Chapter 4 - Three Friends

A girl opened the door slowly. Slowly his head appeared to check on the person who was in the house. Jonas who happened to see then immediately greeted him.

"Tara?" jonas' forehead shriveled.

"Hello Jonas!" reply Tara while opening the door wider, then step foot to enter. Behind him looks Ben is busy with his device.

"Definitely looking for Becca, right?" guess Jonas is sure.

"Yes, we-"

"Well, look! who's coming, let's have dinner with us first" said David, who had just emerged from the kitchen. The middle-aged man accidentally cut off Tara's conversation. He looks like he's holding a cup of coffee.

Nah! nah! nah!

The sound of footsteps came from the stairs. Moments later, Becca appeared with a pouting face. He immediately takes Tara and Ben out of the house.

"Eh, I haven't finished talking to your father!" protest Tara, who feels bad for David. But Becca did not bother him at all, he just quickly got out of the house and closed the door tightly.

David who witnessed the behavior of his daughter was only able to be silent a thousand languages. His head slowly lowered. Jonas who could not bear to see the look on his father's sad face immediately rushed to his room. He was tired of mediating between the fights that happened to his father and brother.

"Why are you kicking us out?!" Ben's protesting like Tara.

"I'm tired of being at home. Let's just go to Tara's cafe!" bring Becca. At that time he and his two friends accidentally witnessed the appearance of Jack who had just come out of his house.

"Wow, who is that?" tara asked who was fixated on the beautiful face of a Jack. His eyes showed awe.

"Jack." Becca answered briefly.

Tara hit Becca's shoulder for no reason and said, "When has the handsome creature lived next door?"

"What's? a handsome? he looks more like a criminal!" Ben replied cynically. His statement immediately made him get a sharp gaze from Tara.

"I agree with Ben. Just look at his style, like the man from the '90s!" becca comments, which makes Ben smile satisfied. Both of them walked to the car first.

"Hi Jack!" unexpectedly Tara waved her hand towards Jack.

"Crazy for the kid!" Becca grimaces the face. Jack stopped his steps and turned towards Tara. He smiled thinly.

"I'm Tara, and-"

"Can you stop, let's go!" Becca drags Tara along with her, and manages to get her best friend's speech cut off.

"Fuck you Becca! I'm not done!" tara protests, who is forced to move her legs due to Becca's drag.

"Becca, where are you going?" Jack suddenly made a sound. Becca and Tara turn their attention to Jack.

"To the city center!" suhut Becca with a forced smile.

"Be careful!" Jack gave his thumbs up while continuing his path.

"He looks friendly!" Tara was washing her mouth.

"Let's get in!" urged Ben who had been waiting in front of the steering wheel of his car.

Eventually, Becca and Tara get in the car. Tara is seen choosing to sit in the back. Becca has no choice but to sit next to Ben.

"Si Jack she's friendly, but I feel something is awkward with her" Becca said.

"What's wrong with being friendly? isn't that what we should do if we are in a new environment. Jack did what he was supposed to do!" Tara argues.

"Eitherway! I'm just hunching." Becca shakes her shoulders.

"Oh, don't think about it. The important thing is that he didn't do anything bad to you" Ben said calmly.

"By the way, do you have Ben's girlfriend?" ask Becca all of a sudden. Until Ben reflex stepped on the brakes. Both of his female friends were shocked, fortunately they were wearing seat belts, so his head did not hit hard objects.

"Ben!" geram Becca and Tara. They say one word at the same time. Both of them throw a sharp shot at Ben.

"Miss Green!" call Tara. And caused Becca to turn her head straight at him.

"I know the reason Ben was so surprised by your question!"

"What?"

"He-she"

Ben pressed the horn button before Tara could speak.

"Ben, she-"

BIIIIIIP!

Ben again pressed the horn of his car. She did it because she thought Tara would tell her about her feelings. Because Tara knows that Ben has long harbored a love for Becca.

Ben gets a splash from Becca in the head.

"Yeah!" Ben seemed to be holding onto the area of his head that hurt. Tara who watched her reverberation could only laugh amusedly.

"Yes, I'm not talking." Tara relented.

"Come Tara! I was wondering, Ben why? is he close to someone?" Becca asked as she raised both of her eyebrows twice.

"Can you stop talking about me!" tukas Ben while glancing towards Becca.

"Really! ben's story is not interesting. How about a story about Becca? you have an explanatory debt, especially regarding the reason for your removal from campus!" said Tara, ending with a question.

"I'll tell you in your cafe" Becca replied with a rude snort.

After about fifteen minutes. Becca, Ben and Tara arrive at their destination. Cafe Tara, which was closed, had to be opened again for the sake of his beloved friend. They tell each other there.

Becca tells all of her friends about the reasons for being kicked out of college. The truth certainly makes Ben and Tara furious.

"Damn it! I'd love to grab Jessy's hair. Tell me where the address is, let me find him!" Tara gritted her teeth.

"Is Jessy in jail now?" ask Ben.

Becca nodded slowly and said, "Yes!"

"Why were you kicked out of college? doesn't that make no sense?" Tara rounded her eyes in disbelief.

"Said the rector, I was also involved for not reporting Jessy from long ago," Becca sighed.

"Omong empty! but you don't know!" Ben rolled his eyes irritated.

"I told them I didn't know, but their decision was unanimous!" becca said with a tone full of emphasis. "Let it go, let it pass, let it pass" he added.

"Right, positively you can meet us now, won't you, Ben?" Tara nudged Ben with her elbow. Ben responded with a nod of his head and a smile.

"You're right!" sahut Becca's.

"If you want, you can work with me here" Tara said with a big smile.

"I'll think about it. I want to relax first.. huaaah!" Becca suddenly stretched out. Accidentally his navel peeked out from behind his shirt. Ben who accidentally saw then shifted his eyes.

Tara who managed to catch Ben's behavior can only laugh amusedly. "Ben, you're a good man, yes" he whispered to Ben as he tried to hold back a laugh.

"Stop!" Ben turned towards Tara. She doesn't want Tara to offend her feelings, especially when she's in Becca's presence.

"Why are you laughing?" Becca scrunched her forehead.

"There's no excuse" said Tara without staring at Becca. He was seen putting potato chips in his mouth.
