Chapters 13. Equally Likes.

Liora instantly opened her two eyes when she heard someone's voice. He then turned his head towards the door where Vero was walking towards.

"What are you doing here?" asked Liora sharply.

Vero sat his body before Liora. "I'm sorry I interfered, I just wanted to see you."

Liora sighed violently then took the wine that was on the table, she downed it to nothing. "What do you want to see me for?" He looked at Vero with a glare.

Vero smiled as he looked at Liora's face, that face that he had always missed in recent days. "To ask about something unfinished between us."

Liora frowned confusedly. Since when did he have any business with that man? All this time he only dealt with big businessmen, and never dealt with Vero.

Seeing Liora's confused face, Vero made a chuckle. "I wanted to discuss the matter at the hospital back then, Liora. Didn't you say that your heart was pounding hard when you were with me?"

Liora nodded her head, now she understood what Vero was discussing at the moment. He then turned his head towards the door where Alex had just entered, the man looked surprised when he saw Vero's whereabouts.

"It's all done, miss. Let's go home!" take Alex without caring about the existence of other creatures in the room.

"Before, Mr. Alex. I want to talk to you about something" Vero couldn't continue when he got a sharp look from Alex.

"There's something I want to talk to her about, so Brother just wait outside" Liora said, making Alex look straight at her.

"Sorry, Miss. Aren't you tired, you should be soon-"

Liora raised her hand and made Alex's speech instantly come to a halt. "Wait for me outside. In 10 minutes our conversation will be over."

Alex breathed a rough sigh. "Good, Miss." He had to get out of that room.

After Alex left, Vero repeated his question. He wanted to get an answer to his current curiosity, and wanted to ascertain the woman's feelings.

"I like you,"

"What?" Vero gasped in shock upon hearing Liora's words. "A-are you serious?" He really did not expect that Liora would directly say it directly, what a very outspoken woman.

"I don't know. Arya's sister said that my heart beats because it likes you" Liora replied.

Vero fell silent upon hearing Liora's reply. "Who is that Arya? Was it one of the men that was with her at the time?" He tried to go back to remembering what happened a while ago. "But wait, so he says like just because of Arya's words? Not because I really like it?"

"If there's nothing to say anymore, I'm per-"

"Just a second!" cut Vero quickly. She moved the seat to be next to the woman, naturally leaving Liora astonished.

Unexpectedly, Vero suddenly landed a brief kiss on Liora's lips making the woman gasp in shock.

"Why did you kiss me?" liora asked with a flushed face.

"Now what, is your heart still pounding?" ask Vero. He had to confirm it immediately before his 10 minutes were up.

Liora fell silent. He is still trying to understand what Vero is doing, of course with a very strong heartbeat.

"I don't know why you kissed me, but if you do it again, then don't-"

"Jawab my question, Liora. Is your heart pounding again? Are you feeling embarrassed?" Vero again asked, of course with the coercion mode.

"It turns out you really like me, Liora. Then I'm the same. I like you too."

Liora fell silent with a look of disbelief and disbelief, then suddenly the door of the room opened and Alex entered into it. It turns out 10 minutes is up.

Alex was no longer surprised when he heard it, because he already knew from Liora's confession at that time.

Alex clutched his wheel. Seeming he was thinking hard about something to the point of making his forehead wrinkle, he was still considering something.

Liora noticed Alex's facial features, she wondered what the man was thinking until his forehead wrinkled, and not as usual. Especially now that they were discussing something unprecedented.
