Ch.11 - What Happened?
Xiang Yang smiled then extended his left hand "Come here!"
The little snake rose up on Xiang Yang's left hand.
"Since you want to follow me then I will give you a name" Xiang Yang thought for a moment and said "Your name now is Cai'er!"
Xiang Yang smiled gently making the little snake speechless like a statue upon seeing his smile.
"Hows it? Do you like that name?"
Xiang Yang's question resuscitated the little snake from his daydream, the little snake immediately nodded like a chicken pecking at a grain, looking pleased with its new name.
"It's good if you like it Cai'er!" Xiang Yang stood up, looking towards the depths of the Blood Tree Forest "We will continue on our way"
Cai'er nodded, then went inside Xiang Yang's sleeve, coiled around Xiang Yang's right arm.
"Oh, you picked a good place Cai'er" Xiang Yang nodded, then darted into the Blood Tree Forest deeper.
Xiang Yang jumped from one tree to another. It had been moving for 1 hour yet there were no ferocious beasts or Spirit Beasts that Xiang Yang encountered, all of them were calm not even a bird flying above it.
"What exactly happened? Why would all of a sudden all of such ferocious beasts disappear in the Blood Tree Forest?" Xiang Yang scratched the back of his head, feeling strange about this situation
Though he had already entered deep enough into the Blood Tree Forest, it should be that in this deep region there would be quite a number of Spirit Beasts roaming around, for the beasts themselves, there should only be a few.
But now there was not a single beast nor Spirit Beast in sight.
Xiang Yang did not know at all that now a powerful red aura was coming out from his right arm, or rather that powerful aura was coming out from the small snake coiling up on Xiang Yang's right arm, or rather, the powerful aura was coming out from the small snake coiled around Xiang Yang's right arm, the little snake was none other than Cai'er.
Xiang Yang sighed, completely confused by what was happening in this forest.

But just before the snake devoured it, it suddenly stopped moving leaving Xiang Yang confused.
"What's going on?"
