"Haha, Wang Wu! It was unexpected that you would return to side with the Empire!" Wang Duo laughed casually.
"I just thought that His Highness Ming Tu was not suitable to be the leader because he had ignored the deaths of his subordinates and instead supported the person who had killed his subordinates!" Wang Wu snorted in annoyance, not looking at Wang Duo at all.
Wang Duo was not offended at all, instead he smiled faintly.
They were actually brothers, Wang Wu was the younger brother of Wang Duo. The two of them were very close brothers, before everything changed when Wang Wu sided with the rebellious Ming Tu.
Wang Wu was very loyal to Ming Tu because he became Ming Tu's personal servant, until after Ming Tu was expelled, he followed him because he was very loyal to the prince.
It was really unexpected that Wang Duo, Wang Wu would betray and instead side with the Empire.
Wang Wu and Wang Duo continued to drive the horse at a moderate pace, until a short while later, Wang Duo raised his right hand, gesturing for a halt to his troops.
"Is there a problem?" Wang Wu asked.
Wang Duo did not reply, he narrowed his eyes looking around that there were only rocks.
"Can't you feel the ground shaking?" wang Duo said.
Wang Wu frowned, trying to feel thoroughly and indeed he could feel the ground start to tremble.
The earth tremor was becoming clearer, even the horses they were riding started to panic.
Wang Duo widened his eyes, he immediately looked up at the cliff that flanked the path they were walking through.

Explosions occurred above the cliff until the top of the cliff collapsed, making large rocks fall towards them.
"EVERYTHING! GET READY! TAKE OUT YOUR ATTACKS TO DESTROY THOSE ROCKS!" Wang Duo immediately issued his order.
All of the Ming Empire's troops immediately prepared and launched their own long-range attacks, destroying the rocks so that the impact they received was not too heavy.
Wang Wu and Wang Duo were certainly not silent, they also issued their respective attacks.

But the explosion on the cliff continued to occur making more and more rocks that collapsed so they could not cope perfectly.
Rock cliffs began to fall on the troops brought by Wang Duo and Wang Wu, cries of pain rang out, casualties began to fall.

The number of Ming Empire troops that were originally around 5 thousand, now only about 4 thousand left. What a drastic drop in just 1 hour. If this continued then they could all die without knowing who caused this to happen.
Wang Duo sharpened his vision upwards, trying to see who was the mastermind that caused the explosion until the cliff rocks collapsed.
Wang Duo could only faintly see a group of people standing on either side of the cliff. He could have guessed that they were the ones who blew up the cliff top until the rocks collapsed, intending to bury them in this place.
Wang Duo could not just stand idly by, this was a mission to finish off the rebels who intended to seize the Ming Empire.
"ALL GOLD CORE CULTIVATORS! FOLLOW ME!" Wang Duo poured Qi energy into his sword, enveloped in waves of strong roaring wind.
"Tornado Destruction!" Wang Duo made a piercing motion, unleashing a wave of tornado wind upwards, smashing and throwing down the rocks that were falling in his path.
Without delaying time, Wang Duo darted flying as the road had already been opened by his attack just now. All of the Gold Core cultivators he had brought along including Wang Wu, immediately flew after Wang Duo.

Ming Tu along with half of his troops stood on one side of the cliff, while Xiang Yang along with the other half of Ming Tu's army, stood across the cliff where Ming Tu was.
They lined up neatly on the edge of the cliff, attacking the cliffs across each, until the rocks of the cliff collapsed.
A moment later, a strong wind wave slid down from below, sweeping away all the rock cliffs that had fallen on the tornado area.
For a moment they stopped the attack, until a moment later, about 30 people flew out from the cliff. They were Wang Duo, Wang Wu and the Gold Core cultivators on Wang Duo's side.
Everyone stared coldly at Wang Duo and his troops, only Xiang Yang alone lingered in a flat expression.
"Prince Ming Tu!" Wang Duo was quite surprised as it turned out that the group of people who attacked them were Ming Tu and his rebel forces.
Wang Duo was sure that if this plan was very secret, what else was the path they were going through at the moment, no one knew of it but him.
The path they were going through did not Wang Duo tell his subordinates including Wang Wu, this was just in case Wang Wu turned out to be still loyal to Ming Tu and there would be an ambush later.
Then how could Ming Tu know that he was going to bring his troops through this path?
Wang Wu himself, was certainly no less surprised than Wang Duo, because he did not even know that his brother was going to use this path.
"General Wang Duo, are you surprised that I'm here?" after a while Ming Tu turned his gaze towards Wang Wu "Wang Wu, I really did not expect that you would betray me, you are my most loyal subordinate and have high loyalty! Wang Wu did not know what to respond to Ming Tu's words like, honestly he still wanted to stand beside Ming Tu, looking at the young man's development up close.
He was now doubtful about his decision to betray, but there was no way back.
"It's all your fault, your majesty! Because you were more on the side of the killer and instead let him roam the sect when he had killed our comrades! You no longer care about the lives of your subordinates!" Wang Wu said in a high tone, staring furiously at Ming Tu.
"Then you yourself what are you doing now? You betrayed and instead sided with the Ming Empire which has clearly killed hundreds of our brothers! Not only that, you even devised a plan to destroy me! Do you realize what you're doing, Wang Wu?!" Ming Tu's gaze was no less intense than Wang Wu's.
