“Lao, are we still a long time ago in Peach Flower Valley?”

Without knowing the distance between the Jiaran Capital and the Peach Flower Valley, Jia Huaran insisted on attending the Peach Flower Tournament. Shen Lao who was given a small question of a girl his age shook his head slowly.

Ling Qiuyu and Chi Rong who saw Shen Lao and Jia Huaran only shook their heads slowly.

“Huahua, Taoyang City is near so be patient for a moment.” Chi Rong reprimanded Jia Huaran and made the girl speechless.

Jia Huaran could see if Chi Rong was looking at him full of jealousy, ‘Thinking.’ Jia Huaran gulped and was silent without saying anything more.

Ling Qiuyu laughed softly as she realized that Chi Rong had been more emotional lately.

Shen Lao realized that he had to remain fair after becoming the husband of Chi Rong and Ling Qiuyu. This young man was silent for quite a long time on the way before finally opening his voice after feeling a pungent smell.

‘Blood?’ Think Shen Lao. Shen Lao quickly sharpened his eyes and looked at the direction he thought the source of the smell was, “Did you three smell the smell of blood?”

Chi Rong nodded her head, while Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran tried to smell the blood that Shen Lao meant.

“I kissed him..” Ling Qiuyu said softly, this woman was surprised to realize that there was a huge change happening to her body. Only Jia Huaran was perplexed for not smelling the smell of blood.

‘Am I not a soul swordsman? Why don't I kiss her, while Brother Qiuqiu can kiss her?’ Jia Huaran shook a few times before Shen Lao finally lifted his body and whispered softly in his ear.

“Hua Percher, you keep Yu Rider and Rong Rider, I'll take care of this briefly-”

“No need, I can kill both of our travel bullies from up here.” Chi Rong said confidently and cut off Shen Lao's words.

Chi Rong raised her eyebrows, “I'm pregnant doesn't mean I'm weak! I have also trained my skills! Just look at my Peach Flower Tournament which will defeat you!”

“Hah?” Shen Lao wanted to say again but he did not want to argue any further with Chi Rong so he looked at Ling Qiuyu who also agreed with him.

Ling Qiuyu sat down near Chi Rong and persuaded the woman from the Blue Moon Palace to listen to what Shen Lao said. But Chi Rong remained steadfast in her stance and did not shake it in the least.

“Respiratory Month..” The two Chi Rong palms opened slowly before ice flakes and snowflakes filled the air.

Jia Huaran immediately gave orders to the Lightning Eagle to fly lower, “Elang fly lower and approach the two humans there.”

The Lightning Eagle arrogantly replied, “I refused. I do not accept your orders The spoiled Princess who is a virgin.”

“This cage! Lao burn him! I can't stand to hear his taunts every day!” Jia Huaran shouted out loud enough to make Shen Lao cover his ears with his palm.

“Patience and ignore the words of this Lightning Eagle Shen Lao tried to calm Jia Huaran as well as pay attention to Chi Rong who was already able to control the Eternal Snow Aura.

As the Lightning Eagle flew lower and lower a black-coloured shock wave aimed at them, yet Chi Rong swiftly held it back.

Chi Rong simply sat down casually and manipulated the aura of her body creating snow-snow falling in the air.

Chi Rong's calm did not last long as she saw dozens of piles of dead children's corpses. And the culprits are two masked men whose arms are both black.

“Wait a minute..” Chi Rong widened her eyes when she saw the red cloud emblem that the two masked men wore.

“They are not from the Jia Empire.” Chi Rong fused her hands together and created a whirlpool of snow that blew away the two masked men.

Shen Lao himself saw how Chi Rong was training diligently in order to be able to fight while keeping her guts. But still as a man as well as a husband, Shen Lao wanted Chi Rong to listen to his words.

It didn't take long for Chi Rong to kill the two masked men after using the Eternal Snow Aura's ability. Right after the two masked men were killed, the Lightning Eagle descended and disappeared.

“Go stupid bird!” Jia Huaran grumbled as he covered his nose and mouth.

Shen Lao quickly sent Chi Rong, Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran away. Soon it was possible for Shen Lao to clean up the piled up corpses of children and bury them, while the two masked men who were the main puppeteers he had frozen and destroyed after inspecting the robes the two wore.

“Red Cloud Organization? Ma Empire?” Shen Lao muttered softly as he looked at the inscription on a red stone that he took from the robes of the two masked men.

Shen Lao showed the two red-colored stones to Chi Rong, Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran before the four of them continued their journey towards Taoyang City.
