Adam parked his car in front of a simple house, the atmosphere seemed quiet even inaudible sound from the inside, Adam close the distance to the door, raising his hand to knock but before knocking heard objects fall from inside until the sound of shards is heard.

Adam undoes his intention to knock and immediately pushes the door open, "Aluna.." Adam screamed in surprise when he found Aluna lying on the floor with broken glasses scattered.

Adam brought Aluna to the room and laid her down, Adam would call the doctor to come right when Adam put the phone in question Aluna's phone on the table reads the name of Doctor Rido on the screen. Adam undoes his intention to call and choose to pick up Aluna's phone maybe the doctor who used to handle Aluna more know Aluna's condition now.

"Miss Aluna anywhere, you missed your chekup schedule today." Adam hasn't spoken anyone there has spoken first.

"Sorry, I'm not Aluna I found Aluna passed out what should I do?"

"Gosh, please take it immediately to Rs XX I will immediately prepare for his treatment" Rido's doctor sounded very panicked.

Adam immediately took Aluna to the hospital that was mentioned by Dr. Rido.

In front of the hospital a doctor was waiting with two nurses who were ready to be on standby, no need to ask again that doctor Rido because Adam had seen him talking to Aluna the other day.

Doctor Rido and the two nurses immediately brought Aluna to action. Adam waits uneasily for the good fortune to come if not who will find Aluna in a fainting state.

Amidst his worries Adam's cell phone rang Alyla contacted him, Adam was getting uneasy about what he had to say to Alyla, there was no way that Adam would tell Alyla about Aluna, moreover, Aluna asks him to hide his condition from Alyla.

Adam gathered up his courage to answer Alyla's call "Assalamualaikum.."

"Waalaikumsalam mas, are you home late today?" it's been an hour from Adam's schedule usually go home but there is no news from Adam, so Alyla contacted Adam, especially since Azka kept asking 'Daddy when to go home?'

"I'm sorry I forgot today mas overtime" Adam's chest rumbled as the lie rolled away

"Oh yes already but do not forget to eat malem yes mas "

"I-yeah ..how is Azka?"

"Azka nanyain just now but I don't know if he really knows how"

"Yes, why would you?"

"What's wrong.you sleep first just don't have to wait for the dumplings and the dawdles of late home" Adam had to know the condition of Aluna before going home that means Adam had to wait longer.

"Yes, I closed it first.. Assalamualaikum"

"Goddessalam.." Adam squeezes his hair out in frustration and eventually Adam has to lie to Alyla. "Excuse me, mas promise later mas will explain, you can definitely understand" said Adam lirih while staring at his phone that has been turned off.

Adam was still wandering with his thoughts, when the doctor came out of Aluna's ward.

"Are you her husband?" ask Dr. Rido

"I'm not just his relative" Adam replied.

"Well come to my room" Adam followed where the doctor went.

Adam was sitting in front of Rido's doctor who was explaining Aluna's condition "The patient's condition is very critical and must immediately undergo surgical removal of the tumor"

"Why not do the doc

"That's the problem the patient always refuses to operate, can you persuade him to undergo surgery immediately"

Doubtful Adam nodded "Well I'll try" Adam said.

"A few more moments the patient may wake up you can immediately persuade him, but do not make him too depressed, you also have to keep the patient from excessive stress"

Adam sighed before entering Aluna's ward 'Well at least I should do one good for you' Adam's inner self, Adam promised in his heart at least he had to help Aluna until she was in surgery and healed only after that he could release his burden.
