"How is anything serious?" adam asked the doctor, they are now in the hospital to check on Aluna, after being able to control his surprise Adam took Aluna to the nearest hospital.

"Not this lady is okay" Adam sighed in relief. "You can take him home just heart maybe his knee will hurt a few days" Adam nodded in understanding.

"I'll take you home come on" said Adam as he walked towards the door, actually Adam is still surprised to see Aluna who is still alive but Adam does not want to dispute the past which is clearly not his business anymore.

"Adam you don't want to ask what really happened?" aluna said while looking down, signifying her regret.

"Whatever happened in the past has nothing to do with me anymore, it's over for me"

Aluna sobbed, "Yes you are right because everything is my fault, I should not have done it to you, so from that it might be karma for me"

Adam frowned "Karma?"

Aluna shook her head "It's nothing, thanks for treating me, I can go home alone" Aluna woke up limping past Adam.

"I'll take you to account for what I've done."

"Not thank you"

"Miss Aluna" A doctor approached. "What happened to you?"

"Oh. Doctor it's okay just a little accident"

"What do you mean a small accident, you have to be careful with your body remember your body is very weak" he said.

"My doctor knows"

"Well, you better prepare yourself for our operation this month, and you have to take good care of yourself both understand"

"Good doctor" The doctor passed by without looking at Adam, Adam was a few steps away from Aluna so he could hear the conversation between Aluna and the doctor.

Adam escorted Aluna to a small house that Aluna pointed at during their journey just silent.

"You live here?" Aluna nodded.

"Don't you ask about your brother" said Adam.

Aluna undoes her intention to open the door "I don't know where she is now" Aluna said.

"She's my wife now, we're married" Adam saw Aluna's look in surprise.

"Oh yes, you deserve each other you are just as good people" Aluna said as a drop of tears trickled down. "Please don't tell him you met me, I'm so ashamed of him"

"Can you tell me what really happened?" Adam was really curious to see the situation of Aluna who was not like before made him feel sad what happened with Aluna? "And where's Roy?"

Aluna was sobbing "Roy engineered our deaths to avoid you, we lived abroad all this time I just returned a few months ago, and Roy was dead in a car accident, I was really punished for hurting you and Alyla, during my life with Roy, I was like a prisoner every day Roy was just drunk and playing women, he even beat me up a lot, he said, after Roy died I was only able to return to Indonesia, but it arrived here I got really bad news I was sentenced to have a brain tumor, god really gave me karma for all my actions" Adam remembered the doctor who had met Aluna.

"What was the doctor?"

"It was the doctor who handled me, we had scheduled my surgery but I still did not have the money, that's the color I can only give up hope God forgives me"

The story of Aluna makes Adam's heart feel miserable once the fate of Aluna, the inner Adam.

"Again thanks, please don't tell Alyla, and also please take good care of Alyla" Aluna got out of Adam's car, while continuing to wipe her tears signifying such great regret.

Adam sighed as soon as he entered the garage of his house, Adam even forgot to tell Alyla maybe Alyla was waiting for him last night, and it was already night.

Adam looked at his phone for some missed calls from Alyla, maybe Alyla was worried about him.

What Adam had to say to Alyla, Did he have to say that he met Aluna, but Aluna asked him not to tell Alyla, Adam squeezed his hair his meeting with Aluna made it a true dilemma.

Although Adam had no feelings for Aluna, his conscience felt sorry for Aluna's story.
