CHAPTER 293: THE LOYALTY OF THE GENERAL
Herfu guards the northern border and Tarka serves as the southern border general of the Kingdom of Azeroth. In addition to them, there were 2 more generals who served on the eastern and western borders of the Kingdom of Azeroth.
Different from Herfu who is bound to his son Carla so that he sided with Grand Duke Rayde and Myro, then Tarka who is loyal but prioritizes the future of the kingdom.

Surely King Diamant I would not be so foolish as to let anyone who refused to be loyal to him remain in the territory of his kingdom. While letting Kelrun return to Azeroth Kingdom? That's more unlikely.
