Buying a Horse Stroller in a Merchant Guild

The next day, in the morning. After cleaning themselves with the well water in the backyard of the inn, the two of them went to breakfast.

"I'm here to buy a horse carriage, said my friend here can buy a horse carriage?" Julian asked.

"It can, sir. Well then, let's sit there because there's a whole range of horse carriages and you can look around." The receptionist picked up the book and walked towards the empty seat.

"All right." Julian and Claire follow the receptionist.

"There are three types of chariots, sir. The first is a freight train, this train has a sturdy structure but also heavy."

"The second was a passenger carriage, with a normal structure and a weight light enough to be pulled by one horse."

"Then the latter was a horse carriage commonly used by nobles where there was one door and several windows on the side."

The receptionist opens the book she took and explains the three types of horse carriages to Julian and Claire.

The first and second types of horse carriages were carriages with doors at the front and back and there were some that did not have roofs.

While the noble horse carriage was very closed then there were doors and windows on the sides of the carriage that could maintain the privacy of the people inside it.

"Hm, a carriage of goods yet which is enclosed and drawn with two horses. Is there?" Julian touched his chin and spoke.

"Which is closed, do you mean who has the roof and also the door cover?" Receptionists look around in books.

"Yes, like that." Julian nodded.

"What about this, sir?" The receptionist showed the picture in the book.

"Absolutely. Is this horse carriage available? I'll buy it." Julian immediately decided to buy the horse carriage.

"It just so happens that there are two carriages available, and there is one carriage that can be pulled on two horses, Sir!" The receptionist smiled brightly.

He himself did not expect that Julian would immediately decide to buy it after seeing one picture only.

Usually customers will look at the picture and ask a lot but in the end they do not buy it which makes the receptionist upset because it has wasted a lot of time.

The three of them walked towards the backyard where there were several horse carriages and horses in the stable.

After checking the condition of his horse carriage for a while and making sure there was no problem, Julian immediately asked his price.

"Since the master will buy with his horse, then the total price becomes 7 gold coins, Master!" The receptionist said the price was nervous.

Because he was afraid that Julian would feel the price was too expensive and not so buy his horse carriage that made the receptionist sad.

"7 gold coins? Affordable price." Julian immediately took out a cloth bag with 8 gold coins.

Claire took the cloth bag from Julian's hand and gave it to the surprised receptionist.

The receptionist immediately called the attendant who took care of the stables and asked him to bring out the two horses that were the best.

After installing the equipment to pull the carriage on the bodies of the two horses, the horse carriage can already be used and just stay directly driving it.

Julian and Claire climb into the coachman's seat and Julian immediately controls the horses to pull the carriage smoothly.

Julian drove the horse carriage out of the Merchant Guild and went around the city while trying on his new horse carriage.

Julian explained the reason why he decided to buy a freight train with a closed roof instead of a passenger train.

After an hour of touring the Caver City, the two of them returned to the inn and put the horse carriage in the place the inn had already provided.

"Yeah, Julian. Looks like you bought the horse carriage already..." Moriz greeted Julian who had just entered the inn.

"Tomorrow, we'll go buy some daily necessities and some food stock because the day after tomorrow we'll get the hell out of here." Julian's telling Claire tomorrow's agenda.

"Good, Master! Leave it to me if it is related to daily needs!" Claire offered to buy her daily necessities.

"Sure, I will hand over the daily necessities to you. Then, I'll buy the food stock." Julian nodded and allowed Claire.

"Good!" Claire smiled brightly.

The dishes that had been ordered had come and they then ate while talking and making plans for the day after tomorrow.
