Chapters 12. Maybe I'm in Love.

After Liora's departure, Vero and the others again sat down on the spot earlier. The atmosphere of the club looks very crowded. The thump of music echoed in the place, accompanied by dances and shouts from people who had been made intoxicated by drinks.

Vero continued to gulp down the drinks that were on the table. His eyes stared intently at the direction where Liora had gone earlier, and he did not listen to Samuel's words at all.

"How do you think, Vero?" samuel asked, but Vero remained silent as he continued to chug down his drink.

Quickly, Sally who was beside Vero immediately nudged the man's arm making Vero gasp.

"What's wrong?" ask Vero to Sally.

"What are you really thinking, Vero? I've been asking questions since, but you didn't answer." Samuel threw a pissed face. Since then he had told her long and wide, but the man did not listen to her.

"sorry. I was thinking about something earlier," said Vero, patting Samuel's arm, making his friend chuckle.

"What's wrong with you, Vero? You've been daydreaming lately?" ask Samuel. He was curious why some days Vero often daydream.

Vero was silent for a moment because he was confused to have to say his feelings or not, because he himself was also not 100 percent sure.

"What's wrong, are you in trouble?" samuel asked again, causing Vero to shake his head.

"I think I'm in love with someone,"

"Really?" sally's shout made Vero and Samuel jump in shock. "Are you in love with me, Vero?"

Vero and Samuel immediately poked their lips when they heard the woman's words, while Sally herself was spoiled in Vero's arms.

"I'm still normal, Sally. How could I fall in love with you,"

"What's? I'm not a woman." Sally snorted bitterly to make Samuel grow anxious.

"You're a woman, but a woman happens. Aarrgh." Samuel shrieked in shock as Sally's hand pinched her stomach strongly, while Vero only shook his head at the sight of their behavior.

Vero leaned his body against the back of the chair. Was he really in love with that woman? For days he kept thinking about the woman, even the woman's face seemed to be clearly dancing inside her head.

"Why did you shut up, Vero? Now quickly tell me who the woman who made you fall in love" Samuel said after a fight with Sally.

Vero glanced at Samuel who was also looking at him. He took a deep breath and exhaled in frustration.

"I'm in love with Liora."

"Groor." Sally who was drinking immediately spouted it when she heard Vero's words, while Samuel looked at Vero in disbelief.

"You, are you kidding me?" sally asked sharply, and replied with Vero's head.

"I know that you must have been very surprised to hear that, I also realized that I was not worthy of being with Liora. But this is the reality, this is what I feel" Vero said, giving Sally and Samuel a look at each other.

Vero again let out a rough sigh. "I don't know why I like it either." He rubbed his face with a frustrated breath.

Sally shook her head when she saw what had happened to her friend, while Samuel was silent because he was thinking about something.

"If it's about status and power, then Vero is not inferior to Miss Liora. but, is he really in love with that woman?" Samuel was astonished and could not believe.

"I can understand why you fell in love with Miss Liora. Obviously all men will love it, not just because she is beautiful, but because she is attractive and successful" Sally said. He took a deep breath before continuing his words."

"But our world and he's very much different, Vero. How could a princess of the king be with us commoners?"

Samuel clenched both hands when he heard Sally's words, he who was about to make his voice fortunately could still be held back.

"I know, Sally. But what's wrong with being with commoners? As long as I can make it happy, then there's nothing wrong with that."

Sally snorted bitterly while looking the other way. "alright, it's up to you. But don't forget Mr. Alex, who's always been with him, that guy's definitely not gonna let you get close to his nona."

Well, Vero's already convinced of that. Moreover, he had already seen how terrifying the people who were together with Liora were.

"I'll take care of it."

Vero got up from the chair and walked up to the 2nd floor, making Sally gasp. He who was going after the man could not move his body when his hand was blocked by Samual.

"We have to go after him, Sam. It could be bad if Vero makes a fuss. Especially if it comes to dealing with Liora.

"Calm down, Vero's an adult. He knows what he's going to do" Samuel said. He then convinces Sally that Vero will be fine.

Vero, who was already on the 2nd floor, looked confused where the room was occupied by Liora. He then sat his body on the sofa in that place, hoping that one of the members of Liora would come out of the room.

Meanwhile, Liora who had just finished her affairs was leaning her body against the back of the sofa. Today his schedule was very crowded, he could not even rest at all.
