After school, Amadhea cleaned herself and then she ate fried rice that she had bought before returning home. Feeling bored, Amadhea chose to clean the house. He swept and mopped the floor. And again the red crayon was found in the same place.
Even for 1 week more Amadhea found the crayon still in the same place. The girl saw her trash can filled with red crayons.
"It doesn't make sense" muttered Amadhea. But, he did not want to take a headache, because now he is undergoing a repeat of the end of the first semester. Amadhea did not want her concentration to be distracted by such a small thing.
After the replay was completed, Ms. Rita as the guardian of XI-IPA-B class distributed an invitation letter to the students for their parents to come to school to take a report.
Arriving home, Amadhea looked at the invitation letter. He took a heavy breath and put the letter to the table.
With little doubt, Amadhea called someone.
"Hello?"
Amadhea said, "Tante Merlin, tomorrow there is a report-sharing meeting at the school. Can Auntie come as my guardian?"
It turns out Amadhea called Merlin.
"Aunty is busy, can't be taken alone? You're not an SD kid anymore." Call ended.
Amadhea breathed a heavy sigh. He put his phone to the table and lowered his head while supporting his temple with both hands. It really looks frustrating.
Cellphone shifted. Amadhea turned to look at her mobile phone that moved by itself as if someone was sliding it to the edge of the table and falling on the floor. Amadhea still did not dare to move her hand to take the phone. Even moving, he did not dare. Amadhea was just staring at her phone whose screen had become cracked.
The cold again covered him. The feathers bristled. Amadhea believes that if the air suddenly turns cold, it means that there are other creatures nearby. Phone's vibrating. Zahra's name is on the screen. Amadhea swallows the saliva she tries to grab her phone with her foot. He managed to pick up the call.
"Hello?" Amadhea moved to change her position to sit straight. His eyes widened to see the figure of a woman who suddenly appeared out of nowhere and sat opposite him at the dining table. Her long hair covered most of her pale face. Both of his eyes as a whole were pitch black eerie alias no white part. He looked at Amadhea.
"Hello, Dhea?" From there Zahra called Amadhea.
Amadhea's hands were trembling.
In one blink, the pitch-black-eyed lady was already in front of him by crawling on the table.
"Hhhh." Amadhea dropped her phone. He froze, unable to move and his mouth could not make any sound. His voice was stuck in his throat. He wanted to scream for help.
The deep black-eyed woman touched Amadhea's left forehead. The woman's hand felt very cold. Amadhea heard the woman's hoarse voice saying something like reciting a spell.
Amadhea recognized the ghostly voice in front of her. It was the same voice that liked to call out his name.
"Amadhea... Amadhea...."
Very simila. He thought it was a burning-faced woman who liked to call him. Apparently not. But, it was this ghost who had all this time called out his name. For the first time this ghost shows itself in front of Amadhea.
For a long time the woman's hand felt hot and the longer the hotter. It feels like an ironing surface.
Amadhea was trembling with fear, while she could do nothing. Suddenly he heard the screams and screams of the people from inside his house, out of nowhere exactly, which must have been the voices echoing inside the house.
The screams and screams of children, women and men are heartbreaking. Amadhea closed her eyes. Closing my eyes doesn't help. The voices were still heard even though both eyes were tightly shut.
Amadhea opened her eyes. The voices disappeared after he opened his eyes. Everything becomes black and white. Amadhea was in a foreign room.
He wondered in his heart, where am I? This isn't my house, but it looks like mine. Am I stuck in the passage of time?
Suddenly, strange sounds such as whispers and approaching steps were heard. Amadhea swallows saliva. He saw these terrifying creatures appearing from all directions around him. Some are slithering, shuffling, and crawling. Their faces are terrible.
Am I going to die now? Thought Amadhea.
The ghosts were very close to him. Even Amadhea could smell a foul smell from their bodies. The creatures touched Amadhea's body. Their blood and pus stuck to Amadhea's body.
All right, kill me. I want to meet my parents in heaven.
Faintly Amadhea saw a different ghost. The ghost of the young girl was standing in the doorway. She wears a bright white dress. The beautiful ghost stared pityfully at Amadhea.
At the moment of despair, Amadhea shouted and this time her voice sounded. "Aaaarrrggghhhh!!!!!!!!!"
Amadhea's voice echoed in the house.
"YARRGGGG!!! TOLOOONG!!!!!!"
The ghosts are becoming more and more. They roared Amadhea's body as if they were ants and Amadhea was sugar.
Everything went dark. Amadhea's consciousness began to disappear. For a moment he heard the sound of the door being forcefully smashed.
"Help me...." Now Amadhea was completely unconscious.
Slowly Amadhea opened her eyes. He found himself lying in his bedroom. There was a woman sitting on the edge of the bed. The woman appeared to be peeling an apple.
"Auntie Irma," call Amadhea.
The other middle-aged woman was Aulia's mother turned her head.
"Are you awake, Dhea?" tanyakanya.
"What's going on, Auntie? Why is Auntie here?" ask Amadhea confused.
The middle-aged woman put an apple and a knife to the plate and then climbed up from the edge of the bed and stood in front of Amadhea's window.
Irma muttered softly, "It's been a long time...."
"Amadhea? Are you awake, son?" The female voice from the doorway made Amadhea's gaze diverted to the source of the voice.
"Aunty Irma?" Amadhea was surprised to see Irma who had just come with a plate in her hand containing fresh fruits.
Amadhea's gaze returned to the window. There's nobody there. The curtains of the window were moving in the wind. Again I have goosebumps.
"Are you okay?" ask Aunt Irma while sitting on the edge of the bed.
"I...." Amadhea hung up her sentence.
"So we heard screaming sounds from your house. Om and Auntie are coming. The door of your house was smashed by Om, now it's broken. Sorry, yaa. We've called people to fix it." Irma looked sad.
Amadhea. "It's okay, Auntie. I thank you, because Auntie and Om came."
