Eps. 28 Release Jovi
Nathan, who is trying to save Jovi, is forced to lie to save the girl from the grips of the striped-nosed man.
“Master... You can't just take him away.” said the man who bid Jovi earlier looked at Nathan not accept, because his girl was taken away from his hand while he was negotiating. “I've negotiated with this lady. And he agreed on me.” The man was loud music and did not want to let go of Jovi just like that because he knew that the girl was still a virgin.
“Who said he wanted to with you, sir ?” Jovi protested loudly and stared intently at the man. “Ehm Nathan looked at Jovi while blinking one eye. “***.... This man.. he saved me last night. Why is he here ?” Jovi turns to staring intensely at Nathan, and of course he still remembers the man who saved him last night.
“Did he ask me to cooperate with him ? Alright I'll follow the game.” Jovi tries to interpret what Nathan is thinking right now. “Yes sir what's your name I don't know you. I am the girl.” she said smoothly. “I mean she is my regular customer.” said Jovi in the end while staring at the man earlier and swearing himself in the heart must recognize himself as a girl of the night.
“Can't sir, I got it first. If you want you can be with him after me.” the man was clean hard and did not want to take off Jovi.
“How much did you pay my girl ?” nathan said as if challenging the man. “20 million. If you can pay him more than that then you can take him.” the man mentioned the rates because he believes Nathan can't afford to pay more than him. “50 million. I pay him 50 million per night.” replied Nathan of origin to break the man's tariff earlier.
Glug.
The man could only gulp at the fare just mentioned by Nathan which was fantastic once and of course, he could not surpass it anymore.
“Well you won sir.” the man could not dwell and finally handed Jovi to Nathan.
The officer and the man then left there and Jovi and Nathan were left together.
Jovi silently stared intensely at the man in front of him. He was sure the man was old on it.
“What if I call you Nathan's brother only ?” Jovi smiled at Nathan. “Yes up to you only Qia.. emm Jovi.” Nathan almost mispronounced Jovi's name, but soon corrected it.
“We'd better get out of here soon, or you'll deal with them again.” Nathan pulls up Jovi then walks towards the cafe exit. “Ya, of course.” Jovi answered briefly and followed as Nathan pulled his hand.
Arriving outside the cafe, Nathan takes off Jovi's hand.
“I don't know if without the help of brother, what would happen to me. I might have been..” Jovi could not continue his own words imagining what happened to him if Nathan had not come at the right time to save himself.
“Good brother, thank you for your help today. See you soon.” Jovi says goodbye and then turns to leave Nathan.
“Hey wait !” Nathan's after Jovi. “Where are you going ? Let me drop off.” Nathan offers a ride because he is not willing to part with Jovi. “Actually I didn't come home. I still want some fresh air. And I don't know the places here.”
“I know a place here, I'll drop you off.” Nathan offered himself up again.
