LOVE BLOWS FROM REUNION

LOVE BLOWS FROM REUNION
Episode 185: SAID THE PRIEST

Meanwhile, in Japan, after being sent home by her in-laws, Yudi immediately left her in-laws' house, long before morning arrived. Understandably, at that time in Japan has entered autumn. The sun is late. The night is longer than the day.

From the bus station in Sakai, Yudi heads to Kyoto. After the bus stopped at Kyoto station, Yudi got off. Exiting the station, Yudi did not return to Yuna's apartment. But he stepped foot somewhere else. Yudi walks towards Okazaki, a village in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto. Just on foot. The distance is not far from the bus station in Kyoto, only about one and a half kilometers. Like exercising in the morning. Of course, it is not only Yudi who walks to the area, because in Okazaki there is a park that is a destination for people to exercise and refreshing. Nearby Okazaki Park, there is also a Kyoto City Zoo attraction. Certainly crowded by the visitors.

Yudi does not exercise at Okazaki Park, or go on a picnic to Kyoto zoo. But he continued on his way, towards Higashiyama. This area is very interesting with traditional buildings that are very ancient. Even this place is included in the city of culture preserved by UNESCO. It can be called the old city of Kyoto.

Yudi walks past several ancient temples that have historical value to the people of Kyoto. Yudi continued down the road that only pedestrians could walk. Cars should not pass through this religious tourist spot. On the left right of the road, many ancient temple buildings stand, such as Yasaka Pagoda, Yasaka Shrine, Kodaiji Temple, and Kiyomizudera Temple.

Finally, Yudi stopped at Yasaka-jinja Shinto Shrine, which is one of the most majestic religious sites in Kyoto. The temple is considered the center of Shinto belief. Shinto itself is a teaching or religion in Japan that adheres to the worship of the gods. Yasaka-jinja Shinto Shrine is always filled with people who come in droves to pray. Believed by the Japanese people, Yasaka-jinja Shinto Shrine has a very strong energy, which can provide soul enlightenment for people who are sad. That lucky energy emanated from the aura within the temple.

After entering through the towering red-colored gate, Yudi continued to enter the main courtyard of the temple. After pausing for a moment to observe the left right, looking around the courtyard, Yudi again stepped foot. He went straight into the offering hall which was very impressive. On the altar of the offering there are various fruits and food for the offering.

Yudi stood quietly in front of the offering. Many people passed by praying for blessings in front of the offering. Yudi did not follow the people who prayed, but just silently looked at the place where the Shinto worship was made.

Suddenly a priest or monk came to Yudi. The priest was dressed in a kind of kimono of a large white cloth, and his head was wearing a headgear like a kupluk or peci typical of Shinto priests. The priest patted Yudi on the shoulder.

"Nanika otetsudai dekiru koto wa arimasu ka?" the priest said to Yudi who asked if anyone could be helped.

"Gomen'nasai, bokushi .... Watashi no kokoro wa kanashi." replied Yudi who apologized and said that he was sad.

"Kanashimanaide course .... Anata ga kanashimi no naka ni iru dakenara, jinsei no imi wa nandesuka. Watashitachi to issho ni kite kudasai." The monk advised Yudi not to be sad, then asked Yudi to come inside.

Yudi stepped following the monk, into the inner chamber of the temple building. There is a stage in the middle that is decorated with various lanterns. If it is night, surely the courtyard in the middle of the temple is very beautiful and interesting. At first glance watching the place, Yudi immediately remembered to his wife who had shown a photo of herself at the place.

"Koko ni kite ..." said the priest who asked Yudi to keep following him.

Yudi stepped back, following the priest's footsteps, who continued to walk in.

Eventually, the pastor stopped at an altar. The pastor sat cross-legged on the altar, a place rather high, not so big, just enough to cross the pastor. This place if at home Yudi some kind of gazebo.

"Achira ni suwatte .." said the priest asking Yudi to sit close to the priest, under the gazebo he occupied.

Then Yudi sat down in front of the priest, right under the priest.

"Sorehanandesuka?" the priest asked Yudi, asking what the problem was.

"A, Indonesian hito?" ask the priest who assured me that Yudi was from Indonesia.

"Religion .... Shikashi ima, watashi no tsuma wa yukue fumeidesu" said Yudi who recounts that his wife is currently missing.

"Ushinatta's? Hanashi wa dodesu?" The priest asked how the story of Yudi's wife could be lost.

"Watashi wa shiranai. Watashi no tsuma wa watashitoisshoni Indonesia ni sunde imasu. Watashi no tsuma wa watashitoisshoni Indonesia ni sunde imasu. Darekaga kanojo o Nihon ni tsuremodosu tame ni kita to iu hito mo imasu." Yudi recounted that his wife, who lives in Indonesia, was visited by people from Japan, and forced to return to Japan. But in reality, after being searched for her home or her parents' home, Yuna was not found.

The priest was silent. And closed his eyes. His two palms were found, clenched in front of his chest, like people worshipping. Perhaps this is what Shinto priestly meditation is called.

Yudi also kept quiet. Look at the pastor who is meditating. Although not able to shake, Yudi also kept his mind still. Must be thinking about his wife. Although different beliefs, even traditional customs, between Java and Japan, but universally, silence is the same. When one wants to know something beyond the reach of human reason, when one needs the help of the Almighty, the same is done to calm the soul, to fill the mind. Then, towards one point, focus on facing the All-Knowing.

Yudi understood what the Shinto priest did. He must be be begging for clues from his god. Ask for help to know where Yuna is now, through prayers according to her beliefs.

The Shinto Priest prayed for a long time. For a long time Yudi waited quietly for the Reverend. Until finally, the Reverend opened his eyes, took off his two hands attached to his chest, then put the palm on his knees that were still cross-legged. The pastor ended his meditation.

Yudi was curious to hear the words that the Reverend would say. There must be something important whispered by his god, regarding the whereabouts of his wife.

"Yudi kyodai, shibaraku koko ni iru yo ni onegaishimasu. Anata wa kiken ni sarasa rete imasu" said the priest, who said Yudi was in danger. Yudi was told to stay at the temple for a while.

Yudi immediately looked down. There was a new problem for him. What the priest said has a point. Because last night, her father-in-law also said that the person who brought Yuna must also be looking for Yudi. Lemas Yudi's whole body. He's getting worried. There must be a very important problem related to Yuna. And for sure, it's an undisclosed matter.

"Watashi no tsuma wa dodesu?" yudi said asking about his wife's fate.

"Shinpai suru na. Anata no tsuma wa genkidesu." The pastor said Yudi had nothing to worry about, as his wife was fine.

He was silent, unable to say anything. But one thing, that Yudi could not eliminate the worry that always enveloped his heart. Of course, he was worried about his wife.

However, Yudi remained resigned. Especially when staring at the face of the priest, there was a cool air that emanated, as well as the autumn wind that brought news that soon in the temple will welcome winter.

May the Reverend say, if Yuna is in good condition. But there is still one thing that is more worried by Yudi, namely himself. For now, he cannot get out of the airport. Even he was also sure, at this time there were people who had come to his in-laws' house to look for him.

It is true that the Reverend said, Yudi is currently in danger.
