side of the road. Looks like the car's got a brake blong. To avoid consecutive collisions from the opposite direction, the driver may choose to slam the steering wheel to the left and eventually break through the pedestrian path and hit a large tree.

"Miss is okay, right?" mely and Orkan asked in unison.

"I'm fine. Looks like the passenger of the car needs help." Davina replied.

"Or try checking. But be careful who knows this mode of the enemy." whispered Davina reminded.

"Neither Miss." said Orkan beware.

Orkan walked up to the car that hit a tree and peeked out of the glass window, two passengers sitting in front of him were injured. Some people also stopped their vehicles when the incident happened. The car was filled with people.

"Hey who can help him?" ask mothers.

"We need to help get them out!" shouted one of the adult men.

"Miss can I help them?" tanya Orkan approached Davina.

Davina nodded her head in agreement.

"But you have to be careful." said Davina, who got the Orkan nod.

Orkan rushed back towards the car and spoke to some of the men at the location to cooperate. Orkan also asked someone to immediately call the ambulance.

Smoke was already out of the front trunk of the car, Orkan thoughtlessly broke the glass of the car then opened the car door and asked people to lift passengers who were already unconscious. Two male passengers were rescued before the fire spread to the car. It seemed like the high speed made the car lose control and the collision was quite hard to make the car engine burn.

Davina invites Mely to walk over to see the condition of the accident victim who almost also involved himself.

Davina was stunned when she saw the face of one of the victims was covered in blood that was not foreign to her.

"Darling." call Amel to her new husband.

"Yes what's wrong?" nathan asked softly.

"I want to go to town A to take care of my college leave. You want to accompany me, right?" pinta Amel spoiled.

"Yes can. But tomorrow I have to finish the task first. How about we go the day after?" nathan asked.

"Can. Then now I'll book the ticket." replied Amel then quickly picked up his phone on the table with half a run.

"Dear careful! Remember I was pregnant." Nathan half-screamed when he saw Amel acting dangerously.

"Sorry Honey. I forgot." said Amel guilty then patted his seat softly.

"I'm sorry you should be this age you're still running around and spending your time having fun with your friend" Nathan said, looking down at his guilt.

Amel approached Nathan and then tightly gripped her husband's hand as if giving strength.

"Nothing to regret. Everything has happened, we both have to go through it. The child in my stomach is innocent. We must take responsibility and take care of it with love. Do not let our children feel that his presence is a mistake" said Amel softly.

Nathan was stunned to hear the mature speech coming out of the mouth of the woman who was currently his wife. Nathan had no idea about the other side of Amel. Nathan thinks that Amel is just a spoiled, narrow-minded girl. But it turns out that when faced with conditions like now, Nathan can see the maturity of his wife. Nathan thinks an extramarital pregnancy at a young age will affect Amel's mentality. But it turns out Amel was more ready to accept reality than he was.

"You're right, honey. Let's take care and raise this child together" Nathan said as he stroked his wife's stomach and hugged her.

Amel let go of his embrace then opened an online ticket booking app on his phone.

"It has. We leave at 8am" said Amel.

"Hem. Alright. Let's go to bed." take Nathan and the two lie down on the bed.

An ambulance arrived and took two of the victims to the hospital.

"Or, Mely, I'm going to the hospital" Davina said in a panic.

"None Miss. We'll come along." Orkan and Mely said in unison.

A taxi was stopped by Davina and the three men drove to the hospital.

"Please investigate the accident that occurred on Orchid road that just happened tonight." Davina orders a call to someone on the phone.

"None right."

Davina is shocked to see the face of the man who was the victim of an accident that almost threatened her life. Davina felt there was a gaffe from the tragedy. Fortunately, the injuries to the victims were not too severe. Moreover, Mely's very fast reflexes protect her.

"Mely thank you for saving my life" Davina said sincerely.

"That's my duty, miss. Miss's safety is my responsibility." said Mely smiling sweetly.

Davina returned Mely's smile then hugged her personal bodyguard tightly. Mely was flattered while getting a hug from Davina. Despite working with Davina for a long time, Mely was always touched when Davina hugged her. Mely felt Davina had never looked down on her. Instead Davina always treated Mely like a sibling. For this reason, Mely did not mind if she had to sacrifice for Davina. For Mely, her employer deserved it.

Ten minutes passed, and a taxi arrived at the hospital where the two victims were to be treated.

Davina rushed down followed by Orkan and Mely behind her.

"Do you know any of them?" ask Orkan when he sees Davina's panic.

"Yes, I know him, though not too closely. Make sure they get the best care." Davina replied while giving orders to Orkan.

"None Miss. Miss take it easy, I can make sure they are not seriously injured. I'm going to ask the best doctors here to check their condition" Orkan said, trying to calm Davina down and left the two women.

Davina suddenly regained consciousness when she heard Orkan's words.

"Mel, did I look so panicked?" ask Davina.

"Yes Miss. When Miss saw the face of one of the victims, I could see Miss was very worried. I wonder who that man is, Miss?" mely's question made Davina surprised.

Davina just kept quiet not answering Mely's very curious question.

"What do I care about him for?" ask Davina confused.

"Why is there such a sudden feeling of fear when you see yourself getting hurt? What's with me?" inner Davina wondered in her heart.

Not getting a response from Davina, Mely just exhaled a rough breath.

"Once again I was curious. Who's the guy?" ask Mely in your heart.
