I Love U! Husband Carried

I Love U! Husband Carried
CHAPTER 14 - The Dream Man

"Have you slept, huh?"

I looked at Anta's sister who was lying on the sofa in the room. Even though you didn't sleep in the same bed, I couldn't deny it, I felt an emotional bond so strong with this man who was my husband, as did the physical attraction. Slowly Kak Anta's figure had invaded all my senses, I found a special place within this self that I once thought only Petra could occupy.

I have promised, will serve her wholeheartedly as a wife. Although maybe in our marriage there is no love wrapped and in his heart now there is someone else, but somehow Sister Anta started to let go of my defense and I will try to get my presence recognized by her.

As soon as I looked at Kak Anta long enough, his face was already drenched in light, the light of the lights were radiant.and he, embracing his body which was engulfed in cold air. He held his head up on his stout left arm. The look on his face seemed to show me a feeling of anger, disappointment, and confusion he seemed lost over what happened to him.

Immediately I took my pillow and blanket, and I held it slowly on Kak Anta's head so that he did not wake up. I also pulled a blanket to cover her body, "Good night Sister Anta, I'm sorry, huh?! from this moment we fight together, I swear I will always be by your side until maybe you ask me to leave."

Now I realize that my mind is full of images of Kak Anta, the man who is still one hundred percent of his body mine. I always saw her come and go, wake up and sleep, the thought of it was not supposed to make me so happy, but, on top of all this I felt so lucky to meet and marry Sister Anta.

...****************...

The next day before leaving for work, I put down the last batch of fried bread I made the dough yesterday while waiting for Kak Anta to come home from work. When I heard the door open, I immediately wiped my hands with a napkin and walked towards Kak Anta who just came out of the room.

I've been waiting for him the last hour, making breakfast and preparing provisions.

"Sister, I learned to bake bread yesterday. I have prepared a little for the labor supply, if it can be shared also for others." I said, handing him the box.

"Thank you." His answer was short while taking the provision from my hand.

"I've made breakfast, eat first huh?"

Sister Anta raised her left arm to look at the watch for a moment, "Alright."

I smiled, it seems that Kak Anta's mood has improved after last night's incident. To maintain this mood, I will try not to say or do anything that touches her sensitive feelings.

"After finishing sprinkling, the bread is ready to be eaten. It will be made like this too, right?! sprinkle the refined sugar before eating." I said as I sowed refined sugar on each loaf, while Kak Anta watched. "So, don't you like bread like this?"

"I like everything."

"Really?" asked Anta, hesitating.

"Sit down and enjoy, brother. I'm gonna make you a pregnant milk drink. What do you want to drink? milk, juice, or water?"

Sister Anta was silent for a moment, her forehead shriveled, there was something she was thinking about right now. When the confusion subsided, he said, "I haven't made milk for you. Sorry, let me make it now."

"No," Prohibit me from him, until he's back in the dining chair. "Forward breakfast brother. Soon hours come to work, don't be late." I said with a smile.

"I'm negligent, to you. Sorry."

"Will not forgive me is more than enough. Don't apologize, I'm the one who has to say Thank you!"

I poured milk into Kak Anta's glass, after she said her choice. While he sat down sweetly while enjoying the fried bread, the breads began to wash quickly. Right now, as I looked at her voraciously enjoying the cooking I served; I realized that she was ready to protect me, no matter what, even though at this moment he is trying hard to fight his feelings that are contrary to the mind because he assumes to fulfill his responsibility towards Me, his wife.in that moment in his heart, he said, there was still another woman whom he loved very much.

Amidst the atmosphere this morning, the Sun began to rise, its rays barging in through the sidelines of the vents above the windows and doors. Kak Anta immediately rushed to put on his shoes and went to work. While I stand behind him.

"Sister?"

Hearing my voice, Anta's brother turned his head back. He looked at me a bit confused, "What?"

"Well, what will I cook you?"

"The cook that you could have," he paused for a moment to stand up, then continued. "As for you, I will eat it myself."

I was unable to take my eyes off, after hearing the response to knock Kak Anta. Even after his figure went far and further away from home. In my heart, I admire the humble nature of Sister Anta. No doubt he was giving me time to absorb everything.

And that humility, inevitably was one of the reasons why I wanted to get to know him further, even wanting to have his heart whole.
