Sean was so devastated and disappointed when he found the house on the island was not inhabited by Gloria. He thought Gloria was running away from him because Esther didn't know where Gloria had been since noon.

But, what Sean's thinking right now is how Gloria got off the island while the woman clearly didn't have the transfortation to wade through the ocean.

"Is he still on this island and staying in one of the houses belonging to the people who live on the island?" sean's brain was thinking hard. Indeed, on this island there are several houses occupied by local residents, even then, it is only the halfway house of fishermen who sometimes can not return to the city because of the sea conditions that are sometimes difficult to guess or if there is a rainstorm.

"Or, he goes with a fishing boat that occasionally docks on this island?" Sean's monologuing again. However, his belief does not say that his father's men took Gloria away, because he believes no one knows of their existence on the island.

On the other hand, Richard was angry that Gloria had escaped her arrest mission this afternoon.

"Niko! What do you really want? Are you starting to betray me?" ask Richard. Inwardly he was worried, he was afraid if Nico remembered Gloria, because Nico was indeed Owen who Richard believed had lost his memory because he was always routinely given drugs by Prof. Jamie.

"It's not so, sir! The woman got away without my knowledge. Indeed I had a chance to talk to him but I can not betray you," explained Nico who is none other than Owen. He gave a reason for Gloria's escape, he certainly could not tell about the actual events that happened between him and Gloria.

Richard snorted, he stared fixedly at Nico, as if searching for the man's lie but nil, he did not find what he was looking for.

"If you're suspicious of me and I'm willing to let go. Why did I tell you about his position!" nico added again, making Richard again think that the man's explanation has a point.

Yesterday, Nico said that he met a woman named Gloria at the supermarket. At that time, Nico immediately put a tracking device in the pocket of the jacket that the woman was wearing, so that they finally all knew the existence of Gloria very easily because of the tracking device that Nico had installed. If Nico was going to protect Gloria, Nico shouldn't have to do any of that, right? Nor did Nico need to tell Richard about his encounter with Gloria, so Richard thought.

"All right, I believe you." Richard breathed a heavy breath. He knew Nico had lost his memory and it was impossible to protect Gloria, because now Nico had become his subordinate who served him and was under his control. The real Owen is gone, now only Nico is a lackey to Richard.

"Can I come back?" ask Richard Nico.

Richard gave a short nod, but his next remark managed to make Nico pause his steps for a moment.

"Tomorrow, find Gloria again! Bring him before me! He must have been in this city and not returned to the island" Richard said with a grin.

Nico glanced over, a small smile rising from the corner of his lips.

"Good, Sir." Nico glared as he galloped out of Richard's oversized room.

"I'm glad to see you're better, your face isn't as pale as it was last night" Oxela said as she watched Gloria sit across from her. They had breakfast together at the dinner table.

"Thank you, Oxela ...."

Before long, a baby sitter came and handed the baby to Oxela. At once Gloria only remembered that her last meeting with Oxela was when her sister-in-law was pregnant.

"Xela, is she your baby?" Gloria got up from her seat with a face that looked very enthusiastic.

"Yes, he's your niece." said Oxela smiling happily.

"May I carry it? I miss Jeff." Gloria shed her tears but she also gave a happy smile to see a baby girl in Oxela's arms.

"Of course you can" Oxela replied smiling but she also felt Gloria's sadness about Jeff.

Oxela handed the baby to Gloria. Gloria held the baby in her arms. The baby girl was not bothered by the displacement of the position, instead she seemed comfortable in the arms of Gloria.

"What's her name, Xela?"

"Briella" Oxela replied.

"Briella, you're beautiful, son." Gloria then looked at Oxela. "He looks just like you." continued while shrinking his own tears.

"Yes, but his eyes are like Jade's."

"Jeff also has eyes exactly like Owen's." said Gloria, who remembered her son's handsome appearance.

"Ah, Gloria, I miss Jeff a lot, too" said Oxela, who was in tears. "It's good to have breakfast first." Oxela wanted to divert this conversation because he could not keep talking about Jeff.

"Alright," Gloria said according to. He returns Briel to the baby sitter.

"Did Jared come here often?" gloria asked as she bribed her food.

"Sometimes," Oxela replied.

"Do you know, I met someone very similar to Owen."

Gloria's words succeeded in making Oxela choke on her own food.

"His name is Nico" continued Gloria. He looked at Oxela who was still silent yet to respond to his words.

Oxela took the drinking water and gulped it down slowly.

"What do you think, Xela?" ask Gloria.

"Are you sure he looks like my brother?"

"Remain, very sure. I feel like he's Owen."

"Gloria, maybe you miss my sister so much that-"

"You mean I'm fantasizing? All I see is my feelings and hallucinations because I miss Owen so much?" Gloria interrupted Oxela's words before the woman finished her sentence.

"That's not what I mean," Oxela said softly. "If you're sure he's my brother, why is his name Nico? That means they're two different people. Maybe it's just similar" Oxela said.

"No...no! I'm sure he's Owen." Gloria insisted on her belief.

"If so, does that man named Nico recognize you?"

Gloria shakes.

"That means he's not my brother!"

"I've heard at a glance, if Owen will lose his memory after the events of his disappearance all along," Gloria sneered.

"Forget that! It was all impossible," Oxela said immediately rose from her position. Oxela also asked the baby sitter to immediately take the baby to the back porch because they will sunbathe and enjoy the morning sun.

"Tw...." Gloria prevented Oxela's departure.

"Gloria, I know you haven't forgotten my sister. But from now on, try to make peace with the situation."

Somehow Oxela's words made Gloria speechless. It froze in place as if the speech was like a very painful lash.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry Gloria. I just don't want you waiting for anything uncertain including about my brother."

Gloria was limp, holding the nearest chair to her side to keep her balance.

"It seems I have to tell you this. Forget my brother, he's gone...." Oxela held onto Gloria's shoulders even as she was strong.

"About two months ago, the locker room was on fire and it's clear that my brother died there." Oxela sobbed, before long she cried while hugging Gloria hysterically.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you directly yesterday. Because, I see your situation is still very weak. So, what you see is similar to my brother, it's definitely not him. He's dead, Gloria."

"No, that's impossible!" Gloria nodded in disbelief. He retreated slowly and clung back to the nearest dining chair because he could barely stand when he learned this fact.

"But that's the reality! If you don't believe me, ask Jade or Jared to take care of the body!"

"No, Nico bears a 99% resemblance to Owen. You'd also say they were similar if you met him."

Gloria ran away from Oxela. His shoulders shook violently because he was crying.
