Chapter 21. Guests are not invited.

Along the way, Liora kept thinking about Vero's invitation to Sally's birthday party. Honestly speaking, this was the first time after a few years that she had come back to someone's birthday party. Usually the party he attended was about the inauguration of the company or the appointment of a new leader in a company, somehow his heart felt happy. It seemed like he missed the activities he had done frequently in the past.

"We have arrived, Miss," Zarga said, but there was no response from the lady, as Liora was too late in daydreaming.

"Miss," call Zarga with a slight increase in the intonation of his voice.

"Y-yes." The shocked Liora looked straight at him.

"We've arrived." Zarga told him again.

Liora instantly got down and stepped into the company making Zarga stare in bewilderment. "What is she thinking?" Zarga wondered.

After escorting Liora to the room, Zarga immediately went to his own room. However, he felt that something was left in the car, causing him to turn back to the parking lot.

After successfully finding his beloved item, Zarga walked quickly to return to the room. As he passed the reception desk, his eyes saw one familiar creature in his memory.

"Wait, it's not that the woman who was friends with the masters Samuel and Vero" Zarga muttered after successfully recalling the face of the woman he was looking at.

"Sorry, Miss." Still the receptionist did not allow Sally to enter, as no one dared to break the rules.

"Sad." Sally snorted bitterly, laboriously she ventured to come here, but all was in vain.

"If I make an appointment, when can I see Mr Alex?" ask Sally later.

The receptionist looks at the computer in front of him. "You can meet Mr. Alex tomorrow at 4 p.m., miss." she replied.

"What?" Sally screamed in shock at the receptionist's reply. Some people immediately looked at him because they were disturbed, as well as Zarga who was loyal to the woman.

Sally looks even more upset, she's blind now. If it's tomorrow, free is no use.

Seeing the insistent Sally want to meet Alex, Zarga made curious. Actually what was the reason that made the girl come here to meet people like Alex.

Zarga walked over to Sally. "What's this?" He looked at them sharply.

Two women who were receptionists were shocked to see the appearance of Zarga who had come out of nowhere, and were now standing before them.

"I-I'm sorry we made a fuss, sir." Compactly, the two apologized while bowing their heads.

Zarga then looked towards Sally. "Would you like to come here?"

"I'd like to meet Mr. Alex, can you help me." Sally immediately expressed her wish.

"Why did you meet him?" asked Zarga again who was already very curious about the girl's purpose.

"Sorry sir, I'll only say it when it's in front of Mr. Alex." firmly Sally refused to say it to the man she didn't know.

"Well, what's he got to do with Alex?" Like knowing a big secret, Zarga had guessed the relationship between Alex and the woman.

"I'll take you, "Zarga said later.

"really?" Sally's face immediately sparkled upon hearing that.

"Yes, but on one condition" Zarga said.

"What conditions?" The impatient Sally just asked the man.

"Eh, what does that mean?" Sally looked puzzled by the terms of the man, but since she wanted to meet Alex, she immediately nodded her head in a sign of agreeing to those terms.

"Come!." Then Zarga brings Sally to meet with Alex.

It seemed that Zarga was not thinking about his own fate. Alex could be angry and punish him for haphazardly bringing others, but because of the curiosity that has been passionate, he did not think of all that.

Zarga has changed a lot since he became Liora's secretary. He talks more and doesn't look as stiff as he used to be. He is more confident and easy to get along with others. He who had been feeling inferior when compared to the people around Liora, slowly had confidence. Especially when hearing Liora's confession to him became the biggest boost in the changes that occurred.

Sally continued trailing behind Zarga until they stopped in front of the room believed to be the Aex room.

Sally swallowed her own salive violently, she felt uneasy with her heart also pounding harder.

Zarga, knock on Alex's door. Then there was a voice from within that ordered him to enter. He then told Sally to wait at the door, after she said enter, then the woman could enter.

Sally just nodded her head with her hands crashing at each other. He was nervous, scared, agitated. I just want to give you something.

Zarga immediately entered leaving the woman alone at the door made many eyes look towards him, but he felt unconcerned.

Alex, who was busy, raised his head to see who had entered the room.

"Why?" Alex asked Zarga.

"Are you busy?" Zarga saw the work being done by Alex, he did not use formal language anymore on the man because it was a request from Alex.

"As usual." Alex answered quickly.

Zarga. He who was excited now lost his spirit after seeing Alex's face, worries began to hit his mind. How could he not think before he acted? That's what's going around in circles in his mind.

"Why?" Alex asked back.

"That's ..." Alex doesn't know how to say it.

"Did you find anything?" guess Alex.

"Yes, I found someone. But not something." Zarga was eager to scream.

Zarga saw impatience on Alex's face, if he remained silent then the address must be the girl who will be affected by the anger of the man.

"Someone wants to see you." Finally Zarga was able to say it too.

"Bring him in" Alex said as he walked toward the sofa.

"That's it, let it go. Nothing will happen either." Zarga calmed down, fearing that Alex would be angry.

Zarga then walked back outside to meet Sally. "Come in." He's inviting.

Sally was still in her place, she was seen exhaling for a moment and praying before meeting Alex.

Slowly Sally entered the room, she saw the whole room looking for Alex. Yeah, there he is. The person he wanted to meet was sitting on the sofa quietly. While Zarga chose to return to his room, he was also anxious about entering the room. Let him help Sally with the do'a.

Alex still has not seen the person who entered his room, he is focusing on the phone that is now in his hands. Moments later, he again kept the flat object in his pocket. Then look to the side where someone is already standing there.
