LUCEM

LUCEM
Chapter XII's

"Mars, stuck in this hole in the last few chapters, don't you have any fear that we'll end up here forever?" Ask James.

"Umm, what's the difference? I just miss Marby so much."

" Huh, again... That human cat, may I put it on?" James said half muttering and his faint smile.

"Even if I don't want to give you permission, you can." Reply grimaced.

"You haven't even talked to humans for a long time, sir." James' smile seemed concerned.

"Yes, you're right. There are caresses that persist even after rubbing. There were also people whose distance could not be separated, and there was also a chill caused by the warmth of the embrace. Am I going through this, James?" Tanyaku.

"Maybe." Answer's short.

When the time comes to get tired of talking to rats and miss talking to humans, I will choose the middle way by talking to the air because the choice is not much. But the mice were better able to give me a sense, there were still smiles from them that looked like any other sunrise.

Some nights I felt that the short path might also be the right one. But why would Marbi prefer a winding road?

I'm really curious how many smart girls there are in the world, and are they all as selfish as my sister Marbella?

I ruffled my hair rough. Suddenly feeling uneasy like this was like it had become a habit, it was strange.

"What are you thinking, Mars?" James came back with a glass of chocolate that I never knew where it came from.

"Do you feel yourself complicated?" James arranged his sitting position.

"Absolutely not for me and for some people, not for others. I said while shrugging my shoulders lightly. It is undeniable that even though the earth is only one but many spaces that are never entered equally by everyone, it might be the differentiator so easy and complicated to have unequal pressure for everyone."

"What about your magic, I hope it doesn't just vanish, right?" James's gut was a little worried.

Yes, I slightly forgot if I was a blend of magic and luck in talent.

"Hahha... Don't show such a worried and strange face, do you think being buried just a few meters down here is able to fade my memories?"

"Try to use it occasionally, maybe you'll be a little happier, Mars." James said with a serious mimic of a mouse.

"Sure! Although my happiness principle is actually that happiness does not depend on getting a place, but on enjoying the place where we are. I just need to close my eyes, close them tightly and remember their beauty. About the brief, the details, at the moment. I can't live like a man who doesn't remember to give himself a chance to be happy." My chuckles.

"And hold fast to hope? Hold tight to the illusion and follow it?" James asked quietly and sarcastically.

"Great rat master... Come on, stop, take a breath. Breathes. Getting wet in the rain. And never believe that things that fall cannot wake up again. Never believe that grief will last longer than our strength. Perhaps the problem is that we see the sky at night and for us it doesn't seem to be too many stars. But something like that star has been out for a long time just that nothing looks the same. Never forget to keep your eyes shining, James. Don't let anyone take away from us, the right to light up the world a little."

I got up from my seat, sipped away the remaining chocolate in the cup. "Marbi!" Magic works.
