LTI 65 - Foursome Overnight

Jia Huaran did not say much on the way after sitting sweetly on Shen Lao's lap.

“This what? Why is something stuck?” Jia Huaran was confused and whispered softly. His hand was about to touch something that stuck up, but his hand was immediately pushed aside by Shen Lao.

“Huaier, don't move..” Shen Lao said with a slight tremble. Hearing Shen Lao's words made Chi Rong and Ling Qiuyu laugh softly.

Jia Huaran said nothing more than resignation. Shen Lao himself was unable to focus on the journey so he also simply resignedly followed the ridiculous terms of the Lightning Eagle.

On the evening before night, Jia Huaran usually asked to rest. Other than to maintain Chi Rong's pregnant stamina, the Lightning Eagle who was a Spirit Beast could not constantly be in the human world.

“Rong of the, are you not cold?” Shen Lao took out his robe and enveloped Chi Rong's body.

“I prefer cold..” This stubborn Chi Rong nature made Shen Lao smile.

Shen Lao gently kissed Chi Rong's forehead before whispering something that made Chi Rong's face meet red.

Chi Rong nodded her head slowly and followed Shen Lao who led her away somewhere.

Meanwhile Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran who were cooking were chatting quietly while looking at the starry night sky.

Ling Qiuyu made an easy-to-eat meal specifically for Chi Rong. After everything was ready, Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran waited for the arrival of Shen Lao and Chi Rong, but neither came.

About an hour after waiting, Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran finally decided to look for the whereabouts of Shen Lao and Chi Rong but as the two of them stood by the fireplace, Shen Lao and Chi Rong came over.

Shen Lao's face looked brighter, while Chi Rong's expression was wry. Ling Qiuyu who saw this became curious.

‘What does Lao Bridge do that with Rongrong?’ In Ling Qiuyu's heart was guessing.

Ling Qiuyu approached Chi Rong and invited the girl who was three years younger than him to dinner. The condition of Chi Rong who was pregnant made Ling Qiuyu worried, but a sharp directed look at Shen Lao.

Shen Lao knew that Ling Qiuyu was staring intently at him, so he gulped and ate the dish carefully.

After dinner, Shen Lao invited Chi Rong, Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran to go to bed early. But after Chi Rong and Jia Huaran fell asleep, Ling Qiuyu woke Shen Lao and invited him to go somewhere.

As the night grew late and things became quieter, Ling Qiuyu threw out dozens of questions that made Shen Lao shake his head slowly.

“LoDong, I know at your age your nafus is very high, but remember Rongrong is pregnant! What are you doing Rongrong?”

Just this time Shen Lao saw Ling Qiuyu getting angry at him, “Yu), I didn't know you had a side like this-”

“Jawab my question!” Ling Qiuyu stared intently at Shen Lao.

“What is that? I guess you didn't tell me everything!” Ling Qiuyu still did not believe Shen Lao's words.

Shen Lao let out a long sigh and told him everything. As Ling Qiuyu's face reddened from hearing the story, Shen Lao let out a soft laugh.

“Yu, we're back now. Tonight I was lucky to see another side of you.” Shen Lao stroked Ling Qiuyu's hair.

The wind blows around them. Shen Lao held onto Ling Qiuyu's chin and lifted her gently, “Don't say anything more. I promise I will give the best for you and our children later.”

Ling Qiuyu widened his eyes as Shen Lao kissed his lips. His eyes closed from hearing Shen Lao's words. A while later, Ling Qiuyu closed her lips tightly and held her with her palm.

The chirping of birds and the warm rays of the sun made Shen Lao wake up. Shen Lao looked at Chi Rong who was still sound asleep, while Jia Huaran was nowhere near the fireplace. Only Ling Qiuyu looked so exhausted because the whole night had to obey her will.

Just as Shen Lao was about to get up and make breakfast, Ling Qiuyu held his hand, “Laogege, let me make breakfast.”.

“It's okay, let me just cook breakfast for the three of you. Besides my cooking isn't so bad.” Shen Lao said confidently. Ling Qiuyu simply shook his head and got up to his feet while picking up the food ingredients, ignoring Shen Lao who had already said confidently.

Ling Qiuyu was still embarrassed for scolding Shen Lao last night, but the young man remained as usual for overwhelming him.

While Ling Qiuyu was making breakfast, Jia Huaran came with wet hair after taking a bath. This girl who was the same age as Shen Lao noticed Ling Qiuyu's messy hair.

Indeed the four of them slept only on mats in the forest, but however seeing Ling Qiuyu's brownish black hair that was falling apart made Jia Huaran curious.

“Looks like Brother Qiuqiu is exhausted. Let me do the cooking.” Jia Huaran offered himself.

“Huahua, you better prepare a drink for us. As well as a special drink for Rongrong..” Said Ling Qiuyu who subtly rejected Jia Huaran's offer.

“Alright, by the way why is Brother Qiuqiu's hair so messy? Is it because I couldn't sleep last night?” Jia Huaran asked and put on a facial expression that made Ling Qiuyu gulp.

“Huahua, did you hear it last night?” Ling Qiuyu asked back and confused Jia Huaran.

“Heard what? Last night I slept soundly as I prepared myself to listen to that annoying bird prank!” Jia Huaran grumbled and made Ling Qiuyu breathe a sigh of relief.

“Better Brother Qiuqiu bathe first in the river. I'll keep this for a while.” When Jia Huaran again offered to help, Ling Qiuyu did not reject him.

A few moments later, near the fireplace the four of them ate their breakfast greedily. Shen Lao, Chi Rong, Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran were ready to continue their journey towards the Peach Flower Valley.

As the four of them resumed their journey, Ling Qiuyu fell asleep while leaning her back on Shen Lao's back, while Chi Rong chatted with Jia Huaran who was sitting sweetly on Shen Lao's lap.
