A few moments after leaving the Peach Flower Restaurant. The day is getting dark. As Shen Lao returned to a building that had nine floors, Ling Qiuyu was seen waiting for him on the first floor.

“Young Master Shen, how about the Capital of Jiaran? Did you find anything?” Ling Qiuyu's gloomy-looking face returned refreshed. The warm friendly gaze made Shen Lao smile proudly.

“I've found something that can make Miss Qiuyu happy. I will quickly make a calculation with Nobles Zhong.” Shen Lao invited Ling Qiuyu over for a chat.

Ling Qiuyu listened to Shen Lao's explanation and was surprised that this young man was able to subdue the notoriously cold Princess Jia Huaran.

“Just mind the body odor of Young Master smelled the fragrance of women..” Ling Qiuyu was seen changing her facial expression.

Shen Lao stared at the friendly Ling Qiuyu, “Nona Qiuyu, do I make you jealous?”

Ling Qiuyu blushed her face and as much as she could be mature considering her age was far away from Shen Lao, “I am not jealous of Young Master Shen. After all the Princess was famous for her beauty and made all the men who looked at her tempted. So it is only natural that Young Master Shen falls for the Princess.”

“Is Miss Qiuyu angry with me?” Shen Lao heard Ling Qiuyu's tone sounding different. The atmosphere between the two is warming.

“I'm not angry Young Master Shen. Compared to me who is not beautiful, the Princess is still young and your age is the same.” Ling Qiuyu was clearly jealous, but her mature nature made Shen Lao smile.

“I think Miss Qiuyu is the ideal woman. Besides having been in business and opening a business when young, Miss Qiuyu is also good at cooking. When we had breakfast together, I remembered the cooking of my late mother.”.

Ling Qiuyu's body trembled hearing him. Soon Ling Qiuyu invited Shen Lao to dinner together.

As usual Ling Qiuyu's cooking made Shen Lao smile longingly at his late mother's cooking.

After the night tomb, Shen Lao cleansed his body before meditating on absorbing the properties of the Demon Gems he stored in the Infinite Space Seal.

As the sun burst through the darkness with the sound of birds chirping, Ling Qiuyu opened Shen Lao's room.

How surprised Ling Qiuyu was when she saw Shen Lao's body shape. Instantly his heart was racing.

Shen Lao opened his eyes and found Ling Qiuyu looking at him timidly.

“Good morning Miss Qiuyu Shen Lao put on his robe and walked over to Ling Qiuyu.

”For Young Master Shen..” Ling Qiuyu bowed gently, “I want to take Young Master Shen breakfast together.”.

Ling Qiuyu explained that Granny Nue had managed to recruit a swordsman thanks to the money Shen Lao had given her. About ten soul warriors merged into the Nine Treasures Phoenix.

“They lost their jobs and came from Yin Empire.” Ling Qiuyu added.

Ling Qiuyu's warm soup became a pleasure in the morning. As Shen Lao ate voraciously, there was corn stuck to the tip of his lips.

Ling Qiuyu who saw him stretched out his index finger and cleaned it, “Young Master Shen saw you eating like this, I so remember when you were little.”

Ling Qiuyu smiled gently at him. Shen Lao stared and became the connoisseur of the smile.

As Grandma Nue explained to Shen Lao about the recruitment development of the Nine Treasures Phoenix members, a servant came and informed Shen Lao about Jia Huaran's arrival.

Ling Qiuyu's countenance changed. He looked at Shen Lao probing, “Young Master Shen, if you don't mind, today I want to come with you.”

“Hm, okay. Besides I want to introduce Miss Qiuyu to the Princess.” Then Shen Lao and Ling Qiuyu walked out of the building. They both saw Jia Huaran coming with the bodyguards.

When Jia Huaran and Ling Qiuyu looked at each other. Shen Lao felt the two of them staring at each other intently.

But moments later, Jia Huaran's expression changed, “Lao, isn't he the best businessman in the Capital? Why are you two staying one roof?”

“Ah, Princess, this is Miss Qiuyu.” Shen Lao introduced Ling Qiuyu to Jia Huaran.

“I'm Jia Huaran, I've been wanting to see you for a long time. I built the Peach Flower Restaurant because it was inspired by you.” Jia Huaran shook Ling Qiuyu's hand enthusiastically.

“Eh?” Shen Lao and Ling Qiuyu were surprised by Jia Huaran's attitude.

On the way Shen Lao looked at Jia Huaran and Ling Qiuyu who were chatting with each other intimately. The two of them were familiar faster than he thought.
