Ch.1 - The Last Fight (Revised)

The Stary Continent, was a continent that had various races living in it. The continent was vast and divided into several territories of power based on race.

The most powerful races in the Stary Continent were the human race, the Elf race, the demi-human race, the dwarf race. There are also many other races but they are only small races living in remote areas or forests in the region of the 4 main races.

The Stary Continent was originally peaceful but all that peace was shattered after a gate of darkness that had somehow come from nowhere appeared in the territory of the Dwarven race. The dark gate gave off a lot of creepy creatures, where residents of the Stary Continent called the creature a demon.

The Dwarf Kingdom initially fought the demons themselves for thinking it would be able to win, but over time the demons that came out of the gate of darkness grew more and more and finally forced the Dwarf race to ask for help from the other races.

All races united to defeat the demon race.

The gate of darkness opened for several months, yet it had already unleashed countless ferocious demons.

All races united to face the demons, there were already countless casualties from all races.

The war against the demon race lasted for hundreds of years, and finally now the war was already at its peak.

Originally the unity of the race was desperate against the demons, but after a person from the human race named Raizen was born, everything started to turn around. Raizen has a high talent and now after the age of 30, Raizen becomes the strongest person among the racial union.

With him leading an army of all races with his friends, Raizen manages to repel the demons.

Until now that the war was almost at its peak, the troops of the race union had already pounded the main headquarters of the demons, besieging from all directions, not intending to let a single demon escape.

The sound of explosions continued to be heard as a result of the fight of the race unity forces against the demons who were now desperate.

The outside of the Demon King's castle was already very chaotic, fights were everywhere, corpses were strewn with blood flowing like a river, but most of the corpses were demons, they were demons, few died from racial unity.

Inside the main hall of the Demon King caste.

The Demon King was sitting on his great chair, a magnificent throne with ornaments of bones and a part of the arm of the throne decorated with human skulls.

The Demon King was still sitting quietly and his eyes were closed, until then he opened his eyes, along with the door of the main hall which exploded violently.

Dust billowed due to the explosion earlier, visible behind a puff of dust, 3 shadow figures stepped eighth.

"You've finally come!" The Demon King grinned widely.

A moment later those 3 shadowy figures were finally clearly visible after the three of them stepped out from the puff of dust.

It was seen that one of the three people was a handsome and dashing man, wearing a silver armor complete with a long sword in his hand, staring with eyes full of sharpness towards the Demon King, clearly it was a look of hatred.

The man was none other than Raizen, despite being 30 years old, yet he still looked 25 years old, still looking very young.

Another one was a beautiful Elf with flawless smooth white skin, long blonde hair with wavy ends, wearing a magician hat with one magic wand with its tip attached to a crystal.

The Elf girl though still looks 20 years old, but clearly her age is 100 years more, because indeed Elf is known for her long life, Elf girl named Floren.

While the latter was a 2-meter-tall large-bodied man, looking to be in his 30s, wearing a full armor like Raizen and a great sword as his weapon and also a steel shield.

The man named Carol who came from the demi-human race, it could be known from the two wolf ears on his head and also the wolf tail on the back.

The three of them stared intently at the Demon King with hatred and murderous lust, clearly they hated the figure of the Demon King so much.

The Demon King grinned at the gazes of the three of them then rose to his feet from his throne. Although now his army was desperate, where it would most likely be swept away, yet he was the same every no matter it.

The Demon King flicked his hand, instantly a sword instantly appeared in his hand, along with an aura of darkness that instantly shot out from the Demon King's body.

"Demon King! Today is the day of your death! Get ready to go to hell!" Raizen also immediately prepared together with his two colleagues.

"Ho, hell is where I come from, it won't be bad if you send me home!" Said the Demon King, still grinning widely, starting to walk forward.

Raizen and the others immediately prepared, this time they would complete their most important mission and task, which was to kill the Demon King.

"Carl! Floren! Get ready!" Raizen put up the combat-ready horses with his aura coming straight out.

"Good!" Carol and Floryn answered.

"AHA! FORWARD UP!" The Demon King immediately shot forward while slashing his sword.

"Liberty of Darkness!" A single wave of darkness instantly shot towards the three of them.

Seeing that, Carol came forward and put up her steel shield.

*Booomm...!!

A loud explosion occurred as a slash of darkness struck Carol's steel shield. It could be seen that Carol's shield didn't get any scratches at all.

Raizen wasted no time, darting forward at high speed. Nor was Foryn silent, she tightened the magic spell and then raised her wand up.

A magic circle was created on top of it which instantly shot out a wave of fire, aiming at Raizen.

Raizen pulled the merchant back, the tip of his blade instantly touching the wave of magic fire that belonged to Foryn, which was then absorbed into his sword, making Raizen's sword glow red and enveloped in flames.

"Yeah!!" Raizen shouted instantly as he and the Demon King faced each other and then slashed out his sword.

But Raizen's sword slash that had been strengthened with Floryn's fire magic, made the Demon King bounce violently back.

The Demon King did not feel surprised at all, he instead smiled broadly "Lumayan!"

The Demon King arranged his body position in the air, different when then his foot stepped on the wall of the room, then with one powerful repulsion that made the wall of the room crack, and then the other, The Demon King shot back towards Raizen at a faster speed.

The Demon King had yet to reach Raizen's place, before Carol suddenly appeared against the Demon King with her shield.

*Deeeng...!!

The Demon King's sword slashed at Carol's shield violently, making Carol take a few steps back.

A moment later the Demon King saw Raizen already on top of Carol by shaking her sword, casting a flash of yellow light towards the Demon King.

The Demon King immediately jumped to the side dodging Raizen's attack.

*Baaaam...!!

A flash of yellow light finally hit the floor of the room making a line extending up to the wall of the room with a depth of half a meter.

While still in the air after leaping, a fireball darted rapidly towards the Demon King.

"Damn!" The Demon King pointed his hands forward making a shield of darkness.

*Boooomm...!!

A loud explosion occurred, although the Demon King had made a protective shield, but it was not too strong because it was formed in a short time to not be too dense.

Making the Demon King bounce to smash his throne until it was smashed apart.

Not wanting to waste any time, Raizen jumped up with his brightly glowing sword, darting towards the Demon King.

"DIE!!" Raizen slashed his sword as he reached a close distance with the Demon King.

However the Demon King suddenly disappeared making Raizen slash hit the floor, the wind wave from Raizen slash cut through the floor.

A moment later the Demon King appeared in front of Raizen and violently kicked Raizen in the face until he bounced back.

Before Raizen's body hit the ground, a wave of wind suddenly appeared making Raizen's body stop.

"You okay Raizen?" Floryn approached Raizen with a worried face, she was the one who helped Raizen with her wind magic.

"I'm fine, don't think too much about it, now we should focus on killing the creature!" Raizen's sharp gaze still pointed at the Demon King.

Floryn nodded, understanding Shin's words and then refocused on the Demon King.

Not long after that a kbali fight occurred, each of them exuded full strength, no one held back.

The loud explosions continued to occur as a result of their attacks, not wanting to budge on the opponent, attacking with all their might.

Until finally, now that the fight has gone to its peak, both sides have been injured all over the body, only my Floren who only get minor injuries but he was exhausted from running out as big as his Mana.

"Haha! Humans, you have the power! I admit that you are strong! Be proud of getting the acknowledgement from this Demon King!" The Demon King grinned widely, even though his body was already drenched in thick black blood.

Raizen was still staring intently at the Demon King, until a moment later, Raizen suddenly grinned widely, a grin filled with cunning.

"Floryn! Now!" Raizen.

"Good!" Floryn quickly made a move with her magic level while tightening the magic spell.

Suddenly a magic circle with a diameter of tens of meters formed right under the feet of the Demon King.

The Demon King was surprised, he finally realized that he had entered into the traps of those humans. Not yet had the Demon King jumped out of the magic circle, the chains of light suddenly burst out from the magic circle, shackling the entire body of the Demon King to the point of making him unable to move.

"DORC!!" The Demon King exerted all his strength, yet still could not escape from those chains.

If he was in top condition then he could destroy those chains easily, yet now the Demon King had exhausted as much of his energy, plus his scarred body made him unable to break free.

"Do you think we jumped around for no reason? I scattered the magic crystals without you noticing until you entered our trap!" Shin grinned widely.

The magic crystals that Shin scattered were what formed the magic circle. This plan has been carefully prepared, so it is impossible to fail.

Raizen walked up to the Demon King with a sword in his hand that gave off light.

Until reaching the distance of one step "Goodbye! This is the end for you!"

Raizen thrust his sword into the chest of the Demon King, right at his heart until it penetrated into the back of the Demon King.

The Demon King instantly spewed out a thick black fresh blood.

Suddenly the Demon King smiled slightly, Raizen who saw that was instantly intent on jumping back, but suddenly the dark tentacles came out from the Demon King daw*da, right at the pierced part, tying Raizen's hand made him unable to escape.

"Even if I die at least I'll take you with me!" The Demon King grinned widely.

"Raizen! Getaway!" Carol and Floren shouted in worry.

*...!!

But it was too late, the Demon King's body suddenly exploded violently, destroying the room, sending Carol and Floren bouncing away from the blast wave.
