Ch.21 - Spirit Crystal
"Heheh! Now you are nothing to me in the same cultivation!" Xiang Yang stared at the body of the giant python whose head was already separated from its body.
Xiang Yang could quite easily kill that giant python, because now he had the cultivation of a stage 5 Body Tempering level, the same as a giant python, although the python was at the peak while Xiang Yang was at the beginning.
Xiang Yang sheathed his sword, then darted, leaving the corpse of a giant python there that began to be swarmed by ants.

The next day, Xiang Yang returned to explore the Blood Tree Forest, searching for cultivation resources along with fighting the Spirit Beasts.
Until now when the new Xiang Yang was about to pluck the bronze apple fruit which was quite a valuable resource, a roar sounded loud.
Xiang Yang turned his head sideways, looking at a 2 meter tall tiger, ready to pounce with its claws.
Xiang Yang quickly drew the sword, fending off the tiger's claws with his sword.
*Trang..!!
Both were thrown backwards a few meters.
"This tiger is quite strong!" muttered Xiang Yang watching the tiger in front of him, seeing if the tip of the tiger's tail was visible flames "It turns out this tiger is a True Fondation-level Spirit Beast!"
Just like humans, Spirit Beasts that had already reached the True Fondation level could form their Qi energy into elements. In addition, True Fondation-level Spirit Beasts have Spirit Crystals that can be used to increase cultivation, make weapons or artifacts and so on.
Xiang Yang certainly wanted those Spirit Crystals, as they could be sold later and used to purchase resources.

The fire tiger swung its claws, until both of their attacks clashed.

Xiang Yang swiftly grabbed the front leg of the fire tiger with both hands, then slammed the tiger violently onto the ground.
*BAAAM!
The fire tiger could not withstand Xiang Yang's extremely powerful physical strength. Aside from having indeed during these few years Xiang Yang trained his physical body and used the Dragon Body Potion, he had also obtained the golden dragon blood essence which made his physical strength increase drastically.
Xiang Yang leaped quite high, his right foot instantly raised upwards, then hit the tiger hard on the head with his heel.

The head of the fire tiger went into the ground, its neck bone was broken and its skull was fractured.

That Spirit Crystal contained fire element and fire element contained Yang energy. If Xiang Yang absorbed it then only the Yang spiritual root within his body would get the nutrients, it would be problematic for his body.
So if Xiang Yang wanted to ambush Spirit Crystals or any resources that had Yang elements, he would have to absorb Yin elemental resources simultaneously.
