The End of Revenge
Chapter 44. Heartbroken.

The night was getting late, one by one the invited guests began to leave the party. However, there were still some people who were seen passing by in that place.

"Where's Leora?" leon asked when he saw Zarga walking alone.

"Miss says she wants to spend the night here, Mister," replied Zarga slowly, bowing her head.

"Night here, why ?" Leon frowns to the point of hearing Zarga's answer, did something happen to the younger brother?

Leon immediately went to approach the younger brother without waiting for a response from Zarga, but only a few steps of his hand were blocked by the man.

"What's? I want to take Liora home" said Leon, shaking his hand to let the man slip.

"But Mr-"

"Let him, Leon," Arya quickly cuts, making Leon and Zarga look at her. "Maybe he needs some time alone." Again, give an explanation.

Leon immediately clucked in annoyance upon hearing that, he then sighed rudely as he passed leaving them all behind.

Arya and Alex soon follow Leon's steps while Zarga will remain at the hotel with his young miss, maybe it is true said Arya if Liora needs time alone.

Meanwhile, elsewhere, Samuel and Sally are very anxious to see Vero's condition. After getting out of the party venue, they chased after the man but he was too fast that he was not overtaken. Vero immediately boarded his car and drove fast, so they had to continue to follow him even though he now lost track.

"Where the hell?" shouted Sally angrily, she felt frustrated to see aoa happening at this time.

"Ck, where is he going?" Samuel looked to the right and left to look for Vero's whereabouts, but still he did not find him.

"You're slow to bring a car," said Sally, she also went bawling in search of Vero's whereabouts.

"It's also tight, you know. You want us to have an accident?" ketus Samuel, though he used to be not so tight that the woman was not afraid

"Amit-amit, don't say why!" sally protested, she did not want to die at such a young age. She is unmarried and has a child similar to Alex.

"Eat, wait!" Suddenly Samuel stepped on the brake which suddenly made Sally shocked to almost hit the front seat of the car.

"Gosh, what the hell are you?" snapped Sally, almost her head was bumped by the violent impact that was about to happen.

Regardless of the ramblings of the creature next to him, Samuel turned his car in the opposite direction because he saw something.

"Where else is this?" sally asked sharply, she was getting scared now.

"Udah is silent, I know where Vero is now" Samuel replied without turning his eyes and focusing on driving.

"If you know how not to say that from now on? Make it hard," said Sally again.

Samuel chose silence and did not respond to it, already drained of his strength to fight the one man. He stopped his car when he saw Vero's car parked next to an artificial lake.

"He's there!" pointing Samuel to the right, Vero was sitting on a wooden chair right next to the lake.

This lake is a silent witness to the beginning of the relationship Vero and Liora, but in this lake also Vero shed all the pain that he is experiencing now.

"argh!" yelled Vero to vent the stifling pain of the chest..

Samuel and Sally who were still walking towards Vero to the point of being shocked when they heard the man's scream, even Sally squeezed Samuel's hand until it made him grimace in pain.

"Why, why, Liora?" yelled Vero again, it seemed like he really felt hurt. He clenched his hands until his nails turned white.

Slowly Samuel and Sally approached Vero, and they looked at each other. I don't know what to say to his heartbroken friend.

"Vero," called Sally slowly, instead of advancing she seemed to retreat backwards in fear of Vero's sharp gaze.

"Take it easy, Ver," said Samuel, who sat beside Vero and tried to speak.

Vero did not respond to the words of his friends, he kept staring straight ahead with thoughts drifting everywhere.

"Do you know?" asked Vero suddenly without taking his eyes off.

Sally and Samuel looked at each other when they heard it, they had no idea what Vero's question meant.

"Do you know Liora's relationship with that guy?" vero repeated, this time he looked at Samuel intently.

Samuel shook his head. "No. I don't know, I just found out tonight, either," replied with a single breath, because Vero's gaze frightened him.

"Huh." Vero sighed harshly with. "Why would he do this?" Finally spilled also the sadness that he was feeling, his body to the point of shaking felt a deep pain.

Sally also felt the pain that was being experienced by Vero. she immediately hugged the man tightly trying to calm him down.

"Why, Sally? Why?" racau Vero with a raucous voice, making the atmosphere turn into a muddle.

"Calm down, everything's gonna be fine" Sally said. He rubbed Vero's back gently, trying to calm the man down.

"Nothing's gonna be okay, Sally. She, she's been with someone else, but why still give me hope?"
