"Ck! Someone's following us." said Marvin.

"You sure?" ask Davina doubtfully.

"Yes, I tried to test it and it proved that the car was following us." replied Marvin confidently.

"Do you recognize that car?" asked Davina while looking back to confirm Marvin's words and there was a black car attached behind them.

"No. Looks like it's a rental car." guess Marvin.

"Help.. Not a day married to you has been in danger" said Davina made Marvin chuckle.

"You put your seatbelt on, I'll increase the speed." Marvin asked and told his wife.

"Be careful" said Davina softly.

Marvin glanced over and smiled then nodded his head.

"You take it easy, I won't let you get hurt" Marvin said sternly.

Davina smiled wryly, she trusted her husband's words.

Marvin stepped on the gas and looked for an alternative way to outwit the car behind him.

"Damn, they're nimble too." said Marvin.

"Boss, it looks like we've been caught" the driver of the car reported via voice call.

"You just clean it up. Remember not to leave a trace." someone ordered behind the voice call.

"good. Don't forget the extra payment." said the car driver who stalked Marvin with a malicious grin and then decided on his voice call.

"Come on you." murmured the man then plugged the gas.

Marvin who realized the speed in his rear car increased, he immediately slammed the steering wheel to the left through the pavement to avoid the speed of the car behind him.

Marvin's car hit an electric pole.

"You okay?" marvin's question ensured Davina's safety.

"Yes, I'm fine." replied Davina who was still shocked by the terrible events that happened in the last few seconds.

"Thank you for protecting me. You have to be fine." Davina said, then removed her seatbelt and held Marvin's head.

"It looks like the impact was pretty hard. You're not going to amnesia, are you? We just got married, let there be no drama you don't recognize me." said Davina who can't cover her worries about seeing her husband's condition.

Not long after, Orkan and Mely arrived. Orkan rushed to help Davina and lifted Marvin's body to be immediately transferred to the car he was carrying with Mely.

"Miss is okay?" ask Mely to make sure.

Davina just nodded her head then followed Orkan who had brought Marvin into the car first.

"Orkan, you check the accident in front. The black car that followed us. Find out who the driver is and who is behind them. Let Mely drive you to the hospital." Davina said firmly.

"Well Miss." said Orkan obediently.

Mely drove the car immediately to the nearest hospital.

"How do I contact your assistant?" muttered Davina.

"Oh yeah, your phone" Davina said, trying to find the phone in Marvin's pants and reach for it.

"Hello, where have you been?" asked Johan whose voice sounded worried.

"It's me. We just had an accident. You can come to the hospital. Remember don't tell Grandma" Davina reminded me of not wanting to worry Julia.

"Well Miss, I'll be there soon." said Johan obediently without asking the chronological events first.

"In this wounded state, you still look very handsome." Davina unconsciously praised her husband.

Davina looked at Marvin's face and then wiped and tried to hold the blood thinned Marvin who continued to flow with his shirt.
