Nathan was busy hearing his phone ring and it was a sign there was an incoming message for him. But he could not read it because there are still many meetings on this day that he must follow and he should not miss even though.
Night at home
Nathan broke into the house after coming home overtime from a meeting.
“Bi.. Where is Tania ?” Nathan asked the aunt when he saw the quiet-looking house. “Nona Tania left the house since this morning with a lot of luggage, sir.” replied the aunt explained. “Good bi.”
Nathan then recalled that this morning the woman sent him a message and he immediately took his phone to read the message while entering his room.
“Well it's up if it wants you.” Nathan is visibly upset after reading a message from Tania and puts his cell phone to the table on the bed. He immediately lay down on his bed and closed his eyes by covering his face with a pillow.
A few days passed and Nathan's status this time was really official as a widower after he returned to divorce Tania. And of course the news is known to all.
One morning at the office
Nathan got out of the car and walked slowly. He just kept silent and saw many pairs of eyes staring at him.
“Mr Nathan is back as a widower within a month of his wedding.” whispered a staffer to his friend after seeing the man from a distance. “Yes, I also heard the news. Too bad. What may be the standard is too high yes, so the second woman married by him is also not suitable.” reply other staff chimed in.
“ehem..” Nathan walked past the whispering staff, even though he didn't know what they were talking about, but he believed they were talking about him.
Nathan did not reply and simply looked at them with a cold gaze then walked into the office.
“Hey Nathan !” Alvin met the man and immediately pulled his hand to invite him into his room. “What are you taking me to your room ?” Nathan when he pulled his hand after arriving at his friend's room.
“I heard the news you're back as a widower, is that true ?” alvin said as he closed the door in his room so that no one would hear him.
“Ya.” replied Nathan briefly and flatly as if he did not care about his current status. “Because what ?” Alvin invited his friend to sit next to him. “Same as before.” Nathan didn't want to talk about it and he got back on his feet and walked out of his friend's room.
Nathan who keeps his sadness in his heart does not want to fix his sadness with others.
“Being a widower twice does not mean I am a bad man.” he said encouraging himself to immediately rise from the slump.
After her divorce from Tania, one month later she was close to several girls she knew from cyberspace. But there is no special relationship between them.
“Do not want to order what ?” said a sweet girl in a cafe to Nathan. “I just tasteless coffee.” replied Nathan briefly and thrust back the menu list on a girl, where the ordered is not listed on the menu.
Nathan then chatted with the girl he had known for a month without any desire to get into a relationship with them.
