City park

Mey is tired of waiting for Renan who never finished with his meeting. It's an hour from the time to go home.

Not wanting to wait any longer, Mey walked out of her room and headed straight for the parking lot.

"Sir, if Renan's looking, please tell me to go to the city park." Mey told the driver.

"Non Meylan want me to drop off?"

"No, sir, I'll take a taxi."

"But Non, I'll get angry later."

"No sir, just tell me I'm forcing."

"Non Good ..." The driver could do nothing more.

Meylan intercepts a taxi and goes to the park, where he meets Ivan. Today he wanted to breathe fresh air considering what he has been through lately is very heavy.

Arriving at the park, Mey sits in her usual spot which happens to be empty. There are not many people in this park because it is not a holiday.

Mey sat quietly while looking at the passing vehicle. From a distance Mey saw a middle-aged female figure walking slowly towards her.

"Aunty Goddess?!" mey's mumbling couldn't believe it. She was Ivan's mother.

The woman walked closer. Mey stood up and approached the woman.

"Mey?"

"Aunty Goddess?" they said it at the same time and they both hugged.

"Who's aunt?" ask Mey.

"Tante alone Mey, out of routine control kept aunt here, want to find fresh air eh." The woman looks familiar to Mey.

"You look a little thinner, are you okay, son?" This woman treated him very well, especially after knowing he was Ivan's lover.

"I'm a good aunt, it's been a little bad lately."

Mey looked at the woman. He saw the headgear he was wearing. The woman lost her hair due to chemotherapy she was undergoing.

Mey took the hand of the Goddess and invited her to sit together in the chair she had just occupied.

"Ivan didn't deliver Auntie control?"

"He is busy. Auntie could've done nothing herself."

"It's been a long time that you haven't visited Auntie. Ivan said you've split up. Forgive Aunt, son, all because of aunt. If Ivan had not had a sick mother like Auntie, you would have been married."

"Why does Aunt talk like that?"

"Ivan said he ended your relationship because he wanted to focus on taking care of Auntie. Aunty feels guilty as you do ... You are the victim. Ivan so there's no cost to marry you because of Auntie." The woman's eyes began to glaze over.

"Tante wants him back at you. Aunty will stop doing the treatment so Ivan can save up and you can get married soon. Aunty is okay, you can see for yourself is Aunt already healthy?" The goddess looked at Mey expectantly.

"Auntie please son ... You want to accept Ivan again, right? She loves you so much Mey. He did it for Auntie. He became moody after your farewell. All he does is work and work until he forgets time."

Mey speechless. In his heart he was crying. He had no idea that Ivan had made up such a story to his mother. Ivan makes it seem as if he is the one who ended their relationship to keep Mey looking good in her mother's eyes.

"You have to rest a lot" Renan said as he walked closer.

"Who is Mey?" ask Goddess.

"He .. he ... " Suddenly Mey's tongue felt stiff.

"I'm her husband" replied Renan flatly.

The goddess was in disbelief. "May ...?! Are you married?!"

"Who is Mey?" Renan asked in a haughty tone.

Mey confusedly answered this question of the two people before her.

"Didn't you and Ivan not have been separated for long? How can you marry someone else? Isn't this too soon?"

Mey kept quiet. The tears that he had just secretly wiped now filled his eyes again.

"Did Ivan lie to Auntie? It wasn't she who ended your relationship but you?! You're second to this guy?!" cecar Goddess.

"It's not like that, Aunt misunderstood ... " This time Mey couldn't hide her crying.

"Tante has misjudged you Mey. Aunty thinks you're a good woman for accepting Ivan for who he is. It turns out you could leave Ivan for a richer man!"

"Tante .. don't talk like that." Mey's tears flowed profusely though she could not hear her sobs. "I'm sorry I let Auntie down .. I'm really sorry." Mey grabbed the Goddess' hand and pleaded with her.

Renan only looked because he was confused, not knowing what was going on before him. The goddess shook Mey's hand violently.

"Aunty used to feel so happy knowing you were going to be Aunt's daughter-in-law. Even Auntie was very sad when she heard you were separated. But now Aunt is sorry. Luckily Ivan didn't marry you! You're just a cheap woman who's willing to sell her love for money!"

"Hey ...!!! Don't talk about my wife!!!" hardik Renan's. He already understands the situation. He felt he did not accept the woman calling Mey a cheap woman.

"You don't accept the Master?"

"Pull your words!"

"I hope you know what kind of woman you married!"

"I know exactly what kind of woman I have married! She's a good woman!!!" Renan desperately defends Mey.

"May your life be happy!" said the Goddess while showing eyes full of hatred to Mey. He passed from in front of Mey and Renan.

Mey wiped her tears and walked towards the car ahead of Renan.

While in the car, Mey kept turning her face the other way. She did not want Renan to see her tears that did not stop dripping.

While Renan was just silent. His heart was enveloped in an overwhelming sense of guilt. He felt so guilty about Mey.

She used to hate her marriage to Mey just because of her petty mind that considered Mey a cheap woman.

Mey had been willing to sacrifice her happiness to marry him. His mind that accused Mey of deliberately marrying him in order to take all the property of the Kusuma family was a big mistake.

At home, Mey went straight into the room. He cried out his heart. The words of the Goddess were so deep in his heart.

"May ... You all right?" Renan followed Mey to her room. There was no response from Mey. The girl was drowning in grief.

Renan went back to his room. He immediately bathed and flushed his body under the cold shower. He did not expect that the girl he had hated so much could make his feelings come to life again.
