LTI 23 - Female Chat And Feelings

Jia Mu was the second of five children. After the news of him killing his father and three younger siblings spread out, Jia Mu chose to inhabit one of the headquarters of the Blood Sword Sect in the Jiaran Capital.

“Who would have thought my brother got my cooperation file with the Black Water Organization! Who exactly was the person who told him?!” Jia Mu hit the table. His ambition to master becoming the Jia Emperor was so great.

“White and neutral streams will not interfere in political matters like this. Who did it then?!” Jia Mu looked at the people who were in the room.

A rough-looking man came forward and explained, “Most likely this mysterious swordsman who destroyed the Black Water Organization. But the news circulated, Fairy Flower Chi Rong from the Blue Moon Palace who killed all the members of the Black Water Organization for revenge.”

This man was named Hei Ju, the Black Mountain Elder who had reached the Peak Stage of the Sacred Swordsman.

“Prince, we've placed intruders in the military forces. So what's there to worry about? As long as our plans for control of the Jia Empire succeed, then they will all submit to us even the nobility The man who looked arrogant. This man was one of the Elders of the Blood Sword Sect, Zu Gu.

Finally the awaited day arrived. Shen Lao took Ling Qiuyu and Ling Xie to the palace with the servants of the Nine Treasures Phoenix who had no fighting ability.

The atmosphere in the palace residence seemed calm. Jia Song and Yao Ran along with Jia Huaran were heavily guarded by Commander Lu Bu and General Guan.

Shen Lao wanted Ling Qiuyu and Ling Xie to be safe in the palace so that he could protect her. Because if his guess was correct then the group of the Black Mountain and Blood Sword Sect would send members to the residence of the Nine Treasures Phoenix.

“This sucks. They think the strong deserve to oppress the weak.” Shen Lao complained as he laid his body on the porch.

“Lao, do you always eat this every day?” Jia Huaran sat sweetly beside Shen Lao while biting the Fire Deer meat.

After Shen Lao displayed the contents of the Infinite Space Seal, Jia Huaran and Ling Qiuyu asked for some Beast meat for them to cook.

Hours earlier, Shen Lao had ordered military forces to be stationed in the spacious front yard because of the possibility that military forces had been infiltrated.

Finding an intruder is not easy and takes time. So Shen Lao suspects everyone, even Commander Lu Bu himself.

“If you two are traitors, then I will kill you.” Shen Lao's words sounded like a threat. Commander Lu Bu only smiled faintly hearing that.

As Commander Lu Bu and Shen Lao chatted while observing the front yard from the terrace, about a dozen soldiers broke away.

“Hoh..” Shen Lao smiled faintly after seeing some people move away.

The sun had sunk and the night had come. But Shen Lao had not expected the intruder to make such a quick move.
