Cai'er exited Li Fan's room after removing the barrier he created.
"Where should I start?" Cai'er looked at the entire area in front of him, where many buildings contained residents.

The purple powder came out more and more from Cai'er's body which then flew towards the field where the people were sleeping.

"Because of my current strength, I can't make too strong a poison with this much dosage!" Instead of feeling lethargic or something, Cai'er smiled even wider "But it's good, since my poison isn't too strong, it won't kill them right away, it will even make them die slowly!"

This world is a small dimension that is the intersection of the main dimensions. Long ago because the humans thought they would not win against the Black Dragon, they put thousands of humans into this small dimension.
Supposedly the people who entered into this small dimension were people from the white stream who could not possibly have the Blood Sacrifice-like technique that Sun Mu had used earlier.
