ENDLESS HALLWAY
CHAPTER 17: CONFESSION OF THE RANGGA

Cindy returned to Jakarta accompanied by Zahra. The two teenagers seemed to have lost hope for the coming days. Upon arrival in Jakarta Nelly welcomed the arrival of his two children with a happy feeling. More so because of his longing for Zahra, the half-old woman hugged him tightly. Almost six years old, the mother and child did not meet. So once they met their feelings were really happy. On their eyelids each was covered in sparkling clear water.

"Zahra my son." Mumbled Nelly with a wistful.

"Mothers... Zahra longs for you." Sahut Zahra feels tight.

"Mother is like that too, son. How happy my mother would be if you could get together again." Nelly said, and Nelly guided her two daughters into the house. Zahra's suitcase was brought into the room by her mother.

"Your house is very nice, Cindy." Plain Zahra said.

"It's possible that we won't stay here long Zahra because this house is a relic of Romeo. Hopefully in the trial later this house is not confiscated by the authorities. Romeo built this house with Zahra's kosher money." Cindy is obviously on Zahra.

"It's a pity that this house is confiscated sis." Answer Zahra.

"Well, what can I do if that is the case. If this house is not confiscated, I will sell it and we move from here. I don't feel at ease living in Zahra's house." Explain the Cindy.

"That's a good plan, brother. Zahra will also pray that this house will not be confiscated." Reply Zahra.

"If it were to happen, our lives would suffer Zahra, where would we live?" Cindy Say.

Zahra bowed sadly. And Cindy too. Shortly afterwards Nelly came out of the room and approached her two children who were sitting pensively.

"What are you thinking about my son?" Ask the old woman.

"Sister Cindy was confused thinking if this house would be confiscated. Then where are we going to live, mom?." Zahra Bright.

"God is merciful and generous to my son. For the servant who intends sincere and holy will always get his gift. Believe this. What is important for us now is to be spared from all the things that Romeo did. Home can be anywhere we want." Nelly explained to her two children.

"That's my hope. In this case Rangga will definitely help Cindy." Cindy chimed in her mother's words.

"Now we are going to surrender to God. He is more powerful in determining everything. Let's have you guys rest in the room. You must be very tired of the journey." Reply to their mother's return.

Cindy got up from the seat followed by Zahra. The two brothers walked side by side to the room. Then in the bed they both lay down. The journey they had just taken was quite exhausting.

They left the village early in the morning and arrived at home at midnight. Without going to the bath they immediately went to sleep. Presumably the fatigue they felt caused it to be easy to fall asleep soundly.

The twilight wind caressed Cindy's hair. While the sun is hiding halfway behind the horizon its Onar is red of security. Cindy's hair became red copper licked by the twilight sun. The girl glanced at the young man sitting next to her. And the young man named Rangga, just retorted, with a friendly smile.

"You look so moody Cindy?" Cindy bowed while toying with the buttons of her shirt. Rangga looked at Cindy attentively. A feeling of compassion tucked in his chest cavity.

"Did your efforts succeed Cindy ?" Rangga. Cindy shook her head heavily.

"Your father is not willing to give evidence?" Rangga.

"Well." yeah." Cindy answered with a deep breath.

"Well what are you gonna do?" Ask Rangga.

"Forced all my own things." Answer Cindy.

He himself can do nothing. "I feel sorry to see you Cindy." Cindy looked at Rangga with tears. Then lay his head on the chest field Rangga. Rangga's palm caressed Cindy's hair affectionately.

"This bitter truth I must gulp with a steadfast heart. Likewise, as a child must be willing to sacrifice for the sake of parents, is my father not normal anymore." Cindy said with a gripped tone of voice.

"Finely let me bear this. Am I not involved? I hope you understand. By my holy love for you, I will preserve body and soul to defend you." Rangga lirih.

"Don't, you better not be angry. Let all my problems be solved alone." Sergey Cindy.

"That can't be Cindy. You're gonna fuck." Reply Rangga.

"What can I do for Rangga. I don't want you to suffer." Cindy answered back.

"But I have tasted happiness on the sidelines that will grow this suffering and this problem. It's appropriate that I bear the burden." Rangga.

Cindy stared deeply at Rangga's resigned face. "The glorious step of your heart is Rangga." Whispers in Cindy's heart Then Cindy's pair of eyes of rays. Her delicate palms stroked Rangga's hair.

"Rangga. I understand your palpability. But don't involve yourself right now. I'm afraid you're going to jail." Cindy Say.

"That's our risk Cindy." Serge Rangga.

"It is the Rangga." Reply Cindy.

"I love you Cindy" said Rangga sincerely.

"I know." Cindy said as she rubbed Rangga's cheeks gently.

"The accusation is not true!" Shouted Rangga.

The judge and everyone in the courtroom turned their attention to Rangga. The mood was quiet but tense.

"Who are you? and what does this have to do with the case." Ask the judge while glaring.

Rangga walked up to the judge. The distance between the judge and Rangga was only three meters. The young man stood gallantly and was full of dignity. "I hope that the yahg allegations against Cindy will be removed. He's actually innocent in this case." Rangga said breaking the silence for a moment.

"You have to prove that he's innocent. So does his father." The judge is firm.

"Okay, judge, I will explain the real issue. The ultimate goal of trade should be to weaken the enemy

bankrupt until finally taking on debt

Romeo I've been pushing to get Cindy

as his wife, so that our case may not be

uncovered. But please the judge

"Is not enough yet, judge?" Said Rangga firmly.

"Why in this case your name is not

listed?" Ask Judge.

"Because I'm behind the scenes. But given Cindy's innocence, I unmasked myself. I feel sorry for him." Reply Rangga.

"But didn't Cindy confess all her deeds?" the judge asked Rangga.

"Because he just wants to help his father. This is where I am moved to see it. Take all these things to me and don't take Cindy with you." Rangga.

"It turns out you're a benevolent bastard." Said the Judge. The judge looked at the sobbing Cindy while covering her face with a palm.

"That's fair." Rangga Sahut.

While Cindy can only screech while dumbstruck in her seat.
