"Vina." call Marvin who saw Davina just getting out of the elevator.
Davina turned her head towards the source of the voice, her eyes twisting as she found out who was calling her.
"Marvin's? Why is he here? He doesn't know about my meeting with Mom and Dad, does he?" ask Davina in my heart.
"What are you here for?" ask Marvin who was standing in front of Davina.
"Meet someone." Davina replied as flat as possible so that Marvin would not suspect her.
"Is someone really important to you?" ask Marvin to make sure.
Davina frowned trying to guess what Marvin's question meant.
"Yes. Why are you asking like that?" ask Davina in confusion.
Marvin pulls Davina's hand toward the door of the emergency stairs. Orkan and Mely were about to prevent it but Davina's hand gave a code that she was fine so that both could not stop Marvin's actions.
"What's wrong?" asked Davina who found anger on Marvin's face.
Marvin pushes Davina's body against a wall that leaves the girl cornered.
Davina is still trying to calm down and not fight Marvin's treatment.
"Why don't you just accept my offer? Why would you prefer to do such a dirty thing?" marvin's question made Davina confused.
"What do you mean?" ask Davina.
"I saw you hugging a middle-aged man and entering his room. Wh why? Why don't you give me a chance to sell your body to that old man?" marvin's question surprised Davina.
Davina who had not done a fight was finally unable to resist when she heard Marvin's words that were so demeaning.
THE PLAQUE!
Davina slapped Marvin's left cheek hard.
"Why did you slap me? Isn't what I said right? Is that old man really that important to you?" marvin asked increasingly accusing Davina.
THE PLAQUE!
Davina again slapped Marvin's right cheek making the man grimace.
"It turns out in your eyes I'm that low" Davina said staring at Marvin's face.
"I just wanted to agree to your offer. But your words today made me realize that my decision was wrong. You don't know me completely yet but you're as easy as judging me not even asking me the truth" Davina said disappointedly.
"I think you're different from other men, but I was wrong. And yes, that man is so important to me that you can never take his place in my heart. I hope in the future we don't have to see each other again" Davina said with a hateful look.
Davina rushes off and leaves Marvin.
"Is the girl okay?" ask Mely to worry.
Davina nodded her head but Mely and Orkan could see clearly the look of anger on Davina's face.
Davina gave a sharp look towards Johan.
"Please tell that to your boss, there's no need to look for me and see me. Let's just say that he and I never met at all" said Davina then left the hotel with Orkan and Mely who followed behind her.
Johan was surprised when he heard Davina's words and intended to catch up with Marvin soon.
"Sir, what's wrong, sir? Why does Miss Davina look so angry?" asked Johan who found Marvin had gone out the door of the emergency stairs.
"Let's go home." take Marvin who bowed lethargic.
"What's really going on?" johan asked confused but only inwardly.
Johan follows Marvin's orders and drives to the Harris mansion.
Along the way Johan can see the sad face of Marvin. I don't know what happened between Marvin and Davina that made Johan's famous employer look so moody.
Not a word that came out of Marvin's mouth made Johan more curious but did not dare to ask Marvin. Johan is afraid to offend his master's privacy and makes Marvin angry.
20 Minutes later, Johan and Marvin arrive at the luxurious mansion of the Harris family.
Marvin went straight into his room making Julia who happened to be in the guest room amazed.
Julia who was about to follow to Marvin's room was stopped by Johan's call.
"The lady is terrible!" call Johan to panic.
"What's wrong? Why is my grandson's face so ugly? Even she didn't greet me at all." Julia asked with a cold look.
"I don't know what happened either, Madam. But last time we visited the hotel, Mr. Marvin met with Miss Davina. It seems like the two are fighting. I saw Miss Davina was very angry while the young Master was expressing it that way." Johan replied trying to explain according to what he saw.
Julia scrunched her forehead trying to digest Johan's explanation.
"What did my grandson do?" ask Julia curiously.
"You told Mira to make me a fresh drink for my granddaughter. I'll catch up with him." Julia ordered.
"Good Madam." said Johan obediently.
Julia rushed up the stairs to Marvin's room on the second floor. Julia finds Marvin's door half open and decides to enter it.
Julia found an unusual sight of her granddaughter. Shoes and suits were thrown carelessly, bed linen was messy and Marvin was sitting on the balcony holding his head.
"What's my grandson?" ask Julia to worry.
Marvin is shocked and turns to the source of the voice that is his grandmother, the woman who loved him the most after the departure of his parents.
"Mr.. I've done something wrong, Grandma." replied Marvin with a sad look.
"What mistake did you make that made you fall apart like this?" ask Julia curiously.
"I.. I've hurt Davina, Grandma." replied Marvin lowering his face.
"What did you do to that girl?" julia asked impatiently.
Marvin looks at Julia then recounts his encounter with Davina and the incident at the hotel in detail.
Julia hit Marvin's shoulder hard making the man can only surrender to receive his grandmother's punch.
"You're such a fool! Why think so narrowly? Why don't you ask the truth first and accuse him like that? It's obvious that she's very angry and disappointed in you." said Julia grumbled at her granddaughter's stupidity.
"Is this the girl's former slap?" tanya Julia looked at the red marks on both of Marvin's cheeks.
Marvin nodded his head.
"Grandmother would have done the same to you in Davina's position. Grandma didn't expect you to be this stupid!" julia was upset.
"Grandma stop talking to me." - protested Marvin.
"You deserve those words. Now because of your stupidity, you've lost your chance to get close to that girl!" Julia said.
"Grandma please help me. I'm sorry, Grandma. I was wrong, I couldn't be clear-minded when I saw Davina hugging another man. I shouldn't have been prejudiced and said such a lowly thing to Davina." said Marvin regretfully.
"Everything has happened. What do you want Grandma to do to make up for your mistake?" asked Julia who couldn't think of a way to deal with her grandson's problems.
"Grandmother persuaded Davina to marry me. Grandma could say that this marriage was Grandma's favor because Davina had saved Grandma." Marvin replied, making Julia roll both her eyes.
"Where did you get such thoughts? Stupidhead! Grandma will help you but won't use the cunning way you think it is" Julia said, rejecting her granddaughter's crazy idea.
"And in order to remove Davina's frustration from you, you have to work on your own. Grandma didn't want to force him to marry a stupid man like you." Julia added.
"Grandmother why say that?" ask Marvin who does not accept the words of his grandmother.
"It's all your own thing. You're the one who's responsible. Grandma won't interfere." Julia replied wisely.
"Grandmother is cruel." - Marvin.
"You've wasted a good chance. This time you have to fight even harder to get Davina. Good luck." Julia said before leaving Marvin's room.
"I am a fool! Really stupid!" marvin told himself.
"I'm sorry my little rabbit. Please give me another chance." muttered Marvin expectantly.
