LTI 72 - Peach Flower Valley

After walking through the hills and mountains, Shen Lao and his entourage finally reached the Peach Flower Valley.

The first place they visited was a restaurant, Shen Lao ordered the most delicious dishes that the restaurant could serve.

Bing Caoji and Bing Jinxia who had run out of money on the way accepted Shen Lao's offer to eat together.

“Loves, order the best wine here..” Bing Caoji whispered softly to Shen Lao who was sitting near Chi Rong.

“Servant, give me the best wine.” Hearing Shen Lao ordering wine, Ling Qiuyu and Chi Rong choked.

“Gege, have you ever drank wine?”

“Looftege, have you ever drank wine?”

Chi Rong and Ling Qiuyu both asked, Shen Lao scratched his head and explained if Bing Caoji ordered it.

“Dad, don't take advantage of Brother Shen's kindness!” Bing Jinxia looked at Bing Caoji who was sweating coldly.

“Xiaxia, the longer you look like your mother.” Bing Caoji said quietly and chose silence.

Shen Lao who knew Bing Caoji was afraid of Bing Jinxia chuckled softly, Bing Jinxia looked at him sharply.

“Brother Shen, last night I saw you off with Miss Ling. Where you guys going?” Bing Jinxia's question made Shen Lao pale his face as Chi Rong and Jia Huaran looked at him, while Ling Qiuyu was misbehaving.

“One day you will find out, Miss Bing.” Shen Lao smiled faintly, making Bing Jinxia turn his face away.

“Ehem! Better we enjoy this dish.” Bing Caoji said calmly, breaking the awkwardness.

Unbeknownst to Bing Jinxia, immediately Bing Caoji took one urn of wine and drank it. Seeing that, Shen Lao restrained his laughter from seeing Bing Jinxia's expression that shook his head looking at his father's behavior.

Shen Lao enjoyed the dishes the innkeeper served, while Chi Rong teased Bing Jinxia who looked different than usual.

“Xiaxia, are you interested in Gege? Be careful, he is not the young man who became your dream as you told me..” Chi Rong spoke quite quietly when she saw Bing Jinxia eating, instantly Bing Jinxia stopped chewing due to almost choking.

“Saudari Chi, you yourself why could fall in love with her? I can't believe people who hate men are married. What's more..” Bing Jinxia shook his head and let out a long sigh in response to Chi Rong's teasing.

“You will know it someday, Xiaxia..” Chi Rong's casual response made Bing Jinxia curious.

“You've changed, Brother Chi.” Bing Jinxia stopped taking vegetables with his chopsticks.

“Ya, maybe because of her.” Chi Rong glanced at Shen Lao, then ate the dish back.

Finished enjoying the dish, Shen Lao and Ling Qiuyu paid, then continued on towards the Peach Flower Valley.

Arriving at the Peach Flower Valley, Shen Lao's entourage was greeted by a young man who was a genius of the Peach Flower Valley.

“Senior, welcome to Peach Flower Valley. Junior will take Senior's entourage to the inn.” Feng Erlong had a handsome face and white complexion, his polite demeanor made Jia Huaran gobsmacked, while Chi Rong and Bing Jinxia flatly responded, only Ling Qiuyu closed his eyes after seeing Feng Erlong's face.

“Nona Ling, the disciples of the Peach Flower Valley will escort the entourage of the Nine Phoenix Treasures to the inn.” Feng Erlong glanced at Ling Qiuyu for a moment before turning his gaze to look at Bing Jinxia and Chi Rong.

As Feng Erlong was making small talk, Chi Sumei came over to Shen Lao and startled Bing Caoji, Bing Jinxia and Feng Erlong due to the attitude of the Blue Moon Palace's Matriarch looked very friendly to Shen Lao.

“Hah?” Shen Lao was surprised to see Bing Caoji's attitude, even Bing Jinxia shifted his gaze due to his father's attitude.

“Senior, alright, alright. Grandpa Bing, I'll go first to the inn.” Shen Lao followed Chi Sumei who led him, while Chi Rong, Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran followed behind.

Seeing the attitude of the Blue Moon Palace Matriarch and the Northern Ice Mountain Patriarch to Shen Lao, Feng Erlong's expression changed instantly.

‘Who is that young man?’ Feng Erlong felt that Shen Lao had a background that was not arbitrary.

During the journey towards the inn, Jia Huaran was more silent and recalled Feng Erlong's face, seeing Jia Huaran's attitude, Shen Lao shook his head.

Ling Qiuyu teased Shen Lao who looked jealous, Shen Lao smiled softly before pulling Ling Qiuyu's body into his embrace.

“I know that, because you've known me since I was a child, Yu.” As Shen Lao teased her, Ling Qiuyu blushed her face.

“It was probably me who sat on your lap, but now it has been different.” Shen Lao lifted Ling Qiuyu's body gently, before positioning their bodies as close as possible.

Ling Qiuyu's voice was choked, accompanied by Shen Lao's gentle movements that held Ling Qiuyu's slender waist to move in rhythm.
