LUCEM

LUCEM
Chapter XV

Who would have realized that time had moved so far away when time was stopped by magic. Passing through the years without feeling in.

Except for the rats with their advantages, who had brought great fury to their hearts and minds because of their ever-diminishing consciousness.

Jiso who could not stop was moody and his army that would pale every magic wind blew.

"Who can stand against time?" Mumbled Jiso looked blankly at the brown wall opposite him.

"We mice normally only survive for two years, so every second, minute, hour, day, month is very valuable and can change anyone. Including him, Rosa."

Jiso turned to Jimmy who was talking and looked at him closely.

"Do you regret living more years?" Ask Jiso.

"I will not shirk this feeling of regret, sir... I am not old at all but I am too late for him, what else will be my goal after all this is over? That island is where I want to spend the days with Rosa and you with decent time for a rat. Attend a wedding, watch the kids grow up and run, then .... ." Jimmy laughs.

"We are different because we are special, and there is no ordinary thing for special beings." Jiso smiled.

James stepped closer to the two different juniors of the generation that were talking.

"There is no need to fall into what our brother fell into, who suffered for a rat when the population explosion was still dominated by the rats. It far exceeded the abilities of the 7.8 billion creatures in this world." James said in an attempt to cheer Jimmy up.

"Otherwise, it's not too bad to live alone. I have fun, every moment of deciding what I want to do, and thanks to loneliness I know myself, something fundamental to life." This time James sounded like he was amusing himself.

Jiso and Jimmy grimace together for James.

"Don't fall into what my neighbor's father fell into it, who felt old because he was 70, and forgot that Moses directed the exodus at 80, he said, Rubinstein played Chopin like no one else at the age of 90, Colonel Harland David Sanders contributed to building a worldwide franchise at the age of 65, hmm. it was indeed 5 years younger than my neighbor's father.

This is just to cite three commonly known cases." I said as I weighed my own memory.

"Umm... let me ask Mr. Mars, have you ever been pressured for things like I feel? Broken heart? Or because of the current situation." Ask Jimmy hesitantly.

For a moment I looked at the three mice in front of me. Jiso's usually stiff and fierce face looks sad. Jimmy, handsome young rat, no laugh lines on his face, is this normal? my thinking. And James, there's no other picture, he's an old white rat that looks old. Yeah, just old.

" My current age is 17, although I'm not so sure. And I. I haven't seen anyone who made me fall in love, so I guess you know what I mean.hmm." I tried to suppress the feeling of embarrassment that suddenly attacked.

" And our current situation, I can still handle it." My welcome.

I sat leaning against the wall, trying not to feel anything.

James walked over to Jimmy, gently patting the lethargic young rat's shoulder.

"Jimmy, you're not depressed, you're distracted, that's why you think you're missing something, which is impossible, because everything was given to you.

You don't make a hair on your head so you can't have anything.

Besides, life doesn't take things away from you, it just frees you from things you don't need." James jerked Jimmy's head with his words.

But it was one throw for three, Jiso and I looked down deeper and deeper.

The old rat had enlightened his three comrades without counting, so in an instant in his downcast head they flew higher, reaching fullness.

"My mother, who believed that poverty was closer to love, because money distracts us with too many things, and we move away. Being in this hallway somehow has kept us away from chasing money and being close to each other." James looked wise in his shadow and form.

"How about Marbi, don't you know my brother and money are siblings after me." I grinned.

"Marbella just does what she likes and she's always filled with determination. He who does what he likes is blessed to succeed, who will come when it must come, because what is supposed to happen, will come naturally.

Marbella does not just do anything out of obligation or commitment, but out of love. Marbella loves her sister and us, in an unusual way but I know her.

God put a man in charge of Marbella, and that was himself. Marbella makes herself free and strong, then she will be able to share her true life with others. Happiness for everyone.

That's why I James, Mars, Jiso and all our troops must understand the value of this struggle, to begin to be happy and share it.

Happiness is not a right but an obligation, because if we are unhappy, we hurt everyone who loves us. In the history of a single man who has neither the talent nor the courage to live, has killed six million Jewish brothers.

There are so many things to enjoy and fight for, our time in this world is so short that suffering is just a waste of time." The words of James awakened what was slowly falling asleep in their hearts.

"We're not depressed, we're unemployed." Jiso suddenly got up, his voice loudly echoing filled the hallway.

The rats moved from their relaxed poses.

“Yes, we are unemployed,” I said slowly.
