Chapter 8. The Busyness of a Leader.

After Vero's departure, Arya changed her profession to a reporter who was ready to interview Liora for her statement. Zarga and Alex were listening.

"What did it mean that your heart was pounding?" ask Arya who is already busy making a list of questions.

Liora took a deep breath, then started telling me everything without anything covered up.

"Gosh," Dessah Arya while hitting her own forehead saw Liora's innocence.

Unlike Arya, Alex also sighed harshly at Liora's story which indirectly told them about her heart even though she had not noticed it.

Only Zarga did not understand what was happening. He who has never known a woman in his entire life is really a taboo about love. With her charms she asks for an explanation to Arya who is like a love expert, even though she has never had a partner.

"Jeez, you might not understand that. Ck,ck, ck." decak Arya while shaking her head to mock Zarga.

"What's really going on? Is my heart really in trouble?" Liora was also shrouded in curiosity as she stared intently at Arya.

"Bk, tsk. Your heart's fine, no problem." Arya shook her head. "Your heart is pounding because you like her." The god of love gives an explanation.

"Why do you like him?" the question of the pure and holy maiden. Of course her name is Liora.

"Eh, how do I explain it?" Arya was confused by the question Liora asked. "That-"

Arya has not had time to answer it, it has been cut by Alex making him have to stop his chatter.

"No need to think, Miss. It was common, now we have to get the job done," Alex cut up who saw Arya want to say other unimportant words.

Liora nodded in understanding. "What was last night's business?" He then began discussing the matter of the assault last night.

"We've managed to catch the man, miss." Zarga gave a report of his work.

"Yes, we will take care of it tomorrow" Liora said later.

Alex and the others nodded in understanding and allowed Liora to return to rest, as well as those who were already feeling very tired and sleepy.

The next day, after being examined by a doctor. Liora was already allowed to go home, but with a note if the wound on her arm should not be exposed to water.

Liora then invites Alex to go directly to the company, she must finish the job immediately because she wants to see the state of the brother.

Along the way to the company, Liora kept thinking about what Arya said. Likey? Whatdoes thatmean? why should it be with him?The question kept swirling around in his head.

Alex keeps watching Leora from the rearview mirror inside. She knew that if her young lady was thinking about what Arya said earlier, she felt a little guilty for cutting off their conversation.

"I'm sorry, Miss." Alex doesn't want Liora to deal with someone who isn't clear.

Not felt, their car has arrived at the Liora company's special parking lot. Alex hurried to open the door for the lady, after which they rushed into the company.

"Then what about that man, Miss?" Alex reminds me of the man who shot the woman.

Liora stopped her footsteps. Right, he doesn't remember about it. "we went to the base before seeing brother."

Alex nodded in understanding, and he went to his own room. A lot of work they had to finish today, but before that he looked at the phone and typed one name in his call.

Tut, tuti.

"Hello, Mister." Someone picked him up over there, apparently Alex was contacting Zarga.

"Find out all the information about the man she was with last night" Alex orders Zarga.

After saying that, Alex immediately turned off his phone call, and placed the flat object on the table.

A very tiring day for all the sustenance fighters who work hard to make ends meet. They scattered in the face of the earth hoping for fatigue that felt fruitful with success. Do'a-do'a parents who hope every drop of sweat that flows through their bodies will be a success for their children.

After half a day struggling with a pile of work, Liora let out a tired sigh. He walked towards the sofa to rest his waist which was like numbness, he enjoyed a bit of rest by closing his eyes.

Not long after, the door of the room opened. Ah, Liora already knows who entered the place. Of course, his secretary always came at the right time, bringing a glass of cold drink and a plate of fruits for him.

"Please, Miss." Alex placed all of his luggage carefully on the table.

"Hem." Liora replied with deheman as she opened her eyes. He then picked up a drink that looked seductive in the throat.

"After this, we're going to headquarters, miss." Alex reminds me of the last agenda to work on.

"Hem." again Liora replied with deheman alone.

Every day Liora's schedule was indeed very dense, there was a lot of work that she had to do. He worked from morning until night to take care of his business empire, not to mention the other matter made him have to be extra strong to do all that.

"I want to have a day off to be with my sister" Liora said.

"Tomorrow I'll set the time first, miss." Alex feels a little sorry for his young lady.

"I understand." Liora could not force it either. He knew very well how much work he had to complete.
