Eps. 96 Calls From Nathan
Until noon Jovi repeatedly stared at the screen of his phone while in the office. He was waiting for a reply from Nathan.
“It's been three hours but he hasn't replied to my message either.” Jovi stared at his phone screen for the umpteenth time. “Maybe the meeting schedule is very crowded until it can not touch the phone even though.” felt tired from staring at the phone screen and finally he put the phone to the table.
From the outside, Rani walks and heads to Jovi's room. The woman put the document two days ago on Jovi's desk.
“Excuse me miss, I wanted to pick up a document two days ago. Is it done ?” Rani stops in front of Jovi's open room while knocking on her door. “Oh... this document..” Jovi touched the document in front of him while putting back the phone he just held. “Rani come back in 30 minutes because there are still some unfinished and I will finish it now.” Jovi immediately retrieved the documents he had not worked on.
“Ya miss.” Rani answers briefly and before leaving she stares at combing into the entire room. “CEO Nathan is not here.” look for the whereabouts of the man because several times the man was also in the room of his young lady. “But miss lately seen often daydreaming.” switched to staring at Jovi.
“ehem..” Jovi cleared his throat as his secretary was still standing glued to his room. “Yes miss, I'll take it in a minute.” Rani looks misbehaved and gets out of there.
30 minutes later Jovi had finished all his documents and stacked them on the table.
“tap-tap...” he saw a clock hanging on the wall then walked out from there to his car. He got tired of being in the office and went home ahead. “Finally to also.” Jovi stopped his car in front of a cafe.
He went inside and came out a few minutes later with 3 cups of hot chocolate.
“It looks like enough for the joints until later tonight.” Jovi took the hot chocolate and then got into the car and returned to the house.
“Hiss...” he held back amusedly as the fish swarmed at his feet and ate dead skin cells.
Another spot saw Nathan fresh out of the meeting room and walking to the hotel room where he was staying. Arriving in the room, he immediately took his cell phone.
“Message from Jovi?” Nathan was really surprised and didn't expect the girl to send him a message.
Sis, it turns out you've been to Australia for a few days. I wish I hadn't met you until today.
“Oh Jovi do you miss me ?” Nathan smiled broadly as he read the text message from Jovi. “What are you doing now ?” exit the message menu and go to the call menu.
“kring..” Jovi phone rings.
“Who called me ?” Jovi picked up the phone on the floor next to where he was sitting. “Sister Nathan ?” a smile puffed up on his lips as he learned his caller was Nathan.
“Halo brother..” Jovi picked it up immediately. “Hai Jov, I didn't have time to tell you about my departure to Australia.” Nathan sat leaning against a wall above the bed.
The two of them continued their conversation over the phone. It was seen that Jovi who felt relieved and calm had heard Nathan's voice without him noticing.
