Episode 22 Let's Get Married!

"Master, it seems like Miss knows that we're stalking her" Johan said realizing Davina was accelerating.

"Stop the car at that fork!" tell Marvin firmly.

Johan complied and drove his car past Davina and parked the car according to Marvin's instructions.

Davina scrunched her forehead when she realized the car stopped not far from her sight.

"Damn! He again." said Davina.

"What's up, Vin? Who do you mean?" ask Luna wonder.

"A long life. You just talked about it." Davina replied with a lazy look.

Luna who was confused by the meaning of Davina's words could only fall silent.

A man 180 cm tall got out of a car that was no stranger to Davina. The car Davina saw in front of the campus as Marvin was waiting for her.

Luna grew even more confused as Davina suddenly stopped her steps.

"Why stop?" ask Luna.

Not getting an answer, Luna who initially wanted to nag instead was surprised by the presence of a male figure that was enough to make her goosebumps.

Marvin's appearance could indeed be said to be very charming, but because the man always put on a cold face made the people who looked at him so frightened. Including Luna who chose to lower her face when she realized Marvin was walking closer and closer towards her.

"Good afternoon Vina, we finally meet again." said Marvin.

Davina just gave a flat look without greeting Marvin back.

Davina's words instantly made Luna's eyes perfectly round.

"Can you give me a minute? We can talk in a more comfortable place." pinta Marvin with a soft tone as possible but instead sounds terrible in Luna's ears.

Luna suddenly gripped Davina's arm.

"Sorry sir, my friend is scared. So I couldn't keep up with Mr.'s request." Davina said realizing Luna's panic.

"This girl just yesterday called me brother but now Master again." Marvin's inner disappointed.

"My personal assistant can accompany your friend. There's something important I want to talk to you about" Marvin said.

Davina glanced at Luna and her friend giving the code nodding the head sign agreed.

"good. Please tell your assistant you have to take good care of my friend" Davina said.

Inwardly, Marvin soared in excitement to hear Davina agree to her invitation. Finally the good opportunity he was waiting for came as well.

"Not far from here is a cafe how about we talk there?" ask Marvin enthusiastically.

"Whatever." replied Davina flatly.

"We're just walking?" tawar Marvin's.

"Whatever." again Davina answered in the same word and put on a flat expression.

"Gosh this girl is so stiff. Patience." Marvin's inner self encourages himself.

"Let's go." Marvin tried to neutralize the irritation in his heart.

Davina just followed Marvin and walked behind him making Marvin more confused with Davina's behavior.

"Walk beside me." pinta Marvin then stopped his steps.

Accidentally Davina hit Marvin who suddenly stopped and turned around.

"It hurts." ringis Davina while stroking his forehead which hit the chest field Marvin quite hard.

"Why don't you give me a cue when you stop?" grumbled Davina upset.

Marvin smiled faintly looking at Davina's cute face while being annoyed.

"You're the one who doesn't focus" Marvin mocked.

"Hey! You should be apologizing to me!" sahut Davina did not accept.

"So you expect me to apologize? Well I'll treat you as the ransom" said Marvin.

"Where can that be?" davina said astonished.

"Then you want me to apologize in what way?" ask Marvin to pretend to be stupid.

"Basin the insensitive man! Just say sorry it's so hard." Davina's mind grumbled.

"Find it out!" davina answered and walked ahead of Marvin.

It was like Marvin was laughing to see the adorable face of Davina who was upset.

"Why stop? Otherwise I'll just go home." cried Davina made Marvin rush after Davina.

"This motion of my little rabbit turned out to be unstable as well. Interesting." muttered Marvin grinning.

Marvin walked beside Davina, glancing at Davina's pouting face. The two walked side by side without taking out a word until they finally arrived at the cafe.

"We're on the second floor" said Marvin.

Davina did not realize just following Marvin's steps to the stairs to go up to the second floor of the cafe.

"Lady first." said Marvin made Davina glance then climb the stairs first.

Marvin smiled then rushed after Davina. The two chose an outdoor seat and a waiter approached them. Marvin and Davina ordered drinks and snacks according to their individual tastes.

The gentle breeze of the afternoon made Davina's hair cover her face. Davina reached into her bag to find a hair tie. Davina quickly tidied up and tied her hair in a ponytail style. The sight did not escape Marvin's eyes which immediately made the man stunned.

"Beautiful." said Marvin in his heart.

"So he called me Sir, it's so fierce now." Marvin murmured.

Marvin did not reply, his hand was about to touch Davina's forehead but the girl quickly parried her hand.

"What do you want to do?" ask Davina furiously.

"I just want to see if your forehead is okay? I'm sorry." replied Marvin.

Davina gave a sharp look to Marvin.

"Sorry." said Marvin again to make Davina speechless.

This time Davina could clearly see the good looks of Marvin sitting in front of her. Davina frowned when she found the scar on Marvin's face.

"Is the scar due to yesterday's accident?" ask Davina.

"Oh this? It's a good thing to just leave this little mark so it doesn't diminish my good looks, does it?" marvin deliberately teases Davina.

"Narcissistic based!" sahut Davina then melengos.

"My little rabbit is so cute. Looks like you've started to notice me." Marvin's inner pleasure.

"For the cause of the accident I don't know yet who planned it because the cctv in the last place I parked the car before the incident was removed by someone" explained Marvin.

"Maybe that person has something to do with your competition" Davina said.

"It can be." said Marvin agreed to Davina's remarks.

Then the two of them quietly looked at the sky scene that had started to redden. Marvin who did not want to miss the moment immediately took his cellphone and captured a beautiful portrait of Davina with a background of twilight sky.

"That's pretty. I have to fight harder. I can definitely have you, little bunny." Marvin's inner.

Before long, both orders were presented on the table. Davina and Marvin gulp down each other's drinks.

"What exactly do you want to tell me?" ask Davina.

"It seems that you are very impatient to hear it." replied Marvin deliberately stalling for time to be with Davina longer.

"Don't talk. Otherwise I'll just go home." said Davina impatiently.

"Hey, don't be. Well I'll tell you what I mean." Marvin said afraid that Davina would really go home because it wasn't easy to get alone with the girl.

"Marry me" said Marvin, choking Davina who was drinking.

Panicked Marvin immediately got up from his seat and approached Davina, patting Davina's back gently.

"Are you okay?" ask Marvin to worry.

Davina nodded her head to make Marvin relieved and then returned to his seat.

"What did you say?" ask Davina to make sure again.

"Marry me." replied Marvin.

"You're crazy!" sahut Davina doesn't believe it.

"i'm serious. I want you to be my wife." said Marvin.

Davina was silent, she just looked at Marvin seriously.

"I know this is very sudden for you. But can you give me a chance?" marvin asked with a look that made Davina's heart suddenly warm.

"What's the reason you asked me to marry you? Even you and I don't know each other. As far as I know young master Harris should have married a woman from a respectable family instead of choosing an obscure woman like me." asked Davina.

"For me marriage is something I would do once in a lifetime. I want to marry the girl who deserves to be with me all my life. I don't want to get married that way" Marvin answered honestly.

Davina was speechless, and she was confused not to know if what Marvin was saying was serious or not. Davina doesn't want to get caught up in the conglomerate's love game.

"I'm not a woman like you. Your family wouldn't agree, would they?" davina said self-conscious.

"My father died when I was 17. Then 2 years later my mother followed my father. Now it's just Grandma, I'm sure she won't mind my choice" Marvin said, allowing Davina to feel Marvin's grief.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to bring up your grief" Davina said carefully as she felt guilty.

"No problem. I've let them go. There is an unavoidable destiny: death" Marvin said.

Davina could clearly see that behind Marvin's cold and stern look was a fragility in her heart.

"What makes you so sure you're married to me? What's your real reason?" ask Davina.

"Eitherway. When I first saw you somehow I was so sure that you were going to be my wife. I don't care about your background." replied Marvin.

Davina can capture the honesty of Marvin's eyes. But Davina did not want to let go of it.

"If I refuse you?" tanya Davina provoked Marvin's reaction.

"I will force you to accept me." replied Marvin confidently.

"Ah is right. The young master must have an arrogant nature." Davina's inner.

"I'm still young, I still want to be adventurous" Davina said.

"No problem. I will not limit you. I will give you the facilities to support your wishes" said Marvin firmly making Davina stunned.

"This man is really crazy." Davina's inner unbelief.

"How do you agree?" ask Marvin to make sure.

"I don't know." Davina replied.

"So you didn't reject me?" ask Marvin.

Davina looked fixedly at Marvin, the eyes of the two met each other.

"I don't know this man, I should have rejected him firmly. But why can't I do it?" ask Davina in my heart.

Looking at Davina who was just silent without giving an answer, Marvin could understand the contents of the girl's heart before him.

"Maybe this is very strange to you. But I make sure that my intentions are serious. I'm not playing games with you. So can you give me a chance to prove my seriousness to you?" marvin asked trying to make Davina comfortable.

"I'll consider it." replied Davina.
