SURREPTITIOUS

SURREPTITIOUS
The Part 26

After delivering Haifa and Leha to the front of the mushola, Amadhea returned to the classroom. He meets Xaga on the stairs.

"I have to talk to you" said Amadhea.

Xaga nodded. "All right."

Amadhea had not expected this time Xaga not to refuse.

In the school garden, Xaga and Amadhea sat next to each other. They looked serious about talking.

"Why do you want to talk to me?" ask Xaga.

"I'm sure you're hiding something. You must know something" said Amadhea.

Xaga stared at Amadhea, not at Amadhea, but at the woman who had a pitch-black eyeball behind the girl.

Amadhea snorted in annoyance while throwing her face away. "I hate to see the way you look at me. Why do you always look at me like that?"

Xaga shook his head and changed his expression. "I didn't mean to see you like that."

Amadhea looked at her watch and got up from the park bench. "In a minute the bell goes off, I have to be in class."

Xaga immediately grabbed Amadhea's hand before the girl actually left. "Bel in is still a long time, people still pray Friday."

Amadhea sat down again. "Well, now explain what makes you hate me? If I did make a mistake, I'd apologize, but if you don't have a clear reason why you hate me, you're really mean."

"I never said I hated you" said Xaga.

Amadhea looked at Xaga. "Every time you look at me, you like to look at me with that look. Then you also told me that I was very disturbing. You also throw away the food I've been cooking so hard."

"If I hate you, why did I help you three times?" Xaga asked back.

Amadhea was silent for a moment. "I want to ask that too."

"You're too focused on my ugliness" murmured Xaga.

"Wait, three times?" ask Amadhea confused. "Not twice, huh?"

"That white boy, I also intentionally put it in your jacket pocket," Xaga said.

"True, too" muttered Amadhea.

"But, it doesn't seem like all the ghosts around you are afraid of garlic" Xaga said with a fixed gaze at the pitch-black-eyed woman behind Amadhea.

For a moment Amadhea stared at the two dark blue beads of men in front of her. Amadhea realized that the man was not looking at her, but saw something else behind her.

He saw what? I don't feel anyone around me. Humans and ghosts. So, what did he see? Thought Amadhea.

However, when Amadhea looked carefully at the dark blue bead, Amadhea saw the reflection of the shadow of the black-eyed woman. The girl gasped in shock and the teflex looked behind her, but there was no one there.

Amadhea looked back at Xaga. "So, can you really see ghosts?"

πŸ‘» Flashback πŸ‘»

After the final reporting division of the first semester, Irma and Amadhea passed the XI-IPA-A class, Amadhea's view was fixed into the superior class. It seems that the parents and students in the class have not disbanded. The classroom guardian still calls out the student's name and shares the report.

He saw one of the students staring at him. Amadhea frowned in confusion, because the man who was none other than Xaga was staring intently at him as if he had a grudge against Amadhea. Though he did not know Xaga at all even though their classes were next to each other.

Uncomfortable with Xaga's gaze, Amadhea chose to break eye contact first.

Xaga still continued to stare at Amadhea even after the girl disappeared from her sight.

What did Xaga see?

What the man saw was a long-haired, pale-skinned woman following Amadhea's steps behind him. What was frightening was that his eyes were all black.

πŸ‘»πŸ‘»πŸ‘»

Being too down, Amadhea suddenly collided with someone. "Okay, sorry."

Amadhea looked up at the high student who had just collided with her. Apparently Xaga.

The man stared intently at the ghost of the pitch-black-eyed woman behind Amadhea.

"Very disturbing!" said Xaga coldly aimed at the ghost.

He leaves to give way to Xaga.

After they cross paths, Xaga and Amadhea continue their steps. However, Xaga stopped his steps. He looked back at the woman who had pitch-black eyes who kept following Amadhea. The scary woman looked at Xaga sharply.

Amadhea disappeared at the turn of the corridor.

"Until when will the ghost stick to him?"

πŸ‘»πŸ‘»πŸ‘»

When Xaga and Zayn ate with Amadhea and Zahra, the ghost of the woman was still near Amadhea. He stood behind the girl.

Xaga was uncomfortable with his presence. Occasionally he allowed the necklace of crosses on his neck to drive the creature away. However, it seemed that it had no effect on the black-eyed ghost.

He's very strong apparently. Is he a slave to the devil? Inner Xaga.

πŸ‘»πŸ‘»πŸ‘»

While on the basketball court, Xaga's views were shifted to Amadhea. The girl turned her eyes away not wanting to make eye contact with the man.

Xaga furrowed his brows seeing the female ghost grinning sinisterly. Annoyed by the ghost's face, Xaga threw the basketball in her hand at the ghost with all her might.

Amadhea rounded her eyes. He immediately protected his face with both hands.

The basketball didn't hit Amadhea, but passed by her side and pierced through the woman's ghostly body and then bounced against the wall.

Greeta embraces Amadhea. "Are you okay?"

The real Amadhea was still somewhat shocked to shake her head slowly.

"Hey, lo! Why are you throwing balls! How about hitting people's faces!" Arnold pulled the front of Xaga's shirt.

πŸ‘»πŸ‘»πŸ‘»

Noisy sounds from the XI-IPA-B class to the XI-IPA-A class. Zayn who sat down with Elan looked at each other. Xaga looks very ordinary.

"They're a big fan, yes" whispered Zayn.

"For the vocal rehearsal time," replied Elan.

Xaga's gaze was fixed on the door. He saw the figure of a little boy who was about 6-7 years old. The boy had a pair of plain white eyes. He smiled widely.

Ghosts increasing? Inner Xaga.

Tessa, who was teaching, saw Zayn and Elan whispering. "Zayn, Elan!"

Both men jumped. They looked at Ms. Tessa. Xaga also looked at Ms. Tessa.

"Zayn explains the chicken's metamorphosis, while Elan explains the fish's metamorphosis!"

πŸ‘»πŸ‘»πŸ‘»

In her class, Xaga seemed serious about writing material in her book. He looked up at the blackboard. A terrifying face was 3 centimeters away in front of his visible face. Xaga was not surprised at all. He returned to writing.

"I know you saw me, handsome," said the ghost of the schoolgirl who had multiple wounds on her face.

Xaga doesn't care. He took his cross out from behind his uniform. The female ghost disappeared instantly accompanied by a scream.

The break clock.

Xaga and Zayn leave the classroom and head to the cafeteria. Amadhea's gaze drifted to the window.

While passing through the XI-IPA-B class, Xaga felt noticed, he turned to the window of the XI-IPA-B class. His views met with Amadhea. The two stared at each other. Suddenly a horrible face appeared on the window blocking Xaga's face.

"Hhhh!" Amadhea almost screamed so shocked to see the face full of wounds.

Xaga was surprised too. He immediately shifted his eyes.
