Eps. 138 Single Bed
Soon, several taxis passed in front of them.
“Taxi !” Nathan yelled loudly for a taxi and the blue car stopped. “Jovi you enter first I will bring all these items.” Nathan asks Jovi to wait for him in the taxi first while he brings his goods and Jovi's goods to the taxi.
“Sir, please take us to Artemis Makati Hotel.” Nathan told drivers after he sat in the back seat on the side, Jovi. “Okay, sir.” driver then proceed to the taxi heading to the address given by Nathan.
“Sir, we've arrived.” fifteen minutes later the taxi stops in front of a hotel and the driver notifies if they have reached their destination. “Okay, thank you sir. Here you are.” Nathan hands over the payment money to the driver before getting off the taxi.
“Come we get off.” Nathan turns to look at Jovi and invites the girl to get off the taxi immediately. “Ya, sis.” Jovi opened the taxi door and immediately got down from there while carrying some of his luggage.
“Our innate stuff is plenty. Wait a minute here I'll ask bell boy for help to bring this all check in.” Nathan stops in the middle of the road and asks Jovi to wait for him for a while.
“No brother, I'll come with you only. I can carry all these items.” Jovi refused and insisted on going into the hotel with the man because he really felt alien there. No one he knew, nor did he go there for the first time.
“I'll be back soon, Jovi.” Nathan also insists that he does not want either himself or Jovi to be tired of carrying all their belongings. “No brother no. I'm gonna wait here alone. I'm coming with you.” Jovi was firm in his stance and immediately carried all his trunks with difficulty while holding Nathan's arm.
“Yah well if so.” Nathan could not resist anymore and inevitably he also brought all his luggage and then walked into the hotel lobby.
“Excuse me miss, I'm Nathan one of the meeting participant with Mr. Benjie from MLC Corp.” Nathan showed his business card to the receptionist. I want to book one room.” Nathan ordered a room.
“Oh what a coincidence ! Thanks a lot miss.” Nathan was delighted to receive the key to the room and immediately took it.
“Jovi let's go to room.” Nathan stared at Jovi who was standing next to him.
“Excuse me miss, may I ask your help to carry all of my buggage ?” Jovi tries to ask the receptionist for help. “Sure. Please leave your baggage. Our worker will bring it into your room.”
“Thank you.” sahut Jovi Brief.
The two of them then walked towards room number 52 leaving behind all their luggage.
“click.” Nathan opens the door to the hotel room and goes in there with Jovi. “Single bed ?” Jovi was surprised to see that there was only one bed there.
“Yes, this is the room reserved by Mr. Benjie's. She must have thought I came here myself.” Nathan explains that it wasn't of his own volition. “But this Jovi bed is big enough for both of us. If you're uncomfortable then I can sleep on the sofa.” Nathan added.
“Emm.. don't, sister don't sleep on sofa.” Jovi immediately rejected her firmly because inhumanely told the man to sleep on the sofa while he slept on his bed comfortable.
