Prophet Abraham said:
“The good helper is you, my son, to face Allah's commandment swt. this.”
His Word:
“When the two gave up. ” Namely, surrender yourself and obey the command of Allah swt. “...and Ibrahim laid his son on his temple. ” Namely, laying his son on his side, like a goat to be slaughtered. There is mention that Ishmael was imprinted on his face, in accordance with the advice of his son, so that Abraham would not see his face that could invite his love, and could prevent him from carrying out the commandments of God.
The incident took place on a rock in Mina. There is also a saying in a place near Mina. Ibrahim placed the sharp knife over his son's throat, performed the slaughter, he pressed hard and firmly, but he was unable to cut his son's throat. God has removed the veil from the sight of the angels of heaven and earth (all of them can see the slaughter).
When they saw that Abraham had slaughtered his son Ishmael, they laid down their faces, prostrating themselves to Allah. Allah says, Swt.; “Look at my servant, how he moves his knife over his son's throat, to get My pleasure. What did you say when we said:
وَاِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلٰٓئِكَةِ اِنِّيْ جَا عِلٌ فِى الْاَ رْضِ خَلِيْفَةً...
“And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels, I want to make a caliph on earth” (QS. Al-Baqarah [2] :30)
You just say:
“They said, Do You want to make those who destroy and shed blood there, while we glorify You and purify Your name? He said, Truly, I know what you do not know.” (QS. Al-Baqarah [2] :30)
Then Ismail AS. said:
“Hi my father, untie my hands and my feet, so that God does not see me in a state of compulsion. Namely, in obeying His commandments, (i am not one who) is forced. Even pin the knife on my neck so that the angels know that the son of the Prophet Al-Khalil, obeying Allah and His commandments with full awareness”.
So Ishmael spread out his hands and feet without being tied, and turned his face to the ground. Then Abraham moved the knife with all his strength. But the knife was mental and unable to scratch the wound on Ishmael's neck with God's permission.
Prophet Ishmael said:
“O father, your strength has become weak because of your love for me, so that you cannot slaughter me.”
So Abraham struck his knife on a stone and the stone broke in two.
Prophet Ibrahim AS said to his knife:
“You can cut stone, but why can't you cut meat?”
The knife said, with the permission of Allah:
“Hai Ibrahim, you said “cutlah”,
but the Lord of the universe says:”
"Don't cut you.” How should I obey your commandments, but disobey your Lord?”
Then Allah swt. said:
“Then We called him, O Ibrahim Verily, thou hast confirmed the dream. Verily, thus do We recompense those who do good.” (QS. As-Saffat [37]: 104-105)
Namely, you completely justify what you see in dreams (revelation from God through your dreams). So it is clear to My servants that you are choosing My Ridha overpowering your love for your son. And in that you have become one who does good. “Surely so shall We repay those who . did good. ” Namely, those who obey My commandments.
His Word:
اِنَّ هٰذَا لَهُوَ الْبَلٰٓؤُا الْمُبِيْنُ
“Truly this is truly a real test.” (QS. Ash-Generic [37]: 106).
Namely, the slaughter is really a clear test and a real ordeal, by which one can distinguish between a sincere person and another. Or it is a severe ordeal, for there is nothing heavier than the test of slaughter.
His Word:
وَفَدَيۡنَٰهُ بِذِبۡحٍ عَظِيمٖ
“And We redeemed the boy with a great slaughter:” (QS.Ash-Shaffaat [37]: 107).
Namely, We saved the child who was ordered to be slaughtered (Ismail) with “the great slaughterhouse” from heaven. That is, a lamb that was used by the sacrifice of Abel and received by God. The goat lives in heaven, so it can be used to penetrate Ishmael as. He was a big sheep in his body.
The angel Gabriel came with the lamb, so he saw Abraham moving his knife on the neck of Ishmael as.
Jibril berkara:
“Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar ”
Abraham also welcomed:
“Laa ilaaha illallaahu wallaahu akbar ”
Ishmael said:
“Allahu akbar wa lillaahil hamdu”
Allah looks upon this sentence well, so Allah obliges it upon us in the days of slaughter (nahr), for following in the footsteps of Prophet Abraham US."
