After three days in the hospital, we were given permission to return home. Since Rania, every night has been our overtime schedule. Sometimes Rania wakes us up once every hour because of urination or hunger. But we all went with patience. Frankly all these hassles are still not worth the excitement we feel.
This morning we were preparing to return home, and as usual, Rambo was always kindly offering help for us, even though Kak Anta himself could drive a car, he said, but Rambo was reluctant and kept picking us up at the hospital.
"I told you not to help me pick it up! You can look at Rania when you get home from work. You're permission permission hold, reprimanded commander knows taste!" Sister Anta grumbled along the corridor. While Rambo muttered with a mocking expression Kak Anta.
"You keep getting angry! I'm just here for my beautiful niece, not you. If you want to go home by yourself, go ahead." Said Rambo starting to mock, then brought his face closer to Rania.
"Rania wants to come, right?"
Like two people who are one way, when Rambo approached and spoke to Rania who was in my team, Rania smiled thinly even though her eyes were closed.
"Well, you're smiling! " said Rambo girang, "See! Anta Reza's. Your son just agreed to come home with me!"
Brother Anta sighed while carrying our bags of clothes and belongings, "Yes already, then please bring this, yes!" he said while hanging the bag on Rambo's shoulder.
Anta Reza's base is annoying, maybe that's what Rambo had in mind when he pursed his lips, maybe,
"Sucks as usual!" said grumbling.
I just laughed, they were great friends. I rarely see them fighting, even though I first found out, which was when I was helped by Rambo at the restaurant and they hit each other because of it. Indeed Rambo is a figure of a good and loyal friend, behind his fiery and spooky carrier, stored warm and unpretentious characteristics. And I have a lot of respect for him, indeed they are very suitable friends.
"Let's go, baby, help me sit here." Said Brother Anta while asking me to sit in a wheelchair.
"Thank you, Brother."
Then after helping me sit down, Sister Anta turned her gaze back, towards Rambo.
"Let's go, you're ahead!" Kak Anta said to him.
"Ih, you're the only one. You are now in front." Sahut Rambo with an annoyed expression.
Sister Anta glanced at him with a dim light, and began to tease Rambo; "I'm good to you, pity you if you look at this little family all the way in plain sight. So singles are heavy, especially at this age."
"Between Reza!!!"
Rambo raised his tone slightly, then went off whining. I know he's not really mad about it, but Rambo likes to be spoiled especially when Kak Anta teases him, something that rarely even never.
I was a little comforted in Anta's encouragement, especially when watching Rambo with his steady hair. He grumbled while carrying a big bag, like the fathers who were forced to bring groceries in the market.
When I see their friendship, I sometimes envy, I did not have a friend as good as this at school. But ... This is not an absolute thing, because I used to have a childhood friend.
"Suster, my sister is dying. Why not get checked out?!" Say someone with a shrill voice.
Just as we reached the front door of the hospital, I noticed a slight commotion at the reception desk. A girl who seemed to be the same age as me, dressed rather shabbyly, was furious at the nurse in front of her.
Then the desperate sister, trying to explain; "Yes, finish her administration first. There will be a doctor."
"This hospital what's the civilian registry anyway sister? administration administration, my sister's sick, it's severe." Obviously the girl, "Please check first, about the money later I will try the sisters. People's lives are not worth the money, if I can treat my own sister, there's no way I can bring her here."
While we remain in place, witness this debate. It is not a mortal thing, if you see this incident happened in the hospital. Only maybe, some people will shut up and pretend not to hear.
And this time, the girl started to tear up, as she was about to rest on the nurse, with no movement we could have expected, Rambo went straight ahead, blocking.
"Om, don't stop me first." Say the girl to Rambo. I began to catch her face, somewhat familiar in my memory. But, who is he?
"This is one of the efforts so that my sister can be examined immediately without a whimper t3tek administration blah blah blah." Furthermore, while trying to release the hand of Rambo who grasped his hand.
Me and Sister Anta looked at each other and threw smiles at each other. It seems that this time Rambo will show again the bright side of his angel. Save a girl's self-esteem, and it does not rule out the possibility also Rambo will give the girl help for her problems.
"You don't make a fuss here" Rambo told the girl.
Shifting the girl's body slightly forward, he approached the reception desk. "Not to the side a little, because we want to pass." Rambo pointed at the exit.
Oh, indeed Brother Anta's best friend is quite another. Destroyed our two shadows, Sister Anta, when Rambo said the opposite. Of course, it is not only me and Anta who are somewhat surprised by Rambo's unique behavior. Except the girl too.
"I thought you wanted to help, om?!" said the girl with bulging eyes in a flat expression.
Rambo's eyes narrowed, then shook his head slowly. Then after that he looked back, towards me, Sister Anta and Rania.
The girl also looked at us, and in that instant I could clearly see the girl's face, her eyes were smooth and beautiful. A figure that could relax even though his heart was riled all out. Finally I can remember him well, none other than; cantika Marwah. My little friend who used to live next door, by the lake.
"Marvah?" I said, "You Cantika Marwah? whose house used to be near the lake, next to mine?"
He frowned, while looking at me with narrowed eyes. Probably trying to remember me, just like I said.
"Darling, you know?" Whisper Sister Anta in my ear.
"Yes, we used to be good friends. But when entering Middle School Marwah moved to the city, because his parents wanted to wander." My answer.
Hearing that, the girl I believed to be my little friend, Marwah immediately replied; "Kania? Avisha's Gift?" Said screaming.
I nodded immediately, and she came over to hug me.
She hugged me not long ago, probably aware that I was holding Rania. After she let go of her embrace, I immediately asked "What happened?"
"My sister's sick, Kania. I'm so dizzy, just want to treat it hard to ask for mercy."
"You're an only child, since when did you have a sister?" I said.
"Since my parents died," he answered, "As you can see! I lived on the streets, sometimes selling newspapers, sometimes busking, and because of the rigors of living in the streets I met children who fared the same as me. I raised them to be little sisters, and I'm back to having a family."
When I heard the news about him, long gone, I thought Marwah had been living happily with her parents in the city. Because many say they have been successful after wandering. But apparently after 8 years of separation, I found him in another fate.
"Why are you in the hospital?" Ask Marwah to me.
"I just gave birth,"
His pupils instantly rounded, "Kania, you already have a child. Seriously? I-I was so moved... "
Suddenly from behind Rambo pulls Marwah's shoulder. "Your sister, don't forget" Rambo said flatly.
Marwah immediately patted his eel, "After Kania," he said, then turned again towards Rambo.
"Om, please help me. Convince this sister to check on my sister."
While from behind, Sister Anta apparently pushed again my wheelchair. And get closer to Rambo to get our bags.
"Well, Rambo! you help this girl first. Let me take Rania and my wife home." Said Sister Anta a little teasing.
"Wo-woy, don't leave me like that!" Said Rambo.
Unfortunately Kak Anta chose earplugs, and we left Rambo and Marwah at the reception desk. When I looked up, I saw Anta smiling faintly, as if she had a plan for this matter.
