Chapter 24. The Sally Party.

The atmosphere in the hotel hall where Sally's birthday party is celebrated looks very beautiful and luxurious, the combination of gold and white adds to the elegant impression with a variety of flowers.

The invited guests had been a lot of people present at the place, as well as Samuel and Vero who seemed to have sat sweet chair that had been provided for them.

"You why?" samuel asked who saw Vero was agitated.

"How long is it anyway?" vero said without heeding Samuel's words. He looked back and forth to find someone.

"Curtain, you little bucin" Samuel sneered inexhaustibly.

"Whispering." Vero kept looking towards the door to wait for the person he loved. Covetous granddaughter also arrived, Liora and her members were seen entering the room of the party hall.

Seeing their arrival, Vero immediately stood followed by Samuel. Meanwhile, Liora and her gang walked to the place where they were.

"Welcome sir, Miss," welcome Vero, Samuel also welcomed their arrival with a nod of his head.

"Thank you, Mr. Vero, Mr. Samuel," Leon replied kindly, then they all sat down in the chair that had been prepared.

Vero's gaze continued to be on Liora, she really felt hypnotized by the girl's beauty tonight.

"Wink woy," Samuel's tease that saw Vero continue to stare at Liora, making Vero directly hit his best friend's arm.

"My sister is beautiful" said Leon suddenly made Vero and Samuel gasp.

How embarrassed Vero was when he heard it, he looked awkward and nervous, while Liora just looked at him with a smile.

The event also began. Sally looks beautiful in a gold dress that is in harmony with the color of the party hall, accompanied by her parents who smile kindly at everyone.

"Thank you so much for the presence of all the invited guests, I hope that you and Miss can all enjoy this party" Sally gave a warm welcome to all the invited guests. His eyes caught the one creature he had been waiting for since, it was Alex who made his eyes reluctant to turn away when he saw the man.

Alex who felt noticed immediately threw a pissed face. It could be that the woman kept looking at him like that, she felt sorry for helping Sally.

Then the event continued with the cake as usual. Sally gave the first piece of the cake to her parents. Then he cut again and looked down from the stage, he wanted to give his second piece to someone.

Everyone was focused on enjoying their own dishes, accompanied by the lively music that was being played in the room.

Sally's steps stopped right in front of someone. Yes the man was Alex, but the man still did not budge even though there was someone standing straight in front of him.

Everyone on the table looked straight at Sally.

"Thank you for coming to my party, sir, Miss," Sally said to Liora and her gang.

"Together, Miss Sally." Liora greeted Sally warmly.

Then everyone turned to look at the cake Sally was holding, they could see if the woman wanted to give Alex the cake.

"Ehem." Leon tries to resuscitate Alex if someone is waiting, but unfortunately Alex does not care at all.

"Hey." Arya who had been observing the situation was impatient, she immediately pulled Alex's hand to look at him.

"What?" ketus Alex when his hand was pulled by Arya, his gaze was very sharp like an eagle.

"God, what the fuck is this man?" Everyone on that table really didn't think about what Alex was doing.

Arya blinked one eye giving Sally a code to immediately give the cake she was holding to Alex.

"I-It's a cake for you, sir." Sally looks very nervous when giving the cake, making the atmosphere that was once festive to be gripping.

Sally lowered her head when she heard Alex say, she looked like she wanted to cry because she felt so ashamed that everything there was feeling sorry for her.

"What are you doing?" Arya whispered in Alex's ear, she didn't expect that the man would humiliate Sally.

"Why in the first place, should it go to Alex?" Arya was astonished to see Sally, but wait. It seemed like the woman's face was no stranger to her, she tried to recall where she had met Sally.

"If she doesn't want to, just for me, Miss. I really like cake." Leon tried to melt the atmosphere, he really felt sorry for Sally.

Sally looked towards Leon, her face flushed red withstanding embarrassment and annoyance. "Thank you, sir."

"Loh, it should be me who thanks you," Leon replied as he glanced at Alex.

"If so please enjoy the party, sir, Miss. Excuse me for a moment" Sally said as she passed from there, wanting to disappear from the earth if necessary.

They looked back at Alex. The man didn't look like he was used to humiliating someone, he remained relaxed in his place.

"You shouldn't be like that, Lex. You see him, he must be very shy" Leon said sharply.

"I didn't do anything, sir." Alex responds to Leon's words with a sinless face.

"Not doing anything to your head!" Maki they're all.

Then they try to forget what just happened by discussing other issues. Vero and Samuel also joined their conversation.

The night is getting late and the party seems to be over, they decide to go home and not forget to come back to Sally for a goodbye.

"Happy birthday, Miss Sally. Your smoga is always bestowed happiness," said Liora representing all members.

"Thank you, Miss. I'm so happy that you're ready to come to my party" Sally replied with a smile, he did not want to look at Alex at all because he was still embarrassed and upset because of the incident. "Please call me Sally, Miss." Added later.

"All right." Liora nodded her head. "Sister Alex has prepared a present for you." He then looked towards Alex making Sally gasp when he heard her words, the woman then turned to look at Alex

Alex immediately gave the gift to Sally, while the others looked on with anxious expectation. They were afraid that Alex would throw the gift at Sally, but it didn't happen. Alex gave it very well even though there were no words accompanying the gift.

"Thank you, please." Sally's face flushed red, she who had been feeling annoyed now turned to shame and flowered.

One by one they congratulated Sally as she walked out to go home, as did Vero and Samuel.

"I'm going home with Vero, sister," Liora told her brother, then Leon looked at Vero.

"I'd like to take Leora home, sir. What can?" ask Vero anxiously.

"Of course, be careful on the road" Leon replied as he patted Vero's shoulder gently and walked away from them.

Vero felt very happy because it seemed like the older sister of the woman he loved seemed to bless their relationship. He then looked towards Liora with a big smile.

"Come, we're home!"
