To please parents, Yudi wants to take her future-in-law around enjoying the atmosphere of the city of Jogja. Of course to travel to famous places in Jogja. Yuna is participating. Father and his symbol Yudi also invited. The first time Yudi wanted to introduce Prambanan Temple. The most beautiful Hindu temple in Indonesia. The five of them, entering the Prambanan Temple area, certainly with admiration. Especially Yuna and her father. Although Yuna has been in Jogja for months, she has never been to Prambanan Temple. Moreover, his father Yuna, an old man who has spilled all his life for religious activities in the temple, in accordance with his beliefs, would have heard about Prambanan Temple as the center of Hinduism in Java, his curiosity was very curious.
"This is Prambanan Temple. A Hindu temple is the largest in Indonesia" Yudi explained.
Yuna directly translates into Japanese for her father.
"Chichioya, kore wa puranbanan jiindesu. Hindo - u kyo no shukyo - tekina reihaisho. Saidai no hindo-u jiin" Yuna explained to her father.
"Hjw .... Puranbanan jiin .., oku no nihonjin ga puranbanan jiin ni tsuite hanashimasu. Hontoni bikkuri shimashita ..." said his father Yuna.
"Yudi, my father was really amazed by the splendor of Prambanan Temple. Religious figures in Japan tell a lot about the magnificent Prambanan Temple." explained Yuna conveyed what her father said.
"Many mysteries in this Prambanan Temple, Yuna .... Actually I was afraid to take you to this place" Yudi said to Yuna.
"What's the matter, Yudi?" ask Yuna.
"Prambanan Temple is the greatest love expression of a king, namely King Boko. The story is very tragic, when King Boko fell in love with a girl named Roro Jonggrang, a beautiful girl who came from Prambanan Village. Roro Jonggrang intends to reject his love. But to reject a proposal from a king, of course the girl was afraid to say it. So to reject his love, Roro Jonggrang put conditions to King Boko. Roro Jonggrang wanted to marry King Boko on condition that a thousand temples be made overnight. Roro Jonggrang thought, surely King Boko could not do it, so failed to interfere with him. King Boko accepted Roro Jonggrang's request. So on the appointed night, King Boko began to build the thousand temples requested by Roro Jonggrang. King Boko issued his magic, namely Bandung Bondowoso studies. Thousands of jin helped the work of King Boko to make the temple as much as a thousand. The jinn make, sculpt and carry stone blocks, composing into a pile of beautiful temples, with intricate relief carvings, and charming sculptures. Roro Jonggrang who got the news that the thousand requested temple would be so, he was confused, worried not able to refuse the proposal of King Boko. So he tried to thwart the work, the way was to wake up the women in his village, then have the women pound the rice. Hearing the sound of people pounding rice, the jinn from Bandung Bondowoso dish owned by King Boko, immediately stopped his work, because he thought the day had started early. Though the construction of the thousand temples has not been completed, there is still less than one more statue that has not been made. Roro Jonggrang smiled with satisfaction, because he managed to thwart the construction of a thousand temples, which means King Boko could not qualify his application. Knowing that he had been deceived by Roro Jonggrang, King Boko was angry. Then King Boko cursed Roro Jonggrang into a statue, to fulfill the thousandth statue." Yudi told Yuna.
"That's so, Yudi .... Indeed Roro Jonggrang is beautiful like what the hell, why until King Boko crazy like that?" asked the curious Yuna.
"That must be pretty. Let me show you the statue of Roro Jonggrang displayed in the largest temple" said Yudi who immediately took Yuna to the largest temple.
"Chichioya .., zo o mite mimashou Roro Jonggrang." Yuna invites her father to watch the statue of Roro Jonggrang.
"Roro Jonggrang ...? Kanojo wa daredesuka?" ask father.
"Roro jonggrang wa boko-o ni norowa rete dozo ni natta bijodesu." Yuna explains that Roro Jonggrang is a beautiful woman who was cursed by King Boko to be a statue.
"Wee .... Totemo kowai ..." Yuna's father was horrified to hear her story.
Next, the five of them walked together towards the largest and tallest temple building. Then they entered the temple room. Inside the room is a statue of a woman, believed to be a statue of Roro Jonggrang cursed by King Boko.
"The mystical side of Prambanan Temple is very magnificent, very spacious, and very much this, only built in one night. And the ones who build are the jinn commanded by King Boko. The jinn are supernatural beings who are in the mortal realm. We're hard not even possible to see. But King Boko who is famous for his magical power, with the power of aji Bandung Bondowoso, was able to gather jin-jin in other realms had become a very strong army." explained Yudi.
Naturally, Yuna explained this story to her father. A story of the magic of a king who has an army of jinn from nature beyond human reason.
"Yes, Yuna .... King Boko loved Roro Jonggrang very much, but that love was not responded to. It was a political issue at the time. If love has been politicized, it has been associated with worldly interests, if it has been overwritten by war interests, then never expect that love will be eternal. Love is just words that are full of camouflage." explained Yudi.
"What about Roro Jonggrang?" ask Yuna.
"King Boko's love with Roro Jonggrang was intertwined at an inopportune time, at a less favorable time. Their love occurred during a time of feud between kingdoms at that time. Of course, it will cause hatred that is influential in looking at people, even though they are actually happy or in love. There is a grudge that cannot be forgotten. There is an unavoidable hostility. It is not Roro Jonggrang that is wrong, only the time and place that is not right. Yuna must have remembered the story of Cleopatra who fought against King Alexander the Great of Rome .... Likewise, Roro Jonggrang, although helpless he still wants to give resistance to people who have suppressed their independence, oppress their people." Yudi explains the story of Roro Jonggrang.
"King Boko is certainly a rich man, why did Roro Jonggrang reject him?" ask Yuna again.
"Yuna .., love is not to be confused with merchandise. Love is not measured by wealth and possessions. Love does not distinguish castes, it does not distinguish social status, it does not distinguish between religion, ethnicity or race. But love also does not want to be forced by all kinds of it, including forced by property ownership and position. Although King Boko wants to make an arrest for Roro Jonggrang, but his intention is not because of love, but only lust, which is the lust of a man who witnessed the cohesion of the female body. That's not love, Yuna. Just like animals, it can only vent lust, not love. Therefore, Roro Jonggrang did not want to accept it all, even though he knew the wealth of King Boko that is abundant throughout his kingdom, including his position and power." Yudi replied.
"What an incredible love stand Roro Jonggrang. I am really amazed. At a time when civilization is not as advanced as today, there are already women who oppose illegal love. Whereas in the present, women are generally crazy about men who sell property, divide money, have high positions. Well, it is only lying that the man has power, the women immediately pursue, even if only used as a mistress. Their father was." said Yuna who mocked the matre woman of course.
"Yuna .., not all women are like that. There are still many good women. For example, this is you, Yuna .... I wonder, why would Yuna want to get engaged to me?" sahut Yudi's.
"Ih .... Yuna is not a treasure-crazed woman, and not a departmental lunatic .... But Yuna is crazy about the same crazy artist .... Haha ..." said Yuna who immediately laughed already mocking Yudi crazy.
"Ah .., Yuna fell in love because of myself handsome .... Yes, right ...?!" yudi Goda.
"Ih .... It is old, yes .... Hehe ..." again Yuna scoffed.
"Perhaps, if I lived in the time of Roro Jonggrang, he would be crazy to love me .... Haha ...." Yudi teased Yuna back.
"It's not upside down ...?! If Roro Jonggrang is me, then I will ask for conditions, make me a thousand paintings displayed in the blue sky. Hayo, can't you ...?!" rebut Yuna.
"Yuna, I want you to be like Roro Jonggrang, who is determined to defend love. But behind the mystery of love Roro Jonggrang, she is a woman who fights women, so as not to be made a slave to lust for men. She has also set an example as a woman who is not crazy about wealth, office or power. He dared to maintain the sanctity of his love, not tempted by the lure of luxury, not daunted despite facing the ruler." pinta Yudi to Yuna.
"But in reality, Roro Jonggrang, with his holy love, was defeated by his wrathful angkara character. He was cursed to be a statue. Yudi, I am afraid of the curse of King Boko ..." said Yuna who held tightly to Yudi's arm.
"Love is holy, Yuna .... As long as we can receive and give love according to our respective roles and responsibilities, then that love will not be a curse, but it will grow and flourish. Yuna, I want you to keep the sanctity of love like Roro Jonggrang. Don't worry, Yuna .... I will take care of our love." said Yudi.
Furthermore, the five of them swaddle around the Thousand Temple which is famous as Prambanan Temple. They trace the mystery of Roro Jonggrang's love contained in every niche and stone carvings.
Will Yuna be able to unravel the mystery of the sanctity of Roro Jonggrang's love?
