Our department has many superiors. The top position is the Hotel Director or Hotel Director. If on the ground it is called GM or General Manager

There are three Departments on Cruise Ships. Deck Department which regulates about Navigation, Engine Department regulates about machining and Hotel Department of course arrange about service for guests on the Ship
