There was something new in the Nine Treasures Phoenix, as it looked like a motherly-faced woman who was playing with a ten-year-old boy.

“Lao, she is Aunt Ruo..” Ling Qiuyu introduced Shen Lao, Chi Rong, Jia Huaran and Chi Sumei to the identity of the motherly-faced woman and the ten-year-old little boy.

The woman was named Hua Ruoruo and was the second wife of Ling Han, while her son was named Ling Feng. On the night of the coup, Ling Han had Hua Ruoruo return to the Ma Empire, but the real Hua Ruoruo was hiding with her son somewhere because her sect had rejected her existence, now the woman had returned after hearing the rumors of the Ling Family's freedom.

“Greetings Aunt Ruo..” Shen Lao saluted, then introduced his wife, Jia Huaran and Chi Sumei to Hua Ruoruo.

“So You're Lao?” Hua Ruoruo looked at Shen Lao closely, then she introduced her son to them.

“Who is my sister-in-law, I heard that Brother Lao will be my sister-in-law right, mother?” Ling Feng held Shen Lao's hand and directly looked at Hua Ruoruo.

Ling Qiuyu's red face blushed instantly, while Chi Rong and Jia Huaran smiled faintly as they saw a happiness of their own in the Nine Treasures Phoenix.

Before long Ling Han and Ling Xie came to greet. Ling Xie hugged Chi Rong, before long he discussed the important matter regarding the Peach Flower Tournament, but Shen Lao already had his own plans and he would follow her as the owner of the Nine Phoenix Treasures.

Before that, Shen Lao explained to Ling Han, Ling Xie and Hua Ruoruo that he would marry Ling Qiuyu first before taking the Peach Flower Tournament.

The servant directly delivered Chi Sumei to the room, while Shen Lao headed straight for the room on the ninth floor with Chi Rong, Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran.

“Ronger, you use this room..” Shen Lao opened the door of his room and let Chi Rong in.

Jia Huaran smiled faintly, “Kakak Rongrong, do not forget to drink the warm water that I will make later tonight.”

Chi Rong and Ling Qiuyu both laughed softly, looking at the expressions of the two beautiful girls, Jia Huaran was curious.

Only Chi Rong and Ling Qiuyu knew what it was like to overcome Shen Lao. Jia Huaran who had never climbed the level that Chi Rong and Ling Qiuyu had entered could only be confused.

Ling Qiuyu immediately bathed inside her room, while Shen Lao, Chi Rong and Jia Huaran chatted outside the room while occasionally joking.

A few minutes later, Ling Qiuyu came out of the room and headed straight to the kitchen to prepare for the night tomb.

“I'm coming..” Chi Rong followed Ling Qiuyu from behind.

“Lao, I'm going first. I want to help Brother Qiuqiu cook.” Just as Jia Huaran was about to step foot, Shen Lao pulled his hand.

“Huaher, this is the Medicine Goddess Pendant and the gift ring from me... Tell me if you're ready to be my woman.” Shen Lao draped the Flower Goddess Pendant on Jia Huaran's neck, then he paired the ring on Jia Huaran's ring finger.

“Lao..” Jia Huaran looked at Shen Lao's face, a second later Shen Lao clenched his forehead.

“I go first..” Jia Huaran directly chased after Ling Qiuyu and Chi Rong who had already first descended to the bottom floor.

Shen Lao smiled faintly when he saw Chi Rong, Ling Qiuyu and Jia Huaran drifting away. Then he went inside Chi Rong's room to take a bath before dinner together.
