LTI 10 - Eternal Torment Poison

Shen Lao continued to press on and bore incision wounds all over Zhu Guan, Xu Hen and Zhao Tian. The exchange of attacks that occurred did indeed cause airwaves and strong gusts of wind, but the attack was dominated by Shen Lao.

The aura of the Dragon Monarch made the pressure of the burden on the bodies of the three of them heavy, making it difficult to fight against Shen Lao. Not only that, Shen Lao's invisible sword slashes were hard to see even his every slash was getting sharp and agile as the fight went on.

Zhu Guan was increasingly overwhelmed by Shen Lao's successive attacks. On the other hand Xu Hen and Zhao Tian thought of a way to escape the situation that was unfavorable to them.

But Xu Hen and Zhao Tian realized Shen Lao would not let them go, because if they ran then the Aura of the Dragon King would suppress their movements.

Zhao Tian cursed inwardly, ‘Why did he just release Brother Xiong?! Don't-don't Brother Xiong sell us to this guy!’

Shen Lao laughed inwardly as the look on Zhao Tian's face changed. He deliberately loosened his attack on Zhao Tian.

Sensing the opportunity to chase after Xiong Ni, Zhao Tian used all his strength to kill Xiong Ni because he thought that it was Xiong Ni who sold the Black Water Organization to Shen Lao.

In one definitive move, Zhao Tian immediately jumped into the air and fled chasing Xiong Ni.

Shen Lao laughed loudly, “This is when criminals meet criminals. Your sense of brotherhood is based only on mutual use.”

Desperate Xu Hen directly attacked Shen Lao blindly, the black chain destroying the building that was part of the headquarters of the Black Water Organization.

“Between the two of them, let's see who dies.” After saying so, Shen Lao caught the chain Xu Hen threw and pulled it.

Xu Hen's body crashed forward and got a slash right in his right hand. The sound of screaming as Xu Hen's right hand broke out echoed.

“Basic has no heart! You must die here!” Xu Hen looked at Shen Lao furiously.

Shen Lao directed the ten fire swords hovering in the air to keep Xu Hen moving. Ten swords of fire pierced through every part of Xu Hen's body.

“How does it feel to be tortured? Aren't all of you here very happy to torture? I'll show you how perfect fear is!” After making Xu Hen sprawl on the ground, Shen Lao immediately moved swiftly to attack Zhu Guan.

Zhu Guan worsened his face from feeling he had no chance of escaping. All of its members could not do much, even dozens of people had died at the hands of Chi Rong.

“Why do you dare to be hostile to the Single Demon Lantern and the Sin Sword Sect? If they find out the Black Water Organization is gone, then you won't live quietly!” Zhu Guan was astonished by Shen Lao's line of thought. But he could see the gaze of Shen Lao's eyes that wanted revenge.

“Those who took everything from me that night, I will make sure they die in my hands! Not just them, since that night I have decided! Whoever bullies me then they will die, no matter who he is even a God!” Shen Lao unleashed a slash precisely against Zhu Guan's small blade.

The sharp and invisible sword slash shattered Zhu Guan's small blade, then cut off Zhu Guan's three fingers holding onto it.

“Basic shithead! You are so cruel!” Zhu Guan immediately drained his severed fingers with a deep force to reduce the pain.

Hearing what Zhu Guan said about the cruelty actually made Shen Lao shake his head, “Remember how many people have been merciful to you and you have not heard it! And you say my actions are cruel!”

Shen Lao slashed back at Zhu Guan's two fingers with a quick slash. His palm shattered the invisible sword, then he released his body aura creating a chain of flames that smoldering in the air.

“I'll show you how it feels to be tormented with..”.

“Wait! Don't kill him!” Chi Rong interrupted Shen Lao's words and held onto his shoulder.

Shen Lao stared intently at Chi Rong, then turned his gaze to look at the remaining black masked assassin.

“Defaultless Sword Science ~ Hunting Prey!”

About twenty-two invisible swords formed in the air and moved to kill the black-masked killer who was trying to escape.

“Flower, why did you stop my actions?” Shen Lao vented his anger by killing all the black masked assassins who were trying to escape.

For several minutes, the headquarters of the Black Water Organization were filled with loud cries from the black masked assassin who was hit by the sharp incision of the invisible sword slash.

Chi Rong felt Shen Lao was jealous of her, “I have a grudge on this beast! He was the cause of my sister's death!”

Chi Rong drained a deep power to make her sword blade emit sword energy. In one slash, he cut Zhu Guan's body into two pieces.

After Zhu Guan's death, Chi Rong also finished Xu Hen's life with his sword.

After both leaders of the Black Water Organization were killed. Chi Rong tried to find the antidote to the Eternal Torment Poison from the robes of Zhu Guan and Xu Hen. Two Space Rings belonging to the chairman of the Black Water Organization he took and checked the storage.

Chi Rong's face looked lethargic after not getting the antidote from Zhu Guan and Xu Hen's Space Ring.

“Bungi, I can take you away to find an antidote. According to him, the antidote to the Eternal Torment Poison was in Fu Xinghe's hands.” Shen Lao intended to help Chi Rong obtain the antidote from the Eternal Torment Poison as well as avenge the death of his entire family.

Hearing Shen Lao's goodwill was of course Chi Rong was moved, but the distance between the Dark Forest and the hiding place of the Single Demon Lantern was extremely far.

Chi Rong explained this to Shen Lao, then she told him about what happened to her younger brother. Sadness welled up in Chi Rong's heart until her tears dripped down her cheeks.

Shen Lao for the first time wiped away a woman's tears. His instincts as a man made him act and hold Chi Rong's body in his arms.

“Bunga Provider.” Shen Lao was about to say something, but after seeing the sad look on his face, his mouth opened without a sound.

Then Shen Lao whispered softly and told a story in Chi Rong's ear. A story in which she can do nothing but cry. Since that night, the night everything he had was snatched away, Shen Lao had decided. That he did not want to have any more regrets and would resurrect his family.

“Since then, I've made up my mind to kill anyone who bullies me..” Shen Lao ended the story by wiping away the tears dripping in the eyes of the beautiful woman before him.

Shen Lao and Chi Rong's eyes met. The two stared at each other for a long time, they felt the same feeling so they could figure it out in one look.
