CHAPTER 272: HEAVY ARCHERS
"Sister, let me do it!" said Yuki confidently "If our entire army leaves the Capital of the Orc-Goblin Kingdom, King Albert must have realized our goal of ambushing and killing Guliger. So let me go with 2,000 samurai while brother stays here with 25,000 other half-animal men so as not to draw suspicion from King Albert".

After all most of them were not soldiers but residents, especially the Goblins. They knew their purpose of being brought to the capital was to be used as a shield, how could they possibly feel excited when they found out in a moment that they would die?
Therefore, they answered Guliger without the slightest spirit.
Guliger's face turned grim, if this was in normal time, all the desperate Goblins would definitely experience his anger. But Guliger understands he cannot be angry now, when he is angry, there is a possibility that all Goblins will rebel against him.
Guliger continued to walk in front of the troops, he tried to return to the capital as quickly as possible and left the foolish forces that followed him behind. If not for King Albert telling him to recruit as many troops as possible, he would have left this army long ago.

On the other hand, the trained troops that approached at Guliger's mouth just now were none other than Yuki who led 2000 samurai troops.
He looked at Guliger who led his troops to form a formation full of appreciation "As expected of a great general, although he had lost many times, he really did have the ability. Though the Orcs were supposed to have such hard skin that it was difficult for arrows to kill them, Myro's battle in Herisen City proved it needed fire arrows to give them fatal wounds.
But the same did not apply to samurai, because none other than the samurai is a heavy archer.
Every shot they could pierce through the opponent's armor.
The reason why samurai as heavy archers have the frightening power of each arrow shot is the shape of the bow and arrow they use.
Although each arrow they shot was stronger than a light archer, there was a fatal weakness of the heavy archers that they needed enough strength to pull the bowstring each time they shot.
For that reason, not all archers can be heavy archers, it takes enough strength and energy for one to become a heavy archer.
