Eps. 98 Looking for Souvenirs
Two days passed and Nathan's meeting ended. Because today is the last day of the meeting, the meeting only lasted two hours and not until noon was finished.
Nathan exited the meeting room to the parking lot where there was a driver waiting for him.
“Please enter, mr.” driver who has been stand by since earlier immediately opened the car door when he saw Nathan from a distance. “Please take me to the souvenir center here.” Nathan immediately sat in the back and asked the driver to drive him to the place he mentioned earlier, before returning to his country.
“Good, mr.” driver immediately drove his car to the souvenir center in Queen Victoria, Melbourne.
Queen Victoria is a traditional market that sells fresh products as well as various kinds of souvenirs typical of Australia. Many foreign tourists stop there before they return to their respective countries to give their family and friends.
“Master, we've arrived.” the driver stopped his car fifteen minutes later. “Good, Please wait here for a moment. I'll go out first.” Nathan opens the car door and gets out of there.
The man then walked around looking at the items sold there to look for something interesting.
“What does Judith ?” like Nathan was confused when he saw many interesting items on display and sold there.
“Pardon ma'am. Can I have this dolls but I ask the koala ones?” Nathan stops at the doll stand and picks up one of the kangaroo dolls and shows it to the seller.
“Sorry sir, we ran out of stock koala dolls. But if you patient I'll make it for you for a moment.” Nathan was silent and seemed to think about a long time or not the seller was going to make it.
“How long I've to wait if I order a couple of koala dolls ?” nathan asked needs reassurance beforehand.
“Ok,please make me a couple of koala dolls and add this name in each doll.” Nathan gave the seller a paper with his name, Jovi.
While waiting for his order so, Nathan went back around and saw other interesting items.
“Maybe Jovi will like it.” Nathan stops when he sees a snowball of kangaroos. “This one, please.” Nathan took one and paid for it.
He went back around and looked for other items that he thought were good for up to an hour and then he returned to the seller.
“Sir, here you are your order.” seller hand over koala doll ordered by Nathan. “Oh, perfect as I hope. How much, ma'am ?” Nathan seemed satisfied with what he ordered and asked for the price.
After the seller mentioned the price he immediately paid it.
“I think it's enough.” Nathan carries two large bags of souvenirs and returns to where the driver is waiting for him. “Already, we are back to the hotel now.” Nathan got into the car and immediately sat down quietly.
The car drove to the hotel.
“Please wait 30 minutes here, I will pack all my stuff and take me to the airport after.” Nathan said to the driver when the car arrived at the previous hotel get off from there.
During the return trip, the man had booked a plane ticket online because he wanted to go back to Jakarta and meet with Jovi of course.
