LTI 14 - You Are My First Woman

The next day in the inn room where Shen Lao and Chi Rong were staying looked silent. Shen Lao opened his two eyes that felt so heavy. At first glance he saw blood spots on the blanket covering his body and the body of a woman.

“I'll be in charge, Flower Fairy.” Shen Lao glanced at Chi Rong who was hugging her body in a disheveled state of hair. The beautiful woman leaned against his arm.

Shen Lao looked at Chi Rong's face that looked so exhausted. His right hand caressed the waist-straight black hair, while his lips dyed Chi Rong's forehead affectionately.

It took a long time for Chi Rong to wake up from her long slumber. For Chi Rong a few hours back is a beautiful dream as well as the worst nightmare she has ever experienced.

When he woke up, Chi Rong saw the face of Shen Lao who was so close to him. Their breaths fused together and when their two eyeballs met, tears involuntarily flowed profusely down his cheeks.

“Why did you do that to me?!” Shouted Chi Rong sobbing while slapping the face of Shen Lao who was looking at her affectionately.

“Chi Rong, I'll be in charge. I don't want to lose you.” Shen Lao let Chi Rong hit his chest. For a while Chi Rong continued to cry bitterly and closed her eyes. As the droplets of tears trickled down, the touch of a soft finger wiping away her tears made the inner Chi Rong re-raged.

‘Not fair. How could I possibly hate you.’ Chi Rong sat down and brushed off Shen Lao's hand, then wiped away her tears.

Before long Chi Rong's cries stopped, “I've accepted my death. I have avenged my sister. But you ruined my life! We can't be in touch after this! Suppose we never met!” Chi Rong stood up from the bed, but her body collapsed into Shen Lao's embrace.

“Rest. I'll shower and buy food for you.” Shen Lao stroked Chi Rong's hair before leaving to enter the bathroom.

After cleansing his body, Shen Lao looked at Chi Rong who was staring at him blankly, he took a deep breath before lifting up Chi Rong's body and bathing her in a large bathtub. There was no meaningful resistance from the Flower Fairy.

“Let's eat fruits that help restore your energy...”

“Let me shower myself! Get out of here!” Chi Rong snapped out in anger as Shen Lao washed his body. Shen Lao came out of the bathroom and waited for Chi Rong.

After an hour passed, Shen Lao immediately forced his way into the bathroom and lifted Chi Rong's body from the big bathtub and placed it on the bed.

“Wait, I'll go out for a while. You eat the fruits that are on the plate, it will help restore your inner energy and the formation of new meridians.” Shen Lao left the room. Chi Rong remained silent and contemplated what she had just experienced. His mind was raging at this moment, he daydreamed for a long time staring at the roofs of the inn rooms.

Chi Rong stared coldly at Shen Lao, “Stop being nice to me! And don't stare at my body!” Chi Rong was about to hit the spoon that touched the tip of her lips, but her hand was held back by Shen Lao.

“Do not waste food. You can be mad at me, but this delicious food is innocent.” Shen Lao slightly joked to melt the atmosphere while taking the piece of fish meat that had fallen onto the floor and eating it.

After a night he will never forget with Shen Lao. Chi Rong looked at Shen Lao's dark memories. Of course he knew of Shen Lao who had only eaten the flesh of the Beast Beast and Demon Beast for twelve years.

Finally Chi Rong accepted the bribe after mouthful of the spoon that Shen Lao hand out affectionately.

Within five days, Chi Rong was still difficult to move. Even he was already unconcerned when the night Shen Lao slept beside him and the two went back for a long night together.

Five days had passed, Chi Rong woke up early and looked at Shen Lao who was standing by the bed. Then he entered the bathroom to wash his body full of sweat.

Long enough Chi Rong was in the bathroom. Shen Lao covered his body wearing a robe. When Chi Rong walked out of the bathroom in her white gown, Shen Lao smiled meaningfully. The woman looks so beautiful and charming.

“Receive this gift of mine. I'm ready if you hate me, but I'll take responsibility because I like you. Will you accept a man like me as your life partner?” After the Flower Goddess Pendant was attached to the neck of the Chi Rong stage, Shen Lao held onto both of Chi Rong's palms and grasped them.

Shen Lao attached the ring to Chi Rong's ring finger before cradling her body, but Chi Rong pushed Shen Lao's body as hard as her strength.

Chi Rong turned her face reluctantly to look at the young man in front of her, “Our relationship has ended. From now on we will be strangers. For the last time I will ask you..”.

Shen Lao let go of the cold hand. Chi Rong moved away from him and looked at him coldly.

“Did you do that to me just for wanting to heal your curse, the wound in your heart?” Chi Rong's words made Shen Lao shocked.

“What do you mean?”

“I know as long as we do that to me. I don't know why I can see your memories.” Chi Rong replied which made Shen Lao speechless.

“Chi Rong listen to me..” Shen Lao explained that he had really fallen for her. He did that purely because he wanted to heal her and did not want to lose her.

“It's up to you to believe me or not. But this is my true feeling. And I will also avenge you. From now on let me bear your life.” Shen Lao tried to get closer but Chi Rong signaled him to stay away.

After a long night together. Thanks to the Medicine God Body Science ability, Chi Rong caught a glimpse of Shen Lao's past as well as the other way around.

“For people who only think of revenge. You say that easily. Enough already! I will return to the Blue Moon Palace and forget everything that happened to me and you... Remember, I won't thank you!” Chi Rong left Shen Lao chasing after her.

The innkeeper greeted the two of them with a smile, “Good afternoon, may the Master and Miss enjoy the happiness in our inn.”

The innkeeper's words made Chi Rong instantly move away from Qudong City. Soon Shen Lao paid the lodging money because he added to his room rent.

Shen Lao saw Chi Rong flying away from Qudong City. Soon she chased after him to make sure the woman was okay.

“Let me drive you back safely, Flower Fairy.” Shen Lao followed Chi Rong from a distance.

The journey from Qudong City to the Blue Moon Palace took about two days. The Blue Moon Palace was in a valley in the Suxue Mountains.

Before entering into the Suxue Mountains, Chi Rong looked back, “I didn't expect you to follow me so far!”

Shen Lao smiled looking at Chi Rong who was looking at him full of gazes between hatred and affection, “Chi Rong Flower Series, , my curse will end if I can find nine women who love me sincerely and accept me for who I am... I've decided you're my first woman and I'll marry you. I'll come back to see you after I build a house and a little bit of my little ambition.”.

After saying so, Chi Rong went straight into the Suxue Mountains and disappeared from Shen Lao's sight with snow falling around the Suxue Mountains region.

Proof that Chi Rong did not really hate herself was the Flower Goddess Pendant that coiled around her neck and the ring that coiled around her ring finger. The beautiful woman from the Blue Moon Palace received a pendant and ring from Shen Lao.

“I'll come see you back..” Shen Lao looked at his palm. He smiled as one of the nine curse marks disappeared.

Although far away, but Shen Lao can see Chi Rong who ran up to the snow land from a distance. After the aura of Chi Rong's existence was not within the range of his aura, Shen Lao flew back to wander.

Shen Lao did not expect that something like this would happen to him. Right now his main goal was to search for the hiding place of the Sword of Sin Sect and the Single Demon Lantern, yet he wanted to dig up as much information as possible that he needed to avenge the death of his entire family.
